Era globalisasi telah membawa budaya dan teknologi ke wilayah masyarakat adat yang dapat menimbulkan mulai pudarnya kepercayaan masyarakat karena adanya modernisasi pada masa kini. Modernisasi merupakan proses transformasi masyarakat dan kebudayaan dalam semua aspeknya, dari tradisional ke modern. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian pada kaitan modernisasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara menggunakan angket pada masyarakat Kampung Naga, dan studi literatur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan keterkaitan antara kepercayaan masyarakat dan modernisasi di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukan jika terdapat beberapa aspek modernisasi yang masuk kedalam masyarakat Kampung Naga tetapi tidak membuat suatu perubahan pada kebiasaan dan adat istiadat serta  nilai-nilai yang berlaku di dalam masyarakat karena masyarakat Kampung Naga tetap memegang kepercayaan masyarakat adat, budaya dan adat istiadat yang diajarkan oleh leluhur masyarakat Kampung Naga. Hal ini diambil berdasarkan indikator yang diuji meliputi Sekularisasi, Penggunaan Nalar, Pendidikan, Kebiasaan Masyarakat, Sikap Terbuka, Kemajuan Teknologi.

Education has a crucial role in shaping a proactive and holistic learning environment. This article discusses internal conflicts that arise in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Hidayah regarding differences in views on education policies and teaching methods. These conflicts involve different interpretations of vision and mission, resistance to policy change, and interpersonal conflicts among administrators, teachers, and parents. The stages of conflict start from disagreement, involve resolution efforts, and have an impact on individual relationships and institutional performance.In a theoretical context, this article highlights the history of MI as the first Islamic educational institution in Indonesia and how MI teaches conflict identification skills as an integral part in the character building of learners. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with MI Al-Hidayah as the research subject. Data analysis involves collecting, reducing, presenting, and inferring data, providing deep insight into the sources, stages, and impacts of conflict in MI Al-Hidayah.

Cinematographic work is protected by law under the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in Indonesia. The fundamental principle is that the Creator is entitled to fair remuneration for the use of their work, in line with the alter-ego concept that gives the highest position to the Creator. In contrast to Indonesia, Germany has clearly regulated the procedures for the collection, management, and distribution of remuneration through the Urheberrechtsgesetz and the Collective Management Organization (CMO) operating with authorization from the Creator. The research method used is juridical-normative with a descriptive analysis approach. This study applies a comparative legal approach, utilizing data from both conventional and online literary sources, as well as interviews. The research findings indicate that Indonesia does not yet have specific regulations to protect the economic rights of digital cinematography. The absence of a Collective Management Organization (CMO) leads to an imbalance in licensing agreements between the Creator and digital platforms as users of cinematographic works.

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity, self efficacy, and the use of social media partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study was students studying in Jakarta. Sampling with purposive sampling of 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques are done by distributing Microsoft Form help questionnaires on a likert scale from one to five. The data analysis technique used is using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4.0.9.6. The results of the research concluded that: (1) creativity has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship interests; (2) self efficacy has a positively but not significantly influenced entrepreneurship interest; (3) the use of social media has a significant and positive influence upon entrepreneurship interest; and (4) creativity, self efficacy, and social media use jointly or simultaneously affect entreprenorial interests including moderate.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. This type of research is a literature study. Library study activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. Numerous challenges arise concomitant with the rapid advancement of technology through digital marketing models that have been deployed by several small enterprises to rival comparable products. The transition to the digital market owing to the Industrial Revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic poses both threats and opportunities for technology-driven multinational corporations and micro and small enterprises. Nevertheless, only a few entrepreneurs have been able to capitalise on these prospects. In 2022, the significance of non-traditional media in science and technology for developing new product marketing capabilities that are autonomous, adaptable, and environmentally attuned is becoming more evident. It is crucial to establish entrepreneurship programmes tailored to the needs and requirements of 25 UMK students as per their respective groups and technical disciplines. Programmes should be customised to suit the capabilities, requirements, and preparedness of each department to facilitate the development of an entrepreneurial culture. An attempt has been made to establish synergy bridges using a specific approach. This approach can be implemented progressively and steadily for a particular cohort of skilled businesses or simultaneously for a variety of target groups. An organised campaign is required to foster an entrepreneurial culture through education and training of the target groups. The Programme for the Application of Science and Technology in Business (P2M) will be executed by LPM to enhance the entrepreneurial aptitude of 25 UMK students. This project intends to develop the business skills of the participants while maintaining objectivity in its evaluations. The use of simple sentences and causal connections facilitates the comprehension and logical coherence of the text. Consistent formatting and a conventional structure have been employed, while a high register and precise vocabulary have been utilized to maintain a balanced, value-neutral tone. Grammatical correctness has been ensured through careful editing. Limbah tebu dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk organik dengan menggunakan proses tertentu. Hampir setiap kilang gula memiliki limbah yang terbuat dari tanaman tebu yang disebut blotong. Gula tebu (bagasse) memiliki manfaat yang sangat baik bagi tanaman. Hampir setiap pabrik gula di Indonesia menggunakan bungkil sebagai pupuk organik pada perkebunan tebu. Pengenalan sistem budidaya berkelanjutan dimulai di pabrik gula ini. Rata-rata produksi blotong di setiap pabrik gula sekitar 2,5% dari tebu yang digunakan. Pada tahun 2008, 57 pabrik gula menghasilkan 1.000.000ton bungkil dan lebih dari 40.000ton bottom ash. Banyaknya limbah yang dihasilkan berpotensi untuk dijadikan pupuk organik. Namun hal ini masih terjadi dalam skala pabrik. Di rumah atau dalam skala kecil, mereka tidak terlalu memanfaatkan limbah tebu yang ada. Salah satunya limbah tebu di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Gedangan. Limbah tebu di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Gedangan ini harus dimanfaatkan agar dapat menjadi nilai ekonomis bagi warga Desa Sumberejo sekaligus mengatasi permasalahan limbah yang ada. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat Desa Sumberejo melalui pelatihan mengenai bagaimana cara mengolah limbah tebu menjadi pupuk cair organik. Selain itu diharapkan masyarakat Desa Sumberejo dapat memproduksi pupuk cair secara mandiri dan dapat dimanfaatkan bagi masyarakat di Desa Sumberejo. Apabila masyarakat Desa Sumberejo sudah dapat memproduksi pupuk cair organik secara mandiri, maka selanjutnya juga dapat menjadi nilai tambah ekonomi bagi skala kecil (rumah) maupun Desa.

The background of this research is the novel Selamat Selamat, written by Tere Liye, which is very focused on the course of an interrupted study period. Apart from problems in the world of education, there is the development of talent that has been hidden for a long time and is re-emerging because someone makes the story in the novel even more interesting to read until the end because the story line is very good, and the novel can be linked to intrinsic learning material in high school. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the text of the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. The form of data is in the form of written data, namely, character quotes from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye as an alternative learning material for intrinsic elements in high school. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and the technique for presenting the results of data analysis is carried out descriptively. The results of the analysis of Tere Liye's novel Selamat Selamat, which has been carried out and can be seen, is that the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye has a form that can be analyzed in the form of character traits, conversational relationships between one character and another, story setting, theme and message. Social relationships between characters which contain conversations that occur between one character and another character. In the intrinsic element, there is characterization, there are characters from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. Next there is a theme, namely about education and in the background there is a place, time and socio-cultural setting.

This research explores the use of Text Mining Methods as an innovative approach to extract important information from research report text. With a strong conceptual foundation from the literature review, this research details the key concepts of Text Mining, such as tokenization techniques, sentiment analysis, and entity extraction. The steps of applying Text Mining Methods to research reports are explained in depth, with a focus on using such techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information extraction. Through the evaluation of the method's performance, the research demonstrates a significant improvement in analysis speed and information extraction accuracy compared to conventional methods. The research conclusions provide a holistic picture of the potential of Text Mining Methods in improving the effectiveness of the research report text analysis process. The implications of this research stimulate thoughts on the applicability of this technology in various disciplines that rely on research reports as a primary source of information. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the understanding and development of text analysis techniques to support more efficient decision making.

The military intervention carried out by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in the conflict in Intan Jaya Regency, Papua, has raised serious concerns regarding compliance with legal standards and human rights (HAM). The actions of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) which resulted in the deaths of three Papuans raise doubts about respect for individual rights to life and security. In conflict situations, it is important to ensure that human rights, especially the right to life, are respected and protected. For example, in Law no. 34 of 2004 which regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in peaceful conditions, allows the use of weapons only with written permission from superiors and in the context of maintaining security and requested. In the context of this case, the shooting at the Sugapa Community Health Center did not have written permission from the Indonesian National Army (TNI) superiors, which is a serious violation of law. This violation raises questions about the accountability of security forces and the need for law enforcement in cases of gun shooting by members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) outside of emergency situations. The situation in Papua creates ongoing challenges. Armed groups in the region often threaten national security and the safety of security forces. In the face of serious threats to state sovereignty, the government, and the Indonesian National Army (TNI) may feel forced to take decisive action. However, these actions must still comply with legal and human rights standards and ensure that human rights and the right to life of individuals are fully respected. This research is normative in nature with a focus on analysis of the legal framework that regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI). Normative research methods are used to state consistency and compliance with applicable regulations. Through this approach, the research aims to provide a legal perspective on erasure actions in Papua, as well as asking whether these steps are in accordance with applicable legal and human rights principles. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a basis for recommending improvements to policies and actions that support law enforcement and human rights protection in the context of conflict in Papua
