Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the legal impact of certificates not in the name of the debtor which are made as credit collateral at the Bank and to analyze efforts to resolve loans of debtors who are in default while certificates not in the name of the debtor are made as credit collateral. The urgency of this research is so that the public gets legal certainty regarding certificates not in the debtor's name which are used as collateral for credit at the bank and debtors experience default so that the public is more careful in lending their certificates to other people to be used as collateral at the bank. This type of research is known as normative jurisprudence. The results of the research show that involving third parties in the process of debt contracts against credit is not prohibited. However, the regulation does not explicitly regulate the rights and obligations of third parties, so it cannot provide explicit legal protection to the third party as the guarantor in cases where he feels injured either by the debtor or the creditor of the credit. Consequently, the legal impact arising from the availability of collateral certificates of debt borrowers.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak hukum sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dibuat sebagai jaminan kredit di Bank dan untuk menganalisa upaya penyelesaian pinjaman debitur yang mengalami wanprestasi sedang sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dibuat sebagai jaminan kredit. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah agar masyarakat mendapatkan kepastian hukum tentang sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dijadikan jaminan kredit di bank dan debitur mengalami wanprestasi agar masyarakat lebih berhati-hati dalam meminjamkan sertifikatnya kepada orang lain untuk dijadikan jaminan di bank. Jenis penelitian ini dikenal sebagai yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melibatkan pihak ketiga dalam proses perjanjian utang piutang terhadap kredit tidak dilarang. Namun, peraturan tersebut tidak secara eksplisit mengatur hak dan kewajiban pihak ketiga, sehingga tidak dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum yang jelas bagi pihak ketiga sebagai pemilik jaminan dalam kasus di mana ia merasa dirugikan baik terhadap debitur maupun kreditur kredit tersebut. The number of foods that are developing in the food sales industry. So that new innovations are needed both in terms of taste and packaging. Usually most people will eat dessert at the end of their meal. However, not infrequently many of us want to eat dessert eaten in our spare time or as we know when snacking. By using thinwall in various sizes, the author makes dessert food, namely cheesecake using thinwall to facilitate sales and consumption because the portion is right, meaning the portion is not excessive or not lacking at all. So in this writing this time we get to know the innovation of cheesecake snacks and how to make them which can be snacks in your spare time or become a sales idea for readers. The research method used is the literature review method and the method of opening a business. The literature review method itself comes from previous journals or books obtained by the author.

Abstrak:
Pekon Kampung Baru is a pekon with the majority of people having livelihoods as farmers, so that the community's economy only relies on agricultural products to meet their needs. Pekon Kampung Baru has tourism potential in the form of a waterfall that can be managed so that it becomes a competitive tourism to attract tourists and have an impact on improving the economy of the Pekon Kampung Baru community with a planned and structured management pattern so that the potential utilised can develop optimally. In this study the authors used methods of collecting, processing, and analysing data with the type of research that is qualitative. The data collection includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The process of community economic empowerment through the management of the Way Lalaan waterfall tourist attraction, there are several stages in it, namely the capacity building stage, and enrichment. the conclusion of managing the Way Lalaan waterfall tourist attraction through the Way Lalaan Tourism Awareness Group is carried out with the following four stages, namely: Capacity Building, Institutional Strengthening, and Provision of Economic Business Facilities.

Abstrak:
This research analyzes active and passive sentences in the education rubric on the kompas.com website in September 2024. This research aims to describe active and passive sentences based on type, structure, and characteristics in online news text. The method used in this study is a theoretical and methodological approach. The theoretical approach is in the form of syntax, while the methodological approach is in the form of qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques of observing and recording. The data collected comes from primary and secondary data through literature studies. The use of qualitative descriptive methods is intended to analyze active and passive sentences in the education rubric on the kompas.com website. The data analysis technique is the agih technique with formal and informal presentations. The results of this study are the discovery of the use of active and passive sentences in news texts with an education theme on the kompas.com website. The research results are detailed by classifying active and passive sentences and describing their structure and type. The benefits of conducting this research are increasing insight and knowledge regarding active and passive sentences and their types, structures, and characteristics in their use in online news texts.

Abstrak:
This study focuses on the marketing strategy of the Murabahah bil Wakalah financing product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Denpasar, Badung Regency, Bali. Murabahah is a sales contract that states the acquisition price and the agreed profit margin, while wakalah is the delegation of purchasing goods on behalf of the first party. The study aims to examine the marketing strategy and customer interest in this financing product. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and triangulation, and data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the marketing strategy includes several elements: product (iB Hijrah Multiguna Consumer Financing and iB Muamalat KPR), price (transparent and mutually agreed upon), place (strategic office location), promotion (social media, website, email marketing), people (professional staff), process (focused on customer satisfaction), and physical evidence (supportive physical elements). Customer interest is influenced by internal factors, trust, and a sense of security. The study's implications can serve as a reference for Bank Muamalat to increase the attractiveness of financing products to customers.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and feasibility of the simple harmonic vibration practicum e-module assisted by the Phyphox application, the level of students' science process skills after using the e-module, and students' responses to the e-module. The method in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this study were 60 students of class XI MIPA 5 and XI MIPA 6 SMAN 1 Tengaran who were taken by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires and tests. This study obtained the following results: (1) the results of the E-module practicum validation test by experts obtained a percentage of 73,44% with feasible criteria; (2) the results of students' science process skills were obtained by an average percentage of 78.96% who met the good criteria; and (3) the results of the student response test to the practicum e-module obtained a percentage of 87.25% with excellent criteria. Judging from these results, the simple harmonic vibration practicum e-module assisted by the phyphox application in this study is declared valid and can be used to train students' science process skills.

Abstrak:
Introduction: In the age of digital transformation, the role of vloggers in shaping and communicating cultural values has become increasingly significant. This paper explores how vloggers navigate the complexities of cultural representation in the era of disruption, characterized by rapid technological advancements, shifting social dynamics, and global interconnectedness. It emphasizes the role of vloggers as both creators and influencers, who, through their personal stories and interactions with their audiences, contribute to the evolving discourse on cultural values, particularly in relation to issues such as authenticity, diversity, and social change.
Methods: The study utilized a constructivism paradigm with a phenomenological approach to popular vloggers in Indonesia. Data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, literature studies, and triangulation of data sources. The validity of the qualitative research data was determined through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.
Findings: Communicating the cultural values play a crucial role in intercultural communication, as they are deeply connected to personal beliefs and ways of living. Understanding and acknowledging these personal values are essential for successful communication, especially when individuals come from different cultural backgrounds. Failure to recognize and respect these differences in values can lead to significant challenges in communication and understanding.
Originality: The study highlights the emerging role of vloggers as cultural architects, rather than merely content creators, they are not passive communicators but an active agent of social change. Many vloggers use their platforms to advocate for social justice, equality, demonstrating how vloggers contribute to societal shifts and cultural reimagination.

Abstrak:
This study aims to improve the understanding of addition concepts of numbers 1-10 in first-grade elementary school students through the use of number cube learning media. The research method used is an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were first-grade students divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was taught using number cube learning media, while the control group was taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through tests of understanding the addition concepts of numbers 1-10 before and after learning. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of addition concepts of numbers 1-10 in the experimental group that used number cube learning media compared to the control group. The use of number cubes provides a concrete and interactive visual representation, thus helping students understand the concept of addition more effectively. This indicates that number cube learning media is effective in improving the understanding of addition concepts of numbers 1-10 in first-grade students. This study recommends the use of number cube learning media as an innovative and effective alternative learning method to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts in young children. Further research can be conducted to investigate the effectiveness of number cube learning media on other mathematical materials and at different educational levels. In addition, further research is needed on the development of more varied and interesting number cube learning media for students.

Abstrak:
Employee engagement is a crucial factor in organizational success, particularly in the dynamic and competitive technology sector. Traditional approaches, such as financial incentives, often fail to create sustainable intrinsic motivation, necessitating innovative solutions such as gamification. This study aims to analyze the role of gamification in enhancing employee engagement through the implementation of digital platforms in medium-sized technology companies. The research employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with 15 informants, including employees and managers, as well as user activity data analysis from the gamification platform. The findings indicate that gamification significantly improved employee engagement, with the proportion of employees exhibiting "High" engagement levels increasing from 25% to 60%, and "Very High" levels rising from 10% to 35%. Conversely, the "Very Low" category decreased from 15% to 5%. These results suggest that gamification elements such as rewards, challenges, and team collaboration fulfill employees’ psychological needs and create a more dynamic and productive work environment. This study contributes to the literature by providing insights into the effectiveness of gamification in the technology sector and offering practical recommendations for organizations to design relevant and sustainable gamification platforms. In conclusion, gamification is a promising strategy for enhancing employee engagement, provided that its elements are tailored to individual preferences and the technological readiness of the organization
