Perundungan merupakan sebuah bentuk tindakan agresif yang dapat memberikan dampak berkepanjangan baik secara fisik maupun mental serta menjadi suatu permasalahan yang sangat kursial dan urgent untuk segera diatasi oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bentuk perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang serta (2) upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam penanganan kasus perundungan pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang masih dalam skala ringan yang terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) bentuk yaitu perundungan secara fisik, verbal, dan juga psikologis. Upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam penanganan kasus perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa dibagi kedalam 2 (dua) bentuk yaitu, 1) upaya preventif (pencegahan) berupa; (a) sosialisasi anti perundungan, (b) program pembiasaan pagi, (c) pengadaan kotak pengaduan masalah, (d) pengadaan poster stop perundungan, (e) pembuatan tata tertib, (f) pendidikan klasikal, dan (g) diadakannya pendidikan karakter. 2) Upaya represif (tindak lanjut) seperti (a) pembinaan (pemberian nasihat serta pemanggilan orang tua guna mediasi), serta (b) pemberian hukuman (pemberian skorsing). Dimana upaya-upaya tersebut telah cukup optimal dalam menangani perundungan yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang yaitu dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan terhadap angka kasus perundungan yang terjadi.

The training "Optimizing Social Media in Supporting Local Social and Cultural Campaigns in Palembang City" was held with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of the community, especially cultural community actors, in utilizing social media as a tool to introduce and preserve Palembang's local culture. The background of this training is driven by the rapid development of digital technology, which opens up great opportunities for the City of Palembang to promote its rich culture and traditions to a global audience. Training activities are carried out in the form of theoretical and practical sessions, which include content creation, interaction strategies with audiences, and selection of the right platform to convey local cultural messages. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of using social media in cultural and social campaigns, as well as practical skills in creating effective content. In conclusion, this training successfully equips participants with the ability to optimize social media in promoting local culture and strengthening Palembang's cultural identity in the digital world.
 

This Community Service activity aims to introduce Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and apply it to Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in English courses for students of the Public Health Study Program at STIK Bina Husada Palembang. The focus of this training is on the use of ICT in this case the Canva and Google Translate applications. The methods used include lectures, discussions and practices, with the ultimate goal that students can produce technology-based projects in the form of educational posters in English. The results of the study showed a significant increase in ICT skills, self-confidence, and the ability to communicate using English. Students also showed good collaboration in groups, and were better prepared to face the challenges of the world of work that increasingly utilizes technology and cross-cultural communication, especially in the public health sector. This Community Service activity concluded that the integration of ICT and English in project-based learning can strengthen student competencies and prepare them to contribute effectively to the completion of students' English projects.

This research conducts a comprehensive juridical analysis of interfaith marriage within the framework of Indonesian positive law, examining the legal complexities and regulatory challenges in the current legal system. The study critically analyzes the existing legal instruments, including Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, compilation of Islamic Law, and relevant Supreme Court decisions that govern interfaith marriages in Indonesia. Through doctrinal legal research methodology, this study investigates the legal vacuum surrounding interfaith marriages and its implications on citizens' constitutional rights. The research examines how different legal interpretations by civil registry offices, religious courts, and other legal institutions affect the implementation of interfaith marriage regulations. Findings indicate substantial inconsistencies in legal interpretation and application, leading to legal uncertainty for couples seeking interfaith marriages. The study reveals that while Indonesian positive law does not explicitly prohibit interfaith marriages, the absence of clear regulatory frameworks often results in practical obstacles and varying administrative practices across different regions. The research also explores how judicial decisions have shaped the legal landscape of interfaith marriages, analyzing landmark cases that have influenced current legal practices. This study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reform to provide clear guidelines for interfaith marriages that align with constitutional principles while respecting religious values and human rights in Indonesia's pluralistic society.

This community service activity is a learning assistance program that focuses on foreign language learning guidance for school-age children in the Glintong Dalam Village environment during semester holidays. With this activity, the children have interesting activities to improve their Arabic and English skills. This activity is one of the agendas of the facilitators of the Community Service Course  of the Tarbiyah Faculty of STAI Darul Hikmahin 2024 in Glintong village. The service activities in the form of a foreign language learning guidance program which were attended by approximately 20 students went smoothly. The result of this activity is that the children are eager to learn Arabic and English and can overcome the difficulties they face when learning Arabic and English at school. In its implementation, children can learn calmly, comfortably, enthusiastically and are able to understand the material presented. This activity also received a positive response from themselves, parents, and the community.

The application of artificial intelligence in management information systems provides effectiveness and efficiency in business processes. The integration of artificial intelligence and management information systems has changed the procedures for collecting data, analyzing data, and utilizing data. This research aims to explain the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems and identify ethical challenges and social impacts arising from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems. The research method used in this research is the library study method, which is a research approach that involves collecting and analyzing information available in forms such as articles, reference books and other reference sources. The results of the research are that the application of artificial intelligence provides convenience by automating routine tasks thereby increasing user efficiency and effectiveness. However, apart from providing convenience, there are ethical challenges and social impacts that arise from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems, such as threats to data security and increasingly narrow job opportunities.

Experts say that human fundamentals, including the role of the economy, must form the foundation of educational philosophy and practice. Education is both a human need and a symptom. In the sense that without education, a person cannot be considered a true human being and cannot carry out their role as a valuable human being in their daily life. Creating a flawless Muslim human being in the sense of al-insan al-kamil—that is, a person who is constantly istiqomah and continuously proficient in using their bodily and spiritual abilities to always submit to and obey Allah SWT—is the ultimate goal of the Essence of Humanity program in Islamic education.

Ship accidents are still a problem in the maritime industry even though the BRM training program has been implemented since 2011. Analysis of several incidents noted that the human error factor was ranked highest. SA as an important aspect in BRM has not been applied properly as a related cause of the incident. For this reason, this study aims to foster and deepen the understanding of SA to the Ship's Crew and then apply it in BRM so that navigation safety is always maintained and similar incidents do not occur in the future. The study used a literature study method, by exploring references to maritime publications, previous journals, books and relevant sources. The results of the study, SA can be formed by mobilizing all five senses well combined with an understanding of the surrounding environment and experience. SA consists of 3 levels, each of which is interrelated and continuous, namely; Perception (Level 1), Understanding (Level 2) and Projection (level 3).

Violence against children and women in Indonesia is a serious problem that reflects weaknesses in the legal protection system. Various social factors such as poverty, low education, patriarchal culture, gender inequality, and early marriage exacerbate the situation. This phenomenon demands deep reforms in policy and law enforcement to ensure protection and justice for victims. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the legal protection system for children and women in Indonesia, highlighting policy gaps, structural barriers, and the impact on victims. The research uses a normative-empirical method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data was collected through a literature review of laws and regulations, as well as analysis of other legal and non-legal documents. The results identified eight main obstacles in law enforcement, including suboptimal implementation of additional punishment, stereotyping, victim blaming, revictimization, and difficulties in presenting evidence at trial. Punishments that are still oriented towards imprisoning perpetrators and the lack of understanding of power relations among legal officers add to the complexity of the problem. In addition, victims often do not report their cases due to lack of legal support and the risk of psychological impact is not considered. Legal reform is needed to create responsive and humane protection. Improve training of law enforcement officers, provide one-stop service centers for victims, expand public awareness campaigns, and increase budget allocations to support more effective policy implementation.

This training aims to increase entrepreneurial interest and ability to utilize social media among housewives in Jero Gunung Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok. In today's digital era, social media has become an effective tool for promoting products and services, as well as expanding market reach. However, many housewives still lack understanding on how to utilize it optimally. This training activity consisted of educational sessions on the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, and the use of social media as a business platform. In addition, this training also provides assistance in planning and managing small businesses that have the potential to increase family income and realize an independent economy. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, as well as their increased confidence to start a new business or develop an existing one. Thus, this training is expected to have a positive impact on the family economy and community welfare in Jero Gunung Village.
