Keberadaan UMKM dapat menenciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberdayakan rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan pendapatan.  UMKM memiliki peranan yang besar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, sebagai penyedia  lapangan  pekerjaan dan juga sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pemberdayaan agar UMKM lebih berkembang dan mampu mendukung kestabilan perekonomian nasional. Di era teknologi sekarang ini, para pelaku UMKM hendaknya bisa memanfaatkan media digital  sebagai salah satu upaya pemasaran produknya sehingga konsumen  lebih mengenal  produk  yang  dihasilkan oleh UMKM tersebut. UMKM yang memiliki akses online, terlibat di media sosial, dan mengembangkan kemampuan e-commerce-nya, biasanya akan menikmati keuntungan bisnis yang signifikan baik dari  segi  pendapatan, kesempatan kerja, inovasi, dan daya saing. UMKM Binangkit adalah kelompok usaha yang berada di Desa Jelegong kecamatan Kutawaringin Kabupaten Bandung, kelompok usaha ini terdiri dari 27 unit usaha. Unit usaha yang tergabung dalam UMKM Binangkit bergerak dalam produksi makanan ringan seperti sumpia, basreng, pisang aroma dan lain-lain. Selama ini pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya berupa menjualnya secara tradisional misalnya menjual lagsung kepada pembeli, menitipkannya di warung atau mengikuti pameran. Agar penjualan produk dari UMKM Binangkit ini meningkat, program studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan merumuskan strategi melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing.

Gangguan tumbuh kembang adalah kondisi individu mengalami gangguan kemampuan bertumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan kelompok usia. Hasil ini mungkin disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti rendahnya tingkat pendidikan ibu anak dan sedikitnya pengetahuan, wawasan dan informasi mengenai pengasuhan dan pengawasan yang optimal terhadap anak. Stimulasi yang tepat akan merangsang otak balita sehingga perkembangan kemampuan gerak, bicara dan bahasa, sosialisasi dan kemandirian pada balita berlangsung optimal sesuai dengan umur anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa deteksi dini dan intervensi fisioterapi yang diberikan pada kelompok bermain kecamatan Palu Selatan Rt 03/Rw 04 pada bulan februari 2022, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 6 keluarga dengan sampel anak sebanyak 7 orang. Tahapan kegiatan yang dijalankan penyuluhan kesehatan, demonstrasi pelaksanaan, monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengisi kuesioner pra skrining perkembangan (KPSP) dengan beberapa pertanyaan diisi “ya” dan “tidak”. Dari hasil tersebut dilakukan evaluasi berkala sehingga didapatkan 6 anak tumbuh kembangnya sesuai dengan umur ditandai dengan berwarna hijau dan 1 anak tumbuh kembangnya masih meragukan ditandai dengan berwarna kuning. Sehingga, diharapkan apabila masyarakat atau orang tua anaknya mengalami gangguan tumbuh kembang agar tidak ragu untuk memeriksa dini ke fisioterapis terdekat atau fasilitas kesehatan sesegera mungkin.

The occurrence of the covid-19 pandemic caused a forced change in learning methods. The changes that occur are changes from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum whose goal is to catch up on learning. This study aims to identify and examine the "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools". This study uses a qualitative method of content analysis. Data in content analysis is collected by collecting and analyzing documents, both written documents, drawings, works, and electronics and the results reported are in the form of an analysis of these documents. The independent curriculum is a learning method that refers to the talent and interest approach. The results and discussion of this study explain the meaning of implementation and independent curriculum in driving schools. Through the Mobilization School, it is hoped that it will be able to realize an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students.

<p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya layanan arsip dinamis inaktif yang ada di unit kearsipan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah VI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur pelayanan arsip inaktif sebelum adanya SOP dan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan SOP pelayanan arsip inaktif. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi melalui metode Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) dengan cara meneliti sampai menemukan suatu model, pola atau sistem penanganan terpadu yang efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam hal ini suatu model yang dirancang penulis yaitu SOP Pelayanan Arsip Inaktif untuk mengatasi serta memperbaiki alur pelayanan arsip inaktif yang sebelumnya kurang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan proses layanan arsip inaktif dari segi waktu, kemudahan dan kontroling arsip inaktif tersebut.</p><p><em>The background of this research is the inactive dynamic archive service that exists in the Archive Unit of the Region VI Higher Education Service Institution in Central Java Province. The purpose of this study was to find out the flow of inactive archive services before the existence of the SOP and to find out the results of implementing the SOP for inactive archive services. This problem can be overcome through the Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) method by conducting research to find a model, pattern or integrated handling system that is effective and can be used to solve the problem. In this case, a model designed by the author, namely the Inactive Archive Service SOP to overcome and improve the inactive archive service flow which was previously ineffective. The results showed that there was an increase in the inactive archive service process in terms of time, convenience and control of the inactive archives.</em></p>

The problem of malpractice cases committed by health workers in Indonesia is still common. The incompetence of health workers is one of the causes of malpractice cases. Malpractice is a medical service that disappoints and harms the patient because the doctor is less successful or fails to seek health and healing for the patient. Medical malpractice perpetrators may be held liable under both civil and criminal law. This study uses a literature review to examine different methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the legal protection policies for victims of malpractice committed by the medical profession. The article search strategy uses an online database, namely Google Scholar and this study uses a systematic review methodology known as PRISMA. The results of this study show that there is legal protection for victims of criminal acts in the medical field under positive criminal law in Indonesia, which is currently carried out by imposing sanctions on perpetrators of criminal acts, namely Law No. 29 of 2004 Article 66 Paragraph 1. In addition to enforcing the malpractice crime law that has been regulated in the Criminal Code to provide stronger guarantees of legal certainty, the handling of medical malpractice and health workers is also regulated in Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning health and Law No. 36 of 2014 concerning health workers.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

Kehamilan merupakan sesuatu hal wajar yang terjadi pada wanita produktif yang mempunyai pasangan atau dikenal dengan Pasangan usia Subur (PUS). Pada setiap masa kehamilan ibu akan mengalami beberapa perubahan diantaranya perubahan fisik (Pembesaran Abdomen, Rahim, Payudara,Sering Buang air Kecil)  dan psikologis (Perubahan Mood). Perubahan pada aspek psikologis yang jika dibiarkan tanpa solusi akan dapat menyebabkan permasalahan seperti ansietas/ kecemasan, gangguan tidur, depresi, peningkatan tekanan darah, Preeklamsia Berat hinga kematian janin, oleh karena itu diperlukan implementasi untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Mitra PKM yaitu Praktik Bidan Mandiri yang mempunyai masalah tersendiri dimana Mitra PBM tidak memiliki tenaga kesehatan yang cukup untuk memberikan terapi dalam hal mengatasi cemas tersebut. Oleh karena PKM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan edukasi tentang persalinan dan tehnik relaksasi Thought Stoping untuk mengatasi ansietas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi nyeri persalinan dan tahap persalinan, lalu ibu hamil diberikan edukasi mengenai tehnik relaksasi Thougt Stoping.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

The purpose of the study is to determine the student's need for learning resources by using Learning Management System (LMS) in geography subjects. The research method is quantitative with a research sample of class XI SMA N 3 OKU students who took geography subjects which were carried out with random sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviews, while the analysis method used Descriptive analytics. The tendency shows that presentations of 95% like online learning. The results of the questionnaire sources from the indicators of the need to pay attention to the 68.5% tendency of students that strongly agree and  31.5% agree if an LMS learning media was developed using Video. Besides the video, media of PPT and pdf documents also appear as options. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop LMS-based learning resources by combining more videos, then followed by PPT and pdf. Moreover, the assembling process must apply the science of piracy design which is not just uploading material.
 
 

The declaration of victory for the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno before the KPU centrally counted and officially announced the vote acquisition became interesting material to be constructed into the news.. However, the result of news construction carried out by the media differ from one another. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a framing approach to the Robert N. Entman model. The results show that Kompas.com defines Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno's declaration of victory as a unilateral victory claim with an estimated source of trouble (causal interpretation) of the results of the BPN internal vote count and evidence of fraudulent efforts in various regions. From a moral evaluation point of view, this is an inappropriate decision. The Prabowo-Sandiaga pair need to wait for the official results from the KPU and have legally protested to the court although in the end they could not change the result of the winner of the 2019 Presidential Election. Meanwhile, Cnnindonesia.com sees (problem identification) the incident as a morality problem with an estimate of the source of the problem. (causal interpretation) which is the same as Kompas.com. From a moral evaluation point of view, the Prabowo-Sandiaga camp does not believe in the 2019 Presidential Election voting process. Therefore, the recommended solution is to wait for the KPU's official results and file a procedural lawsuit regarding evidence of fraud. The direction of framing that was built by both Kompas.com and Cnnindonesia.com both directed the event to an unwise decision.Deklarasi kemenangan pasangan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno sebelum KPU secara terpusat menghitung dan mengumumkan perolehan suara menjadi bahan yang menarik untuk dikonstruksi ke dalam berita. Namun demikian, hasil konstruksi berita yang dilakukan oleh media berbeda satu sama lain. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan framing model Robert N. Entman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com mendefinisikan deklarasi kemenangan Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno sebagai klaim kemenangan sepihak dengan perkiraan sumber masalah (causal interpretation) hasil penghitungan suara pihak internal BPN dan ditemukannya bukti usaha kecurangan di berbagai daerah. Dari sisi moral evaluation, hal tersebut merupakan keputusan yang kurang tepat. Pasangan Prabowo-Sandiaga perlu menunggu hasil resmi dari KPU dan telah melakukan protes secara hukum ke pengadilan meski pada akhirnya tidak bisa merubah hasil pemenang Pemilu Presiden 2019. Sementara itu, Cnnindonesia.com melihat (problem identification) peristiwa tersebut sebagai permasalah moralitas dengan perkiraan sumber masalah (causal interpretation) yang sama dengan Kompas.com. Dari sisi moral evaluation, kubu Prabowo-Sandiaga tidak percaya pada proses pelaksanaan pemungutan suara Pemilu Presiden 2019. Oleh sebab itu, penyelesaian yang direkomendasikan adalah menunggu hasil resmi KPU dan melakukan gugatan prosedural terkait adanya bukti kecurangan. Arah framing yang dibangun baik Kompas.com maupun Cnnindonesia.com sama-sama mengarahkan peristiwa tersebut pada keputusan yang kurang bijakasana.
