This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the net profit growth of publicly listed commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected from www.idx.co.id, spanning from 2017 to 2021. The study took place from March to August 2022. The population for this research comprised 43 companies, with a sample size of 20 companies. The research employed quantitative data processed using Eviews 9 with the panel data regression method. The test results concluded that the interest rate variable, partially, does not have a significant impact on the net profit growth. However, inflation, partially, has a significant effect on the net profit growth of commercial banks during the period from 2017 to 2021. Simultaneously, interest rates and inflation do not have a significant impact on the net profit growth of commercial banks. The contribution of the interest rate and inflation variables to net profit growth is only 5.66%, and the correlation between the interest rate and inflation variables with net profit growth is weak.

Banyak kaum wanita dan keluarga yang belum menyadari pentingnya pendidikan bagi wanita. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya diadakan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pendidikan bagi para wanita. Dalam rangka memberikan solusi nyata atas persoalan yang terjadi, maka “House of Humaira” di Purwakarta hadir untuk membantu dan berkontribusi secara langsung dalam pembangunan. Proses yang akan dilakukan untuk pembangunan ini adalah merancang sistem manajemen meliputi operasional, rancangan finansial, dan marketing dengan cara sosialisasi akan pentingnya pendidikan bagi kaum wanita. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdapat 3 (tiga) metode yaitu Input, Process, dan Output. Hasil yang dicapai adalah mahasiswa melakukan live instagram, pembuatan rancangan anggaran dan modul selama pengelolaan humaira. Hal ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari warga setempat dan diharapkan kedepannya banyak wanita yang terbantu dengan kehadiran “House of Humaira”.
 
 

The novel entitled “Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?” is a novel that tells the story of Angel's life from childhood as a child with special needs. Angel's mother died while giving birth to Angel. This situation awakens Angel to always be grateful to God for everything he gets to form Angel into a person who is always grateful and does not give up easily. Novel “Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?” Agnes Davonar's work has been successfully made into a film to educate every film audience to always be grateful for everything they have. This study uses qualitative methods, methods used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or advantages of social influences that cannot be explained by a quantitative approach. This research is expected to have a positive impact on everyone who reads it and can implement it in life.

Cases of death due to COVID-19 have also increased the number of children who have become orphans.  Thus, these children are now in need of social welfare service (PPKS). Children who have lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru City are the highest compared to all regencies/cities in Riau Province, these children belong to a vulnerable group  so that inclusiveness (partiality) is needed for them. This study aims to look at inclusive governance in handling children who have lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru city. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive nature. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the handling of children who lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru City had fulfilled three elements of inclusive governance, namely transparency, participation, and equal treatment. However, in the implementation of the three elements of inclusive governance, there are still obstacles, namely changing policies and disproportionate assistance.

Some residents, sometimes use herbal plants to treat perceived health complaints, but their utilization is not optimal because so far the use of traditional medicinal plants is only based on the opinions of friends or neighbors and hereditary traditions. The use of traditional medicine that is not in accordance with the rules, is feared to reduce the efficacy of the drug itself. The socialization activity was carried out on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 09.00 WITA, located in Tanakaraeng Village, Manuju District, Kab. Gowa. This activity aims to provide information to the public about various plants that have efficacy as herbal plants, how to use herbal plants, especially for obstetric services, which includes how to use, process and dose/dose herbs. This educational process uses a lecture method with the help of powerpoints and leaflets.

Asfiksia neonatorum merupakan suatu keadaan pada bayi baru lahir yang mengalami gagal bernapas secara spontan dan teratur segera setelah lahir, sehingga bayi tidak dapat memasukkan oksigen dan tidak dapat mengeluarkan zat asam arang dari tubuhnya. World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa angka kematian bayi sebagian besar disebabkan oleh asfiksia (20-60%), infeksi (25-30%), bayi dengan berat lahir rendah (25-30%), dan trauma persalinan (5-10%). Indonesia merupakan negara dengan AKB dengan asfiksia tertinggi kelima untuk negara ASEAN pada tahun 2011 yaitu 35 kematian per 1000 kelahiran. angka kematian bayi (AKB) di indonesia adalah 32/1000 kelahiran hidup dan kematian neonatal 19/1000 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan penelitian adalah Memberikan Asuhan kebidanan Bayi Baru Lahir pada By. S Dengan Asfiksia sedang Di Rumah Sakit Mitra Sejati kota Medan Tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan 7 langkah varney. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah By Ny. S dengan Asfiksia Sedang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Mitra Sejati dilakukan dari bulan Maret pada tanggal 27 maret- 29 maret 2020. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat kesenjangan teori dan praktek. Setelah di berikan KIE dan tindakan yang benar masalah asfiksia sedang pada bayi yang di alami dapat teratasi dan keadaan pasien menjadi lebih baik. Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayan bayi baru lahir dengan asfiksia sedang yang komprehensip untuk mencegah komplikasi ataupun kelainan pada bayi.
                                                                               
 

This study aims to determine, test, and analyze the effect of the current ratio, cash ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The case study in this study is a metal mining sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2020. This study is quantitative with data analysis techniques used as descriptive analysis using financial ratio analysis. Collection by collecting financial reports on the website www.IDX.co.id in 2015-2020. The population in this study consisted of 11 sub-sector companies. The research sample was five companies, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results show that the current and cash ratios are unrelated to dividend policy. Debt to asset and debt to equity ratios are unrelated to dividend policy. Return on assets and return on equity are also not significant to dividend policy. The current ratio and cash ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. Debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio significantly affect stock prices. Return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on dividend policy. And dividend policy has a significant effect on stock prices, so that dividend policy can be an intervening variable on stock prices in metal mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2020 period.

Namun, setelah mekarnya Provinsi Kalimantan Utara pada Tahun 2012, dilakukan revisi RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan yang mengacu pada RTRW Provinsi Kalimantan Utara Tahun 2017-2037. Perubahan kebijakan RTRW provinsi tersebut menjadi pertimbangan dilakukannya langkah Peninjauan Kembali (PK) terhadap RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan Tahun 2012-2032. Hasil PK yang dilakukan tahun 2018 ini akan menjadi masukkan substansi bagi penyusunan RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan 2018-2038. Studi bertujuan untuk mengkomparasikan penentuan pusat kegiatan dalam rencana struktur ruang wilayah dalam dokumen RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan Tahun 2012-2032, hasil Peninjauan Kembali (PK) RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan Tahun 2018, dan hasil analisis Skalogram Guttman serta Indeks Sentralitas Marshall. Studi dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Studi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan wilayah administrasi yang berimplikasi pada perubahan RTRW Kabupaten Bulungan menyebabkan perubahan pusat-pusat kegiatan, yaitu fungsi Pusat Pelayanan Kawasan (PPK) dan Pusat Pelayanan Lingkungan (PPL). Sedangkan fungsi Pusat Kegiatan Wilayah (PKW) dan Pusat Kegiatan Lingkungan (PKL) tetap mengacu pada arahan RTRW provinsi dan nasional. </em><em></em></p>

Employees Analysistechniques used are a model of measurement and structural model.Statistical methods used in this researchwhich is structural equation modeling (SEM) operated through a program smartpls.The conclusion ofresearch results show that: (1) financial literacy significant positive on behavioral finance, (2) lifestylesignificant positive on behavioral finance, (3) income significant positive on behavioral finance, (4)financial literacy significant positive on the product price, (5) lifestyle no significant positive on the productprice, (6) income significant positive on the product price, (7) the product price significant positive onbehavioral finance.

Pengadaan barang dan jasa di pemerintahan desa menjadi kegiatan yang rutin dalam setiap tahun anggaran. Kegitan rutinan yang diselenggrakan untuk segala kegiata pemerintahan di pemerintahan desa menjadi sangat urgen karena berbagai faktor. Salah satunya karena pagu anggaran dari APBN 2022 sangatlah besar. Pagu anggaran tersebut sebesar enam puluh delapan triluin (Rp 68 triliun). Dari pagu tersebut, terdapat porsi besar untuk kegiatan pengadaan barang dan jasa di pemerintahan desa. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini hendak mengkaji bagaimana konsep atau aspek hukum pengadaan barang dan jasa di pemerintahan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Dari penelitian ini, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengadaan barang dan jasa di pemerintahan desa berbeda dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa di pemerintahan seca umum. Dikecualikannnya pengadaan tersebut tentu meiliki implikasi hukum yang berbeda pula sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian yang mendalam supaya para pemangku kebijakan di tingkat pemerintahan desa, tidak terjebak pada kasus-kasus hukum di kemudian hari.
