The purpose of this study was to examine in depth the process of quality assurance and stakeholder involvement in the preparation of the SMK PK curriculum at SMKN 1 Purwosari. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method and case study design. The main data sources for the research came from school principals, deputy heads of curriculum, WMM (Deputy for Quality Management), heads of expertise programs, and industry representatives, while other parties became sources of supporting data. In-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document review were the methods to collect the data. Collecting, condensing, presenting data, and concluding research findings were processes of data analysis. Triangulation of techniques and sources were the processes of checking the validity of the data. This study found that TPMPS (School Education Quality Assurance Team) carried out quality assurance in the preparation of the SMK PK curriculum. Stages of developing the SMK PK curriculum include analyzing the needs of school stakeholders, evaluating and planning, drafting, verifying draft, validating, and publishing. The quality aspects developed are vocational content which includes technical competencies (hard skills), non-technical skills (soft skills), and entrepreneurial skills. Stakeholders involved include internal customers, primary customers, and secondary customers.

This article discusses the use of behaviorism learning theory to increase the understanding of biological concepts in high school. The method used in this article is a literature study or literature review. The research results reveal that the use of behaviorist learning theory increases understanding of biological concepts through providing regular stimuli so that appropriate responses are obtained. The use of flipbook media as a behavioristic approach also increases students' motivation in learning, thereby influencing learning outcomes or achievement. It can be concluded that the use of behaviorism learning theory can increase understanding of biological concepts in high school.

This study aims to find out how the Koto Majidin-Jambi Student Youth Association (IPMKM-J) implements a budgeting system on every incoming and outgoing fund that they will use in implementing the IPMKM-J work program. The method used in this study is qualitative method, which is a method that collects data which is then explained in words. Primary data were obtained from observations and interviews conducted with parties involved in IPMKM-J and secondary data were obtained from literature studies such as scientific journals, books, and e-books. The result of his research is that IPMKM-J has implemented a budgeting system in preparing budgets for the work programs they hold. The budgeting they made was the Draft Cost Budget (RAB).

Kebebasan berekspresi adalah hak setiap orang, setiap jenis kelamin dan setiap makhluk yang ada. Namun, karena rendahnya pemahaman tentang kebebasan berekspresi, ada batasan dalam hal status gender. Tulisan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk menjelaskan fenomena keterbatasan ekspresi yang disebabkan oleh kesalahpahaman dalam penafsiran pandangan tentang gender dalam masyarakat. Perspektif gender adalah pemahaman tentang perspektif dalam melihat dampak atribut gender seseorang terhadap kemungkinan seseorang untuk membangun peluang, peran sosial, dan interaksi dengan atribut gender yang berlawanan. Fungsi gender seperti, fungsi sosial, fungsi reproduksi, fungsi peran sosial, fungsi gender yang mengarah pada aspek budaya dan fungsi gender dalam menciptakan aturan penting tentang apa yang pantas dan apa yang tidak pantas.

Era globalisasi telah membawa budaya dan teknologi ke wilayah masyarakat adat yang dapat menimbulkan mulai pudarnya kepercayaan masyarakat karena adanya modernisasi pada masa kini. Modernisasi merupakan proses transformasi masyarakat dan kebudayaan dalam semua aspeknya, dari tradisional ke modern. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian pada kaitan modernisasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara menggunakan angket pada masyarakat Kampung Naga, dan studi literatur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan keterkaitan antara kepercayaan masyarakat dan modernisasi di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukan jika terdapat beberapa aspek modernisasi yang masuk kedalam masyarakat Kampung Naga tetapi tidak membuat suatu perubahan pada kebiasaan dan adat istiadat serta  nilai-nilai yang berlaku di dalam masyarakat karena masyarakat Kampung Naga tetap memegang kepercayaan masyarakat adat, budaya dan adat istiadat yang diajarkan oleh leluhur masyarakat Kampung Naga. Hal ini diambil berdasarkan indikator yang diuji meliputi Sekularisasi, Penggunaan Nalar, Pendidikan, Kebiasaan Masyarakat, Sikap Terbuka, Kemajuan Teknologi.

Education has a crucial role in shaping a proactive and holistic learning environment. This article discusses internal conflicts that arise in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Hidayah regarding differences in views on education policies and teaching methods. These conflicts involve different interpretations of vision and mission, resistance to policy change, and interpersonal conflicts among administrators, teachers, and parents. The stages of conflict start from disagreement, involve resolution efforts, and have an impact on individual relationships and institutional performance.In a theoretical context, this article highlights the history of MI as the first Islamic educational institution in Indonesia and how MI teaches conflict identification skills as an integral part in the character building of learners. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with MI Al-Hidayah as the research subject. Data analysis involves collecting, reducing, presenting, and inferring data, providing deep insight into the sources, stages, and impacts of conflict in MI Al-Hidayah.

Cinematographic work is protected by law under the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in Indonesia. The fundamental principle is that the Creator is entitled to fair remuneration for the use of their work, in line with the alter-ego concept that gives the highest position to the Creator. In contrast to Indonesia, Germany has clearly regulated the procedures for the collection, management, and distribution of remuneration through the Urheberrechtsgesetz and the Collective Management Organization (CMO) operating with authorization from the Creator. The research method used is juridical-normative with a descriptive analysis approach. This study applies a comparative legal approach, utilizing data from both conventional and online literary sources, as well as interviews. The research findings indicate that Indonesia does not yet have specific regulations to protect the economic rights of digital cinematography. The absence of a Collective Management Organization (CMO) leads to an imbalance in licensing agreements between the Creator and digital platforms as users of cinematographic works.

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity, self efficacy, and the use of social media partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study was students studying in Jakarta. Sampling with purposive sampling of 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques are done by distributing Microsoft Form help questionnaires on a likert scale from one to five. The data analysis technique used is using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4.0.9.6. The results of the research concluded that: (1) creativity has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship interests; (2) self efficacy has a positively but not significantly influenced entrepreneurship interest; (3) the use of social media has a significant and positive influence upon entrepreneurship interest; and (4) creativity, self efficacy, and social media use jointly or simultaneously affect entreprenorial interests including moderate.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. This type of research is a literature study. Library study activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. The background of this research is the novel Selamat Selamat, written by Tere Liye, which is very focused on the course of an interrupted study period. Apart from problems in the world of education, there is the development of talent that has been hidden for a long time and is re-emerging because someone makes the story in the novel even more interesting to read until the end because the story line is very good, and the novel can be linked to intrinsic learning material in high school. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the text of the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. The form of data is in the form of written data, namely, character quotes from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye as an alternative learning material for intrinsic elements in high school. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and the technique for presenting the results of data analysis is carried out descriptively. The results of the analysis of Tere Liye's novel Selamat Selamat, which has been carried out and can be seen, is that the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye has a form that can be analyzed in the form of character traits, conversational relationships between one character and another, story setting, theme and message. Social relationships between characters which contain conversations that occur between one character and another character. In the intrinsic element, there is characterization, there are characters from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. Next there is a theme, namely about education and in the background there is a place, time and socio-cultural setting.
