This research is entitled the influence of employee work enggagement, job characteristics, and organizational support on organizational commitment in employees of the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil Service. This research aims to determine the influence and significance of the variables employee enggagement, job characteristics and organizational support on organizational commitment at the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil Service. There were 35 respondents, using causal associative research methods, namely research used to see the relationship between variables. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression processed using IBM SPSS and statistical tests were carried out, namely the F test, t test and R Square test. The research results show that: 1). Employee engagement variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Job characteristics variables have a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, and 3). The organizational support variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This research aims to determine the application of environmental accounting in terms of the Triple Bottom Line theory. This research aims to determine the impact of selling thrifting goods and solutions that can be proposed to overcome the problem of thrifting in Indonesia. The research method uses a literature study approach, the data is then analyzed qualitatively. The research results were obtained directly from the impact of thrifting goods sales in Indonesia, including; The impact on the economy in Indonesia is in the form of lower prices for illegally imported goods compared to local products which can reduce the competitiveness of local business actors, even triggering business closures; Environmental and health impacts in the form of hazardous materials containing bacteria, for example on the skin. However, the researchers here are more focused on discussing the learning carried out by MDTA Al Khairat, the way teachers manage the class, the innovations made so that the class is not boring, and the steps taken by MDTA to make it more advanced and developed. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques with a focus on data on the implementation of learning policies at MDTA Al Khairat. The results of the research are that the implementation of the learning system at the MDTA (Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah) education level is very important in ensuring that students receive quality education that suits their needs. In implementing a learning system, several things that need to be considered are curriculum adjustments, use of effective learning methods, use of technology, and involvement of parents and the community.

Introduction: 3-month injection KB (Depo Progestin) is a contraceptive method that can be used effectively and has good working power for mothers. The use of 3-month injectable birth control aims to delay or prevent pregnancy, space pregnancies, and terminate pregnancies. Mother's knowledge plays an important role in choosing birth control; the more knowledge the mother has, the more influential she is in choosing injectable contraceptives. Based on Indonesia's profile data in 2019, there was an increase in contraceptive use in women, namely 50% to 64% in the 1991–2017 period, but in 2019 it decreased to 62.5%. The most dominant contraceptive method used in 2019 was the injection contraceptive method as much as 63.7% (Central Statistics Agency data) and based on health profile data for Central Java province in 2021, there is an increase in the use of injectable birth control among married women aged 15–49 years, namely 57.68%. Objective: This study aims to determine the determinants of mother's knowledge on the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of ??the Pringapus Health Center. Metodes: This research method uses a cross-sectional research method and a purposive sampling approach. The sample used in this study was 92 respondents, and the location of this research was in the working area of the Pringapus Health. Results: Based on data analysis the result is that mothers with good knowledge are 53 (57.7%) respondents, and the accuracy in choosing the answer "Yes" (correct) is 83 (90.2%) of respondents. Then the results obtained have a p-value of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge and the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of the Pringapus Health Center.

Strawberries are a hybrid plant species of the genus Fragaria. This plant is a popular plant that is often well cultivated throughout the world. Fruits have special characteristics, especially in shape, color, texture, taste and aroma. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for strawberries and to determine the dominant marketing mix influencing purchasing decisions for strawberries in Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The research location is in the Strawberry Barn, Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. Determination of the sample in this study using accidental sampling with the Slovin formula, the sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions of strawberries and to determine the dominant marketing mix influencing purchasing decisions of strawberries The results of this study indicate that the independent variable of the marketing mix (X) has a significant effect on the dependent variable on the purchasing decision of strawberries (Y). Product variables (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and place (X4) have a partial effect on purchasing decisions for strawberries (Y). The dominant variable influencing the decision to buy strawberries is the place variable (X4). This is because the beta coefficient value of the place variable is greater than the product beta coefficient (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3)

Hipertensi menjadi masalah di seluruh belahan dunia dan salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor baik faktor yang dapat dirubah maupun tidak dapat dirubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui jumlah persentase penduduk penderita hipertensi yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di setiap daerah yang ada di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat berdasarkan umur dan jenis kelamin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan sampel yaitu data penduduk penderita penyakit hipertensi di 10 kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) tahun 2019-2021 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik non-probabilitas yang berjenis purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 119.500 peserta terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan, mayoritas peserta berusia diatas 18 tahun. peserta laki-laki berjumlah 135.453 sedangkan jumlah Perempuan 142.889. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan sebaran responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin antara laki–laki (62,09%) dan perempuan (74,79%). Hipertensi pada remaja perlu diwaspadai. Saran, perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan sejak dini yang berkaitan dengan pola makan dan gaya hidup pada remaja, meliputi: perubahan pola makan, pembatasan penggunaan garam hingga 4-6 gr per hari, makanan yang mengandung soda kue, bumbu penyedap dan pengawet makanan, mengurangi makanan yang mengandung kolesterol tinggi, menghentikan kebiasaan merokok, minum alkohol, dan olahraga teratur.
