The study of the English language's phonology, or sound system, is known as English phonology. To understand each other between speakers and listeners, English users must be able to pronounce correctly so that the message is conveyed without misunderstanding. One of the important points that must be learned from the science of phonology is minimal pair words to train English language learners to speak like native speakers. This descriptive study aims to determine the level of knowledge of students about the lecture material that has been studied in the fourth semester, namely Minimal Pairs. The study method is cross-sectional with a sample size of 126 respondents taken by consecutive sampling. The level of knowledge of students was found to be in the good category as much as 32.5%, sufficient category as much as 62.7%, poor category by 4.8%. Most of the respondents, 62.7%, had a sufficient level of knowledge. The conclusion obtained from this study is that students majoring in English tadris class of 2021 UIN North Sumatra have a sufficient level of knowledge about Minimal Pairs.

Organic waste management plays a crucial role in supporting sustainable agriculture by recycling valuable resources and reducing environmental impacts. This systematic literature review explores the implementation of organic waste management strategies, including composting, vermicomposting, fermentation, and eco-friendly technologies, in developed countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden. The review also highlights the challenges and opportunities in each country, considering technological limitations, social and cultural aspects, as well as policy and regulations. Moreover, it analyzes the implications for sustainable agriculture and provides recommendations for further research. The findings underscore the importance of integrating organic waste management into agricultural practices to enhance soil fertility, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and promote sustainable farming systems globally.

ABSTRAKDunia kini harus merasakan dampak yang ditrima akibat adanya pandemi yang disebabkan oleh Virus Covid 19. Virus ini telah mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia di seluruh dunia tidak terkecuali Negara Indonesia. Masuknya pandemi ini ke Negara Indonesia menyebabkan penutupan secara total atau lockdown. Lockdown yang diterapkan di Indonesia tentu mempengaruhi aktivitas masyarakat, harus melakukan WFH. Di sisi lain masyarakat Indonesia memiliki budaya Hangout teurtama pada remaja, namun aktivitas tersebut menjadi terbatas karena adanya pandemi. Hal tersebut tidak menutup   remaja untuk tidak melakukan Hangout. Dalam artikel ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam artikel ini menggunakan teknik Library Literature atau kepustaakn, dengan subjeknya adalah remaja. Dalam artikel ini menggunakan teori dari Max Weber yaitu mengenai tindakan sosial, untuk mrlihat tindkaan dari remaja melakukan Hangout di tengah pandemi covid 19. Dalam artikel ini ditemukan bahwa hangout sendiri adalah salah satu budaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia terutama pada remaja. Ditengah pandemi ini semakin banyak remaja yang melakukan hangout ini karena di tengah situasi pandemi ini tempat tempat untuk hangout semakin banyak. This virus has affected human life throughout the world, including Indonesia. The entry of this pandemi into   Indonesia caused a total closure or lockdown. The lockdown implemented in Indonesia certainly affects community activities, which have to do WFH. On the other hand, Indonesian people have a Hangout culture, especially for teenagers, but these activities have become limited due to the pandemi. This does not stop teenagers from doing Hangouts. In this article the method used is qualitative, the data collection technique in this article uses the Library Literature technique, with the subject is a teenagers. In this article, using Max Weber's theory regarding social action, to see the actions of teenagers doing Hangouts in the midst of the covid 19 pandemi. In the midst of this pandemi, there still a lot of teenagers are doing this hangout because in the midst of this pandemi situation there are many places to hangout. In addition, the factor that makes hangouts in the midst of this pandemi is the urge for teenagers to go out because of the effects of the lockdown which causes stress on teenagers.Keyword: Teen Action, Hangout, Covid 19 Pandemic  

This research aims to examine the application of the division of marital assets after divorce by analyzing the case in decision number 2802/Pdt.G/2018/Dpk. The focus of this research is on the division of marital assets and how the theory of justice is applied in the division process. This research is important as it highlights the division of marital assets as a sensitive issue in society, and the importance of justice as a key factor in the division that can influence court decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors considered by the panel of judges in cases involving the division of marital assets. This research adopts a normative legal research method by analyzing the applicable legal regulations and supported by other legal materials, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The findings of this research indicate that the existing regulations governing the division of marital assets do not fully meet the criteria of justice for wives who bear a double burden in marriage. Judges are allowed to deviate from existing laws and engage in contra legem practices to achieve justice for all parties involved in the marriage. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan terhadap pembagian harta bersama pasca perceraian dengan menganalisis perkara pada putusan Nomor 2802/Pdt.G/2018/Dpk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembagian atas harta bersama dan bagaimana teori keadilan diterapkan dalam proses pembagian tersebut. Penelitian ini menjadi penting dengan menyoroti pembagian harta bersama sebagai isu yang cukup sensitif dalam masyarakat dan pentingnya keadilan sebagai faktor utama dalam pembagian tersebut yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pengadilan. Maka dari itu, dirasa perlu adanya urgensi untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pertimbangan oleh majelis hakim dalam kasus pembagian atas harta bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif (yuridis normatif) dengan menganalisis peraturan-peraturan hukum yang berlaku dengan didukung oleh bahan hukum lainnya, antara lain bahan hukum primer, sekunder, serta  tersier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peraturan yang telah diundangkan yang mengatur mengenai pembagian atas harta bersama belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kriteria keadilan bagi istri yang memiliki beban ganda dalam perkawinan. Hakim dalam memutuskan terkait diizinkan untuk melanggar hukum yang ada dengan melakukan contra legem guna mencapai keadilan bagi semua pihak dalam perkawinan.    

Community service activities to provide knowledge about assisting in the preparation of financial reports at UD. Palwa group. This activity was carried out on May 4 2023 to May 11 2023. The method of activity is by presenting material, discussions, training and mentoring. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presents material on preparing financial reports, the practice of making financial reports manually and digitally, solicits participant feedback regarding the quality of the training including material understanding, activity benefits and activity implementation satisfaction.
 

<p>Program pelatihan <em>Financial Life Skills</em> turut berperan memberikan kontribusi penyadaran literasi keuangan bagi masyarakat khususnya para generasi milenial dengan rentan usia 18 sampai dengan 30 tahun dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang, pada sebuah lembaga kursus digital academy di Kota Semarang. Tujuan pelatihan FLS adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan generasi milenial dalam membuat keputusan keuangan yang sehat yang pada akhirnya mencapai kesejahteraan finansial individu dan menguatkan kompetensi pribadi pemuda untuk kesiapsiagaan kerja. Metode pengabdian pelatihan FLS dilakukan menggunakan metode pelatihan <em>experience learning cycle</em> <em>(ELC)</em> dimana pelatih dan peserta akan saling berinterasi secara interaktif melalui berbagai macam aktivitas seperti simulasi, <em>role play</em>, pengisian lembar kerja, tanya jawab, diskusi. Metode ELC cocok digunakan untuk pelatihan FLS agar keterampilan peserta tidak hanya cukup dengan mendengar dan melihat saja tetapi peserta dapat merasakan pengalaman langsung pada saat kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung sehingga pada akhir pelatihan diharapkan peserta benar-benar dapat mengalami perubahan <em>knowledge</em> dan <em>attitude </em>sebagai bekal untuk perubahan <em>behavior </em>di masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi peserta, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat bagi generasi muda untuk menjadi generasi yang tidak hanya produktif namun juga cerdas mengelola keuangan agar hidup sejahtera dimasa yang akan datang.</p>

This research used quantitative research methods using secondary data in the form of financial statements taken through the financial statements of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The company sample consisted of 19 companies using the purposive sampling. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profit growth. Classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data in this research. The results of the classical assumption test stated that the regression model in the study was normally distributed and there were no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. The results of the hypothesis test in this study show that simultaneously the acquisition of Fcalculate < Ftable values (1.244 < 3.23) or significance > 0.05 (0.299 > 0.005), which means that cash turnover and receivable turnover has no significant effect of profit growth.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya perlindungan konsumen dari segi pengawasan pemerintah dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendakatan perundang-undangan dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat dan pemerintah berperan secara bersamaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di pasaran dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 serta Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen bahwa tujuan pengawasan ini dilakukan untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dalam hal ini konsumen dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Dilakukan penindakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh kepolisian agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha.
 

This research aims to examine the legal protection provided by law to a child who becomes a worker in protecting and maintaining the legal rights and growth and development rights of a child. As well as providing knowledge for a child who will become a worker and for a business owner in employing a child into the workforce so that both parties understand their respective rights and obligations. This research was conducted in order to contribute to the legal protection of a child so that the growth and development of children can be guaranteed and protected properly and is intended to be useful for readers and add insight that is so important in applying special treatment for a child who becomes a worker.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.
