Abstrak:
Keputusan pembelian merupakan proses integrasi yang digunakan untuk mengkombinasikan pengetahuan untuk mengevaluasi dua atau lebih perilaku alternatif dan memilih satu di antaranya. Jika konsumen mempunyai pilihan antara melakukan pembelian dan tidak melakukan pembelian, maka kosumen tersebut berada dalam posisi untuk mengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kuepasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey terhadap konsumen yang menggunakan jasa di Andhika Barokah Bengkel Semarang pada saat penelitian berlangsung dengan jumlah sebesar 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu kualitas pelanggan (X1), harga (x2) dan kepuasan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) secara parsial maupun stimultan (bersama-sama). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,708 yang artinya 70,8 persen variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelanggan (X1), harga (x2) dan kepuasan (X3) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,2 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstrak:
The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection of well-known brands. The use of well-known brands at this time has begun to flourish, this is because it promises great benefits to be obtained when using well-known brands rather than using their own brands. Many manufacturers have got around to combining original branded goods with pirated ones, because the pirated is physically similar to the original. In this articlethat what determines a brand is the community because it is the public who knows that a brand is worthy of being famous. So, one way is through Preventive and Repressive Protection in accordance with Law 20 of 2016, there is a need for amendments toa definite measure for the Judge to determine the criteria for a famous mark and also provide criteria that can distinguish the similarity in essence from the overall equation and the philosophical requirements of a brand.

<p><em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this research is to design and implement an automatic acrylic carving and cutting tool using a microcontroller-based 3-axis CNC machine. Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is a machine technology that is operated automatically to support the demand for a product that has a complex shape and high accuracy. In general, the construction of a 3-axis CNC machine and its working system is synchronization between the computer and its mechanics. This tool has a work process by utilizing the G-Code method as a command on the machine to carry out engraving and cutting automatically. The G-code was obtained from a previously designed image and then converted using the Aspire 9.0 software. Engraving and cutting is done by sending the G-code file to the microcontroller via the Universal G-code Sender software, then the microcontroller sends a signal to drive the motor driver which then drives the stepper motor so that the actuator movement is generated according to the image in the G-code file. Simultaneously the spindle motor will be active to engrave or cut acrylic. In this study, a trial scenario was carried out to determine the precision and accuracy of the tool, namely by engraving and cutting flat shapes such as squares, circles, triangles and segments. The percentage of success generated from this tool is 97,08% to 100%. Furthermore, testing is carried out to make products in the form of engraving writing, logos and calligraphy. Apart from that, we also tested cutting letters and key chains. When the test is carried out, the accuracy level is 1mm. </span></em></p>

<p class="IndexTerms">Along with the development of the times the need for electrical energy is increasing. PT. PLN (Persero) as a company that supplies electrical energy must be able to meet the needs of electrical energy to run a business to supply electric power in an even amount to meet the needs of the household, industrial, social and business sectors.. The purpose of this research to determine how much the growth of electrical loads in 2020 to 2025 at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Juwana. To find out the amount of increase in electrical energy required. Electrical data used data for 8 years, from 2012 to 2019. The results of this study are in the form of an estimate of the use and need for load electrical energy load for the next 5 years, from 2020 to 2025, the data used are the number of subscribers, connected power, and the amount of energy using a simulated neural network with the method (radial basis function). the results of this study an increase per year an average of 1% per year. in 2019 the value is 1.07%, in 2020 it is 1.10%, 2021 is 1.21%, for 2022 it is 1.27%, 2023 is 1.28%, 2024 is 1.17% and 2025 is 1.31 %.</p>

Abstrak:
Pada Maret 2020 wabah virus corona menginfeksi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Penyebaran virus ini dinyatakan sebagai wabah pandemi. Masalah barupun bermunculan, mulai masalah ekonomi, sosial sampai Pendidikan. Secara serempak lembaga pendidikan memilih pembelajaran daring. Mini Riset ini bertujuan meneliti tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kompetensi guru di masa pandemi, yang difokuskan pada aspek tuntutan digitalisasi dalam dunia pendidikan, Ulasan akan difokuskan kepada bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi di Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School Sukabumi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data secara induktif / kualitatif
Semenjak surat edaran kemetrian mengenai pembelajaran masa pandemi diterima, Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School langsung menentukan strategi. Diantaranya dengan mengadakan pelatihan diawal pembelajaran mengenai teknologi, ini membuktikan bahwa Al-Ma’tuq Boarding School terus fokus dalam mengembangkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru dimasa pandemi ini, diantaranya: (1) Kompetensi penguasaan literasi dan IPTEK (2) Kompetensi keterampilan pengelolaan kelas (3) Kompetensi komunikasi dan social.
Adanya kebijakan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh sekolah karena wabah covid, perlu diimbangi peran guru yang lebih mendalam. Kompetensi guru dituntut sebagai bentuk profesionalitas. Namun menjadi masalah manakala guru kurang memiliki kompetensi. Maka diperlukan pemberdayaan guru dengan mengembangkan empat kompetensi utama yang telah ada untuk menghadapai pembelajaran melalui daring saat ini. Dengan pengembangan kompetensi tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir masalah yang ada, sehingga proses belajar lebih baik.

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. That the application of multimedia presentation learning media can improve student learning outcomes in chemistry, especially in the material of the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry

<p class="Abstract">Hypo-hyperthermia tool is a devive that can stabilize body temperature which decreases or increases temperature dramatically. The design of hypo-hyperthermia devices has been made using Arduino Uno. Functional tests have also been carried out on the hypo-hyperthermia tool to determine the level of success and eligibility. This tool works by utilizing the flow of water to provide the temperature needed by the patient in order to obtain a normal temperature, namely by increasing the temperature of the blanket when the patient has hypothermia and lowering the temperature of the blanket when the patient has hyperthermia. The design of this hypo-hyperthermia tool uses Arduino uno as a processor and DS18B20 sensor for temperature readings. Heaters are also used as water heaters, condensers as water coolers, and water pumps to drive the water cycle from the appliance to the blanket and back to the appliance. The temperature and mode settings will be displayed on the LCD screen. Function test results obtained by comparing the value of the temperature reading in skin mode with a digital thermometer that is obtained an error value of 0.3%. This temperature difference is affected by the room temperature and body temperature of the patient which can change at any time. It was also obtained by comparison of the temperature reading values in blanket mode with a digital thermometer that is obtained the largest error value of 6% at a setting value of 25 °C and the smallest error value of 0.3% at a setting value of 30 °C. This temperature difference is influenced by the temperature of the room at the time of measurement on the blanket is also influenced by the thickness of the hose installed on the blanket, so that the cold temperature in the water is not absorbed properly.</p>

<p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Sales Growth, dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Financial Distress pada Sub Sektor Perusahaan Property, Real Estate, dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018.Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perusahaan sub sektor property, real estate, dan kontruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas, rasio sales growth dan rasio aktivitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan secara parsial rasio leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress. rasio profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress dan rasio likuiditas, rasio sales growth dan rasio aktivitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap financial distress.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Activity Ratios of Financial Distress in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Period of 2015-2018.The population of this study includes all property, real estate, and construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. In order to obtain a sample of 10 companies based on predetermined criteria. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website.Based on the results of the study liquidity ratio variables, leverage ratios, profitability ratios, sales growth ratios and activity ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress. While partially the leverage ratio has a significant negative effect on financial distress. profitability ratios have a positive effect on financial distress and liquidity ratios, sales growth ratios and activity ratios have no influence on financial distress.</em></p><h2> </h2>

Current communication can be carried out without having to come face to face, without limitation of space and time, namely through the internet. the availability of internet connectivity is a necessity for all people in almost all activities. The growth of internet users influences changes in the pattern of society in communicating and socializing also has an impact on business trends, one of which is the aspect of promotion and marketing. Conventional promotion through printed media has shifted to online media. Printed media turned to digital form which was then disseminated very easily through the internet to many people in general. This paper will examine the smarsofi application or smart social wifi application that utilizes connectivity accounts from wifi users to collect data. in this case is the visitor's data from a caf ©. The main objective is to facilitate the process of collecting visitors to the caf © connected to wifi, which will then be forwarded to the distribution (broadcast) of digital promotional content.
