Ekspor merupakan kegiatan penjualan suatu barang ke luar daerah. Ekspor memiliki peran penting terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dimana kondisi industri dalam negeri, iklim investasi, dan perdagangan global. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews dengan analisis ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) yang digunakan untuk memprediksi ekspor yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia sampai 2035. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ARIMA yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai ekspor pada 1990 sampai dengan 2023 mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Selanjutnya untuk peramalan nilai ekspor di masa mendatang atau forecast sampai tahun 2035 nilainya terletak diantara 0 sampai 10 dan rata-rata cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya dimulai dari tahun 2023 hingga tahun 2035 sebesar -3.71%, namun penurunan ini cenderung stabil atau tidak terlihat penurunan yang begitu dalam. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan hambatan untuk melakukan ekspor yaitu hambatan fisik, finansial, teknis dan eksternal.

Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

The online community 'Puan Bisa' is a women-specific community that has the goal of empowering women, especially young women by utilizing symbolic fantasy in digital communication. The fantasy theme is the contents of messages in communication that have been dramatized, either through the choice of words, phrases, slogans and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of fantasy themes and messages the founder of the 'Puan Bisa' community uses to members of the 'Puan Bisa' online community board in building group awareness. The goal of this research is to find out what kind of message is used by founder of the 'Puan Bisa' community. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection in the form of interviews with informants, pattern matching, literature studies, and internet research. The results of this study show that the fantasy created by the Founder of the 'Puan Bisa' community for members of the online community 'Puan Bisa' has built a group awareness in carrying out and describing women's empowerment. This causes a fantasy chain to occur which gives rise to certain types of fantasy that have specific meanings when used within the women's empowerment community.

Komunitas online ‘Puan Bisa’ merupakan komunitas khusus perempuan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan khususnya perempuan muda dengan memanfaatkan fantasi simbolik dalam komunikasi digital. Tema fantasi merupakan isi pesan dalam komunikasi yang sudah didramatisasi, baik melalui pemilihan kata, frasa, slogan dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tema fantasi dan pesan seperti apa yang digunakan pendiri komunitas ‘Puan Bisa’ kepada anggota pengurus komunitas online ‘Puan Bisa’ dalam membangun kesadaran kelompok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara terhadap informan, pola pencocokan, studi pustaka, dan riset internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini fantasi yang diciptakan oleh Pendiri dari komunitas ‘Puan Bisa’ kepada anggota pengurus komunitas online ‘Puan Bisa’ telah membangun sebuah kesadaran kelompok dalam melakukan dan menggambarkan pemberdayaan perempuan. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya rantai fantasi yang memunculkan tipe fantasi tertentu yang bermakna spesifik ketika digunakan di dalam komunitas pemberdayaan perempuan.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

Various types of music that exist today, one of which is Korean pop (k-pop), adds color to the world of music and entertainment. One of the most famous music groups from South Korea itself, namely blackpink, in early 2023 has held a world tour concert (born pink) at GBK. The fans were very enthusiastic to watch the concert, especially the blinks who don't only live in JABODETABEK, but also from outside JABODETABEK. The Blackpink concert which was held for two days fulfilled trends on various social media, not only happiness but also other judgments from the audience which made the audience uncomfortable with the concert. So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

The students’ problem solving abilities in science about the alternative energy resulted in a low level. A few of the causes were the teacher-centered method and the lack of students' creativity development opportunity in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the STEAM approach using the Project-based Learning (PjBL) learning model to aid the students' problem solving abilities about the alternative energy material. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a quasi-experimental design. The research was conducted at Ngaglik 1 Batu Elementary School in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The population was grade 5 students, and the samples were taken with purposive sampling technique. There were 28 students in the control class and 29 students in the experimental class. The data was collected using the pretest and posttest instruments. The pretest and posttest results were analyzed by parametric inferential statistics based on the prerequisite tests. The normality test used the Shapiro-Wilk and the homogeneity was tesedt using the Levene Statistics. The Independent Sample t-test was used to analyze the research problem and obtained Sig. (2 tailed) of 0.000, which meant that there was a significant difference in the posttest data in the control and experimental classes, so that the application of STEAM-PjBL learning model is concluded to be able to improve students' problem solving abilities.

Penelitian ini menerapkan dua metode regresi yaitu Decision Tree dan linear berganda untuk memprediksi Body Mass Index (BMI) berdasarkan variabel-variabel lainnya pada dataset Asthma. Metode Decision Tree merupakan salah satu cara data processing dalam memprediksi masa depan dengan cara membangun klasifikasi dan regresi model dalam bentuk struktur pohon. Analisis regresi linear berganda merupakan model regresi yang melibatkan lebih dari satu variabel independen. Analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Untuk mengukur tingkat keakuratan model peramalan, digunakan suatu ukuran keakuratan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Hasil MAPE menunjukkan nilai rata-rata prosentase kesalahan mutlak dari nilai sebenarnya dengan nilai peramalan. Pada penelitian ini, metode regresi linear berganda menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dengan nilai MAPE berturut-turut sebesar 12,737%; 12,76%; 12,89%; dan 12,99% untuk proporsi data uji berturut-turut 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40% sedangkan nilai MAPE dari metode regresi Decision Tree sebesar 12,758%; 12,79%; 12,92%; dan 13,13%. Apabila digunakan ukuran kebaikan yang lain seperti MAE dan RMSE akan memberikan hasil yang analog, sedangkan ukuran kebaikan R2 berkebalikan. Penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode lain dalam machine learning seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM), random forest, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), dan lain-lain.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Meningkatkan Produktivitas dan Keuntungan Industri Tempe Skala Kecil di Kota Malang melalui Penentuan dan Penggunaan Modal Kerja yang Optimal. Pengelolaan modal kerja sangat penting bagi perusahaan, terutama dalam hubungannya dengan pertumbuhan penjualan dan kebutuhan permodalan aktiva lancar yang dekat dan langsung. Namun, banyak industri tempe belum menganalisis kebutuhan modal kerjanya, sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bagi industri terkait untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode saldo rata-rata dan metode keterikatan dana dan pengeluaran kas digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah kebutuhan modal kerja. Hasil analisis sensitivitas pada industri tempe Pak Didiek Karim menunjukkan bahwa penurunan kapasitas produksi hingga 80% dan kenaikan harga kedelai hingga 60% masih menguntungkan, namun peningkatan harga kedelai dapat berdampak negatif pada keuntungan. Overall, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang kebutuhan modal kerja pada industri kecil tempe di Kota Malang.
