Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelatihan dan pengembangan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan Margomulyo Kabupaten Kediri. pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode puposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 83 orang responden dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan uji instrmen validitas dan  reliabilitas, uji linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan pada karyawan  Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan Margo Mulyo Kabupaten Kediri pengaruh yang signifikan secara  parsial pelatihan terhadap kinerja kerja dengan nilai Sig. 0,004 < 0,05. Pengaruh secara parsial pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai Sig. 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti  berpengaruh  signifikan Pengaruh simultan variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hasil nilai Sig. 0,003 < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan Margomulyo Kabupaten Kediri.

Salah satu gangguan pada tulang belakang adalah gangguan postur tubuh seperti scoliosis, kifosis maupun lordosis. Gangguan tulang belakang pada anak-anak khususnya pada siswa siswi di MIM Digdaya Bolon disebabkan karena duduk yang terlalu lama, posisi belajar yang buruk, penggunaan tas punggung yang baik, faktor fasilitas belajar yang kurang memadai (meja belajar dan kursi), kurangnya aktifitas fisik dan olahraga, serta faktor genetic. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk mengedukasi mengenai bentuk kelainan postur, cara melakukan core stability exercise di rumah, postur duduk yang baik, dan cara menggunakan tas yang tepat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan bentuk edukasi wayang, naskah dialog dan disampaikan dalam bentuk power point mengenai postur serta bentuk latihan core untuk pencegahan kelainan postur. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan anak terkait materi yang diberikan, sebelum penyampain materi dilakukan pre test dan post test dengan jumlah 5 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil didapatkan bahwa rata rata pengetahuan siswa sebelum mendapatkan penyuluhan materi (Pre test) adalah 61,14 dan sesudah mendapatkan penyuluhan materi (Post Test) adalah 72,57. Peningkatan hasil post test ini dipengaruhi oleh ketertarikan dan keantusiasan anak terhadap materi yang disampaikan dengan menggunakan karakter wayang postur.

The Wakhan Corridor is surrounded by the concerned region of Mekandar. The access strip is located at the intersection of four countries, the mainland of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, China and  Pakistan. The Wakhan Corridor has  been  the mainly vital intersection point of the Silk Road since its inception. This corridor has long been used by Europeans and Chinese as a trade path to reach the Indian plains and sea lines of communication in the Indian Ocean via the coasts of the Arabian Sea. At the joint of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan lies a small extend of land in Afghanistan's Badakhshan province known as the Wakhan Corridor. Being a passage of the old Silk Road, this corridor is of great historical value. It still has a lot of room for increase in terms of tourism and regional connectivity. Wakhan region is considered relatively peaceful as there is no law-and-order problem.  Construction of  the  road  through  Wakhan  will improve regional trade and business, especially for Pakistan, Central Asia and Afghanistan. It could provide the fastest trade route for China to access Afghanistan and Pakistan for access to Central Asia. In this context, the research explores the possibilities of revitalizing the Wakhan Corridor through the construction of road infrastructure. This paper highlights the economical importance of the Wakhan Corridor in the light of the emerging regional scenario. Both ISIS and the Pakistani Taliban are essential to disrupt the corridor and create security challenges for development. To benefit from future trade improvements along the Wakhan Corridor, the three countries (Pakistan, China and Tajikistan) should focus on the security and political situation.

The purpose of this research is to examine 1. What factors attract foreign buyers to import cashew nuts from Indonesia?.2. What are the obstacles faced by foreign buyers in the process of importing cashew nuts from Indonesia?.3. What are the stages of the process carried out by buyers to import cashews from Indonesia?.4. What is the solution to these obstacles? This research was made using a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research regarding the marketing process of the cashew nut export sales business. (2) Currency differences. (3) Obstacles in the Form of Regulations. (4) International trade barriers are seen from economic institutions, namely: The influence of economic organizations, Anti-dumping regulations that increase import duty rates, Embargoes related to the prohibition of trade between countries. What is the solution to these obstacles? (1). Solution for difficult payments, by L/C. (2) The solution when the currency, using the USA currency or by agreement, is exchanged to the value of the destination country. (3) The solution to obstacles in the form of regulation, is to instinctively follow market trends. (4) Solutions to barriers to economic institutions, exporters take advantage of facilities from countries that are members of economic organizations, export at competitive prices, and resolve trade embargo issues between countries.

Currently, the development of business in Indonesia is very rapid, especially in the culinary or food sector. This increase phenomenon is based on one of the government's roles in efforts to improve the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) empowerment program. UMKM Sate Sahabat Taichan Batam has the opportunity to develop even better. The purpose of this research is to optimize the production process of UMKM Sate Sahabat Taichan Batam in accordance with the capacity and demand of consumers so that SMEs can predict how much demand for products with separate requests for the future as well as service orders given and the total demand for these products can be known. The data collection method that we use is to conduct interviews so that we can directly get information orally and can get clear data about research problems. The results of the research that the author examines that the pattern of demand from year to year continues to increase for the product. Therefore, with the pattern of product demand that is increasing from consumer demand, the profits obtained by MSME owners are also increasing and the development of branch outlets helps overcome consumer demand.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Pendekatan Kontekstual Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Cerita Pendek oleh Siswa Kelas IX MTs. Insan Cita Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi MTs. Insan Cita berjumlah 40 siswa. Objek yang diteliti adalah Penggunaan Pendekatan Kontekstual Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Cerita Pendek. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa tes. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample T-test. Berdasarkan uji Statistic T-paired diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata perbedaan antara pretest (sebelum diberikan treatment) dengan posttest (setelah diberikan treatment) yaitu 3,375 dengan standar deviasion  5,236 dan didapatkan nilai siginifikan (2-tailed) 0.000 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan yang siginifikan terhadap pemerolehan nilai pretest dan posttest.
 

Meningkatkan hasil produk yang berkualitas tinggi menjadi salah satu tujuan utama dari kegiatan proses produksi yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah responden 176 karyawan bagian produksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuesioner (angket) dan studi pustaka. Pengujian kualitas pada instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,487. Analisis ini hanya dilakukan pada satu perusahaan manufaktur dan tidak memperhitungkan variabel lain atau variabel moderator yang ikut mempengaruhi kualitas produk.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a way for the community to be able to maintain the quality of their health. One indicator that is used as a reference is Handwashing with Soap (CTPS), because it can prevent the occurrence of diarrhea and ISPA, especially in vulnerable groups such as school-age children. However, learning about health in schools often uses inappropriate methods and media. This activity aims to increase students knowledge about washing hands with soap at Insan Ikhlas Islamic School. The activity method is carried out by counseling and health education about good and correct CTPS at school. The results of this activity have been socialization and counseling to 25 students, in addition to that, handwashing with soap (CTPS) was also carried out at Insan Ikhlas Islamic School. The conclusion of this activity is that students are able to practice how to wash their hands properly using soap and flowing water.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the net profit growth of publicly listed commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected from www.idx.co.id, spanning from 2017 to 2021. The study took place from March to August 2022. The population for this research comprised 43 companies, with a sample size of 20 companies. The research employed quantitative data processed using Eviews 9 with the panel data regression method. The test results concluded that the interest rate variable, partially, does not have a significant impact on the net profit growth. However, inflation, partially, has a significant effect on the net profit growth of commercial banks during the period from 2017 to 2021. Simultaneously, interest rates and inflation do not have a significant impact on the net profit growth of commercial banks. The contribution of the interest rate and inflation variables to net profit growth is only 5.66%, and the correlation between the interest rate and inflation variables with net profit growth is weak.

Dalam rangka memberikan solusi nyata atas persoalan yang terjadi, maka “House of Humaira” di Purwakarta hadir untuk membantu dan berkontribusi secara langsung dalam pembangunan. Proses yang akan dilakukan untuk pembangunan ini adalah merancang sistem manajemen meliputi operasional, rancangan finansial, dan marketing dengan cara sosialisasi akan pentingnya pendidikan bagi kaum wanita. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdapat 3 (tiga) metode yaitu Input, Process, dan Output. Hasil yang dicapai adalah mahasiswa melakukan live instagram, pembuatan rancangan anggaran dan modul selama pengelolaan humaira. Hal ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari warga setempat dan diharapkan kedepannya banyak wanita yang terbantu dengan kehadiran “House of Humaira”.
