Mengelola dana bantuan desa secara efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu tantangan terbesar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Desa Kembangarum menghadapi kendala dalam pengalokasian dana bantuan yang seringkali tidak tepat sasaran dan kurang transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengelolaan dana bantuan desa dengan menggunakan metodologi Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP dipilih karena memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks berdasarkan berbagai kriteria. Sistem ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memprioritaskan kebutuhan pendanaan bantuan berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang relevan seperti urgensi, dampak, dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metodologi AHP dalam sistem pengelolaan  bantuan desa  meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi alokasi dana serta memastikan  dana bantuan dialokasikan sesuai dengan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang efektif dalam pengelolaan  bantuan di desa-desa lainnya.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary actions that are not directly rewarded by the formal reward system but that contribute to organizational effectiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a reflection of the added value of employees and contributes to job performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. PT Erindo Mandiri is a company engaged in the production of bottled mineral water. This study aims to evaluate the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Erindo Mandiri, as well as to ascertain how HR management can improve company effectiveness through OCB. In this case, the researcher employs an associative method with the objective of discerning the impact of job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on the organizational citizenship behavior variable (Y) at PT Erindo Madiri. The results of the research conducted at PT Erindo Mandiri indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment exert a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The conjunction of these two variables engenders augmented individual and collective efficacy, as well as organizational systems that culminate in superior HR performance, characterized by minimal absenteeism and negligible deviations.

Jabatan Wakil Menteri di Indonesia, yang pertama kali diperkenalkan pasca proklamasi kemerdekaan, terus menjadi subjek perdebatan terkait kedudukan, kewenangan, dan tanggung jawabnya. Meskipun diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2008 tentang Kementerian Negara, regulasi mengenai peran dan fungsi Wakil Menteri masih kurang jelas, menimbulkan tantangan dalam efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas dan pengelolaan anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan dan kewenangan Wakil Menteri serta menilai efektivitas perannya dalam konteks pertanggungjawaban, kinerja, dan anggaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan putusan pengadilan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan untuk memperjelas kerangka hukum dan operasional posisi Wakil Menteri guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pemerintahan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya revisi kebijakan dan peraturan terkait untuk memastikan peran Wakil Menteri memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pencapaian tujuan nasional.

In Group 2 KKN in Ringinanom Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, several quality work programs have been implemented, one of which is the adiwiyata program which can be used to form and increase awareness of the people of Bedilan Hamlet and students of MI Al-Islam Ringinanom about the importance of protecting the surrounding environment. hamlets and school environments. The Adiwiyata program is carried out using a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. This service was carried out to overcome problems in the environment around the hamlet and school which looked dirty and unkempt, so that the service carried out by Ringinanom Village KKN Group 2 has provided a solution to overcome existing problems through the adiwiyata program and activities that have been implemented. The Adiwiyata program that has been implemented has provided results such as making the environment of Bedilan Hamlet and MI Al-Islam Ringinanom cleaner and appearing free of plastic waste strewn on the side of the road, as well as gutters full of wild plants now looking clean so they will not cause water blockages when it rains. The construction of gates and road signs which initially did not exist in Bedilan Hamlet have now been neatly installed as a manifestation of the construction of facilities/infrastructure carried out by Group 2 of the Ringinanom Village KKN. Based on the activities that have been carried out at MI Al-Islam Ringinanom and with some knowledge about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment, students are now more active in carrying out cleanliness pickets so that the activities with Group 2 of the Ringinanom Village KKN make students accustomed to keeping the classroom and school environment clean

The purpose of this writing is to discuss the issue of Legal Regulation and achievements and obstacles in the implementation of the Village Infrastructure Program (PSPK) as a form of public service implementation in Bengkong District. This is due to the overlap of regulations in the implementation of the Village Infrastructure Program activities, so it is necessary to know how the implementation of Batam City Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2021 concerning Community Empowerment-Based Development in Urban Villages and Batam Mayor Regulation Number 46 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Development Activities and Community Empowerment. To answer this problem, the author uses a methodology through a normative-empirical law research approach (applied law research), with data collection methods through observation and questionnaires Using a normative-empirical legal case study in the form of a legal behavior product, the subject of the study is the implementation or implementation of positive legal provisions, the results of this study show that the implementation of the Village Infrastructure Program (PSPK) in Bengkong District has not been implemented optimally, as well as many factors that hinder the implementation process, such as the lack of coordination between vertical agencies, resulting in overlapping regulations in its implementation. The implications are a). So that the Bengkong District Government re-socializes the Village Infrastructure Program (PSPK) to the community b). In order for the sub-district government to further improve coordination with vertical agencies regarding the implementation of Village Infrastructure Program (PSPK) activities. c). For the Bengkong District Government to make a proposal for an agreement with vertical agencies in proposing development through one sub-district door so that there is no overlap of rugals and budget waste.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a very crucial role in the structure of an organization or company to achieve the goals that have been set, organizations or companies are expected to be able to increase employee work productivity to maintain competitiveness in the midst of competition with competitors, several factors affect work productivity including job transfers, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether job transfers, work environment, and work motivation affect work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Using 42 sample respondents of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The regression results show that the job transfer variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work environment variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work motivation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City.

This study investigates how the Pancasila philosophy is applied in the lives of students in the Industrial Engineering Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews with Industrial Engineering Study Program students to gain a complete understanding. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and phenomenological methodology. This research found that the application of Pancasila values in students' lives had a positive impact on the development of their character, ethics and national spirit. In addition, this research found that collective efforts from various parties can strengthen the internalization of these values, even though there are obstacles in implementing these values. Recommendations include increasing Pancasila-based character education programs and collaboration between universities and related institutions to increase the implementation of Pancasila values.

Community Service Activities (Abdimas) aim to improve students' knowledge and skills in the RT01/RW14 environment, Kelapa Dua Village, Tangerang, in the field of information technology, especially the introduction of web servers. In this activity, students are given a basic understanding of the concept of web servers, their functions, as well as the steps in installing and configuring a simple web server. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity show that students are able to understand the basic concept of web servers and apply them in the form of a simple website. This activity is expected to increase interest and ability in information technology among students, as well as provide a solid foundation for further skill development in the future.

Abstract The utilization of information technology plays a crucial role in the operations of organizations or companies, including the Communication and Informatics Agency of East Java Province. The utilization of information technology is governed by Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). The purpose of conducting risk management evaluation is to reduce the impact of risks within the organization and to determine the level of SPBE risk management capability. This research uses the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) 5 framework. The current assessment results for EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization (as is) have reached Level 2 – Managed Process with a score of 74.9%, and APO12 Manage Risk (as is) has reached Level 1 – Performed Process with a final score of 79.39% with the category of L (Largely Achieved). Based on this assessment, the gap for EDM03 is one level, and the gap for APO12 is two levels

This study aims to examine the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in the context of science learning. This research method is a systematic literature review of articles published between 2012 and 2022 and indexed in Scopus at least Quartile 2 (Q2), so the quality of the articles is high. This research found 17,800 articles in the search results for related articles published in the last decade, but only 11 met the criteria. Findings from the literature review indicate an interdependent relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation, and both make significant contributions to science learning. Other information obtained from this research is that there are several methods for training and developing critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning: argument maps and concept maps, essential reading activities, argumentative texts or discourse, discussion activities, analytical questions, learning technology, and specific learning strategies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that critical thinking and scientific argumentation are interconnected skills and contribute to learning. The complexity of the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning can encourage deeper learning and understanding of concepts.
