Penelitian ini berjudul "Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Model Negosiasi Menggunakan Object Oriented" yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk Toko Dariku Indonesia. Dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, e-commerce menjadi metode pemasaran yang penting bagi perusahaan. Toko Dariku Indonesia, yang bergerak dalam penjualan piyama, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan penjualan melalui platform online. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan website yang dapat mengelola transaksi penjualan online dengan fitur tawar menawar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dengan pendekatan ICONIX, yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini mencakup perancangan dan implementasi website yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan negosiasi harga, serta pengelolaan data transaksi oleh administrator. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan dan penjualan Toko Dariku Indonesia, serta menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan website serupa di masa depan.

Waste management is a global issue and not a glamorous topic. On the global stage, climate and development discussions related to waste management have not yet become a top priority. Despite facing a global climate crisis, pollution, and biodiversity loss, the issue of waste management remains neglected, even at the household level. In Indonesia, the Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST) are still predominantly managed through operational systems such as controlled landfills, open dumping, and sanitary landfills, which create mountains of toxic waste that pollute the air, contaminate water, harm public health, and accelerate environmental degradation. 54.43% of waste in Indonesia comes from households, with the total in 2024 reaching 19,502,650.23 tons, and 8,046,428.49 tons (41.26%) of household waste remains unmanageable. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decrease in household income, prompting community service activities aimed at solving two problems simultaneously: waste management and efforts to increase household income. As part of this initiative, the introduction of maggot farming technology (Hermetia illucens larvae) was implemented to improve household income. The community service was carried out at Posbindu Dahlia RW 001, Petukangan Selatan, as the area is a residential neighborhood with available vacant land not yet utilized by the operators of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road toll. This community service activity ran smoothly, achieving all its targets and bringing about changes in the knowledge and behavior of the participants, as well as enabling them to optimize small land areas for maggot cultivation, thereby increasing household income.

Chronic diseases are degenerative conditions that significantly impact an individual's quality of life. Various degenerative diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and heart stroke, require immediate attention. Indonesia faces a dual burden in healthcare, grappling with both rampant infectious diseases and the rising prevalence of chronic degenerative illnesses. Therefore, health promotion efforts are crucial in preventing degenerative diseases among adolescents. This initiative targets teenagers due to their unhealthy lifestyle choices, which are evident in their smoking habits, poor dietary practices, insufficient consumption of fruits and vegetables, and a lack of physical activity. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance awareness regarding the prevention of degenerative diseases among youth and to address the emergence of such conditions in this age group. The results of the community service activities indicate a notable increase in average knowledge from 6.61 to 13.80 and an improvement in attitudes from 9.61 to 14.47. The community service activities were successfully executed, as evidenced by the smooth conduct of the events and the active participation of the adolescents. To improve health quality, it is essential to foster awareness and enhance education among teenagers about the prevention of degenerative diseases.

The main happiness of Lecturers is when they feel healthy in body and soul, one of which is by getting attention from their closest family. The culture of collectivism in Indonesian people, coupled with the ability of lecturers to do mindfulness in every activity is very helpful in creating personal happiness. The lives of lecturers often experience problems with their workplace and also their families, therefore the importance of a support system from the family so that lecturers are able to carry out their daily activities at work happily. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the happiness of Lecturers as reviewed from the family climate through the role of mindfulness as a mediator variable. The method used is quantitative, using 250 Lecturer respondents in the city of Java. Using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression with the Hayes program. The results showed that family climate had an influence of R = .539 sig.0.01 on lecturer happiness through mindfulness. Mindfulness is able to be a partial mediator of family climate on lecturer happiness. This study has implications so that it can be used as a reference for the application of Lecturer happiness through the family's internal support system.
 

This study aims to explore the concept of habituation in Islamic education as an effective strategy for shaping the character of elementary school students. Through a library research approach, this study analyzes relevant principles of Islamic education and their application in the context of modern education. The findings reveal that habituation based on Islamic values, such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and tolerance, significantly impacts character development in students. Consistently implemented habituation methods, through exemplary practices and daily routines, have proven effective in internalizing these values. Innovations in habituation, such as the integration of digital technology, Qur'anic literacy, and flagship tahfidzul Qur'an programs, strengthen the implementation of character education in elementary schools. However, challenges such as limited resources, parental involvement, and technological adaptation require strategic solutions, including teacher training and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This study emphasizes that habituation in Islamic education is not only relevant but also adaptable to the needs of modern education, making it a transformational strategy for shaping a generation with noble character, knowledge, and integrity.

As the times develop, there will be many new things that emerge because humans will continue to innovate in line with the development of human thought, so to compensate and keep humans from running or getting out of their nature, religion is present to provide binding rules. The writing of this journal aims to find out the rules of contemporary muamalah fiqh as well as to find out what the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh is in the development of sharia-based businesses. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library study method (library research) Data collection in this study using the library study method related to theoretical studies and several references that will not be separated from scientific literature. The results of this study are an introduction to contemporary muamalah fiqh such as understanding, scope, rules of fiqh and the object of study of contemporary muamalah fiqh, as well as the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh in sharia-based business development.

The Griya Harapan Difabel Social Service Center (Pusyansos GHD) offers guidance programs for people with disabilities, encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. One of the successful outcomes is the production of batik, which has gained wide recognition and contributed to the growth of local SMEs. This community service project focuses on providing comfortable facilities for massage skills training for people with disabilities. Currently, the training space needs a redesign to enhance comfort and safety for its users. The proposed solution involves a disability-friendly design with unique aesthetic features. It is expected that this improved training facility will enhance massage skills, create new business opportunities, and provide a sustainable income source for the community.

This study aims to analyze the crime of cohabitation as an absolute complaint offense in practice before and after the enactment of Article 412 of Law No. 1/2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The background is the negative stigma against cohabitation in Indonesian society and the ambiguity of the law before the existence of explicit regulations. The urgency of this study is to provide legal certainty and avoid arbitrary handling of cohabitation cases. The research method used is normative juridical with a descriptive analysis approach, using secondary data from laws and regulations, literature, and dictionaries. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive analysis of the handling of cohabitation before and after the enactment of the new Criminal Code Law. The results of the study show that before Law No. 1/2023, the handling of cohabitation varied, ranging from customary sanctions to the application of adultery articles. With the enactment of the new Law as of January 2, 2026, cohabitation is regulated as an absolute complaint offense with limitations on complainants. In conclusion, although cohabitation now has a clear legal basis, its implementation still considers aspects of social balance and family resolution, similar to the concept of restorative justice. Customary law can still be applied in handling cohabitation, but requires government regulations as derivative rules for its implementation.


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tindak pidana kohabitasi sebagai delik aduan absolut dalam praktik sebelum dan setelah berlakunya Pasal 412 UU No. 1/2023 tentang KUHP. Latar belakangnya adalah stigma negatif terhadap kohabitasi di masyarakat Indonesia dan ketidakjelasan hukum sebelum adanya aturan eksplisit. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan menghindari penanganan sewenang-wenang terhadap kasus kohabitasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis, menggunakan data sekunder dari peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur, dan kamus. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis komprehensif terhadap penanganan kohabitasi sebelum dan setelah berlakunya UU KUHP baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum UU No. 1/2023, penanganan kohabitasi bervariasi, mulai dari sanksi adat hingga penerapan pasal perzinahan. Dengan berlakunya UU baru per 2 Januari 2026, kohabitasi diatur sebagai delik aduan absolut dengan limitasi pengadu. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kohabitasi kini memiliki dasar hukum yang jelas, penerapannya tetap mempertimbangkan aspek keseimbangan sosial dan penyelesaian kekeluargaan, mirip dengan konsep keadilan restoratif. Hukum adat masih dapat diterapkan dalam penanganan kohabitasi, namun memerlukan peraturan pemerintah sebagai aturan turunan untuk implementasinya.

The industrial revolution has transformed the global economic landscape, and Indonesia is not exempt from its impacts. This article discusses Indonesia's readiness to face the challenges posed by the industrial revolution, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and human resources. This research is a  qualitative analysis method with a literature study and interviews approach. The findings indicate that while Indonesia has made progress in infrastructure and technology, there are still significant challenges in terms of human resource quality and the industry's readiness to adapt to technological advancements. Therefore, more targeted policies are needed to optimize Indonesia's potential in facing the industrial revolution.

Human resource development and empowerment are key elements in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of HR management performance in today’s competitive era. This study aims to examine the extent to which HR development and empowerment influence HR management performance improvement. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the study explores the relationship between training, competency development, employee involvement, and managerial performance within organizations. Literature review findings indicate that investing in HR development significantly enhances productivity, loyalty, and the quality of HR management.
