This research aims to find out an overview of fisheries profit sharing in the Huyula Tradition in the Paguat Coastal Area, based on the title raised in this research. This research uses a type of normative legal research. The process of collecting data from the objects studied in this research is using library research. The data obtained by this research uses a normative analysis method, namely by interpreting and discussing research material based on law, legal norms, legal theories and doctrines related to the main problem. The results of this research show that the Juridical Review of Fishery Profit Sharing in the Huyula Tradition on the Paguat Coast, namely in the Bongoime Village community, Huyula values are applied by the community in various aspects of life. Huyula values are manifested in various activities, for example in community service for environmental cleanup rural areas, building village roads, death, cleaning local irrigation canals and agricultural activities. Community service activities for the public interest, in coordination with the local government without distinguishing between social status, community service activities are usually referred to as "Hulunga" activities by the community as well as factors that influence profit sharing problems, namely economic factors, catch factors, entanglement factors. debt, education factor, legal knowledge factor and age factor.

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality,product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Cv smart semarang.</em><em>  </em><em>This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of research samples was 96 respondents who were consumers of cv smart semarang. The technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis results include validity test,reliability test,classic assumption test (normality test,heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and the last hypothesis test using the T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).</em><em>  </em><em>The research results show that service quality, product quality and price have a positive and significant. With the following regression equation Y = 0,222 X1+0,284 X2+0,391 X3. And the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,609 which means 60,9 percent of consumer satisfaction is influenced by service quality,product quality,and price.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Background: The MRI knee joint examination procedure for clinical ACL rupture in the Radiology Installation of Sidoarjo Regional Hospital often adds a T2 Mapping MR Cartigram sequence. T2 mapping MR Cartigram is a special sequence for detecting damage to the collagen component of the cartilage matrix using a quantitative approach method by producing a color map. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure, reasons for use, and diagnostic information resulting from the T2 mapping MR Cartigram sequence. Method: This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted in March-June 2022 at the Radiology Installation of Sidoarjo Regional Hospital. Research subjects included three patients, three radiographers, one radiologist, and one sending doctor. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed using an interactive model system method which would be processed in the form of transcripts, then identified, reduced and categorized the data and made open coding so that conclusions could be drawn. Results: The results of the study show that the clinical MRI knee joint examination procedure for ACL rupture at Sidoarjo District Hospital includes patient preparation, equipment preparation, examination techniques and routine sequences used such as PD Fatsat, T2, T1, STIR, T2*GRE, PD 3D Cube, and additional T2 Mapping MR Cartiram sequence. The use of the T2 mapping MR Cartigram sequence aims to determine the effect of ACL rupture on cartilage damage quantitatively and objectively by placing an ROI in the cartilage area so that it can provide diagnostic information including early detection of cartilage damage, increased water content, and cartilage degenerative processes. The results of the interpretation of the analysis carried out by the Sidoarjo Regional Hospital Radiologist were only subjective, namely looking at the resulting color map to see whether it looked even and homogeneous. Introduction: Cutaneous larva migrans (CLM) is a parasitic infestation that commonly occurs in warm climates among people who have contact with contaminated soil. This is caused by the migration of hookworm larvae into human skin. Clinically, itchy, erythematous, linear serpiginous tracts appear within days to months after exposure to infected sand or soil. Diagnosis is based on clinical presentation. CLM can heal on its own and usually resolves within a few weeks to several months without treatment . Case report: This case report is about a 30-year-old female patient with complaints of itching on the little finger of the left foot since 4 days ago accompanied by multiple erythematous papules with serpiginous arrangement, the surface of the left dorsal leg. Conclusion: CLM associated with hookworm is diagnosed clinically based on the typical clinical appearance, as well as a history of travel to endemic areas and exposure to contaminated soil/sand.

The method used in this study uses qualitative methods by investigating the differences between Indonesian allophones and Sundanese so as to produce concrete data. Such as differences in vowel phonemes and consonant phonemes between Indonesian and Sundanese, differences in consonant allophones and vowel allophones, differences in the use of certain sounds, differences in intonation patterns and accents. Pada dasarnya, penurunan pondasi terjadi ketika pondasi tersebut menanggung beban struktur di atasnya. Penurunan pondasi harus dipertimbangkan saat tahap perencanaan proyek konstruksi agar tidak melebihi batas izin yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kapasitas daya dukung pondasi dan pergerakan tanah yang terjadi. Jenis pondasi yang digunakan dalam Proyek Pembangunan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang adalah pondasi pancang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan data sekunder, termasuk gambar dan laporan investigasi tanah. Perhitungan beban pada struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SAP2000, menghasilkan gaya aksial sebesar 5006,996 kN, gaya geser sebesar 4,979 kN, momen dalam arah X sebesar 72,7124 kN/m, dan momen dalam arah Y sebesar 322,0355 kN/m. Kapasitas daya dukung ultimit pondasi tiang tunggal adalah 4791,44 kN, sementara kapasitas daya dukung ultimit pondasi tiang kelompok adalah 5971,998 kN. Penurunan pondasi tiang tunggal dan tiang kelompok adalah 13,573 mm dan 30,350 mm, secara berturut-turut. This study aims to examine and understand more deeply the existence of the role of PAI teachers in developing students' self-control in order to be able to regulate and direct and counteract all forms of behavior that have the potential to bring negative currents that are at odds with the standards of ethical and moral norms in establishing socialized interactions so that they are agile in predicting well at any time obstacle factors arise affecting unwanted intrusive behavior to be faced and align themselves psychologically and physically in actual conditions with the availability of supporting elements in providing understanding of knowledge, appreciation and experience so that students become adolescents who continue to develop in terms of faith and devotion. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type by involving PAI teachers, 8th grade students and school principals as key informants.Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that efforts in the role of Islamic religious education teachers to develop student self-control through revamping the seating model of innovative learning group discussions, educating with exemplary values, inviting active communication, providing motivation and appreciation, fostering and guiding with a disciplined attitude and establishing cooperation with the principal through giving responsibility to students and providing personal guidance services by utilizing the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure and the principal's participation in optimizing religious activities through the cooperation of parents in monthly meeting activities to anticipate students who are difficult to work with and lack of parental attention and affection and the influence of mass media is expected to foster good self-control in self-implementation and daily life.

This research aims to: (1) determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. , (3) To find out and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. In this research, the type of research uses a quantitative approach, the sample is 31 people, data collection uses questionnaires and data documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis to determine the high or low levels of the observed variables with the help of data processing using the SPSS program and inferential analysis using multiple linearity regression statistics. The research results show that: (1) Competency and career development variables simultaneously influence employee performance, because the Fcount = 24.089 > Ftable = 3.34; (2) Competency variable value tcount= 2.683 > ttable = 2.048 in sig. =0.12. there is a significant influence between competency on employee performance, (3) Career development variable value t = 2.578 > ttable = 2.048 on sig. = 0.15, there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance, (4) the competency variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, because the standard value of the competency beta coefficient = 0.440 > the standard beta coefficient of career development = 0.422.
