Murder has a major impact on the victim and his family in terms of psychology, social, and economics. Therefore, it is only right that the victim and his family are given protection and equal attention as given to the perpetrator in the judicial process. However, in practice, the criminal justice system is still focused on the perpetrator and the criminalization process while the rights and attention of the victim and his family tend to be sidelined. This study aims to analyze the psychosocial impact on the victim and his family and the extent to which the guarantee and implementation of the protection of the victim's rights related to the case in Decision Number 448/Pid.B/2023/PN Serang. The method used in this study is empirical yuridical based on data obtained directly through interviews. The results of this study indicate that the victim's family from the case in Decision Number 448/Pid.B/2023/PN Serang experienced long-term psychological trauma, social stigma against the victim's partner because of the case's connection to infidelity, and economic difficulties due to the loss of the main source of income. In addition, there is also fear and insecurity about the occurrence of similar crimes in society. During the judicial process, the position of the victim and his/her family is merely an instrument needed to ensnare the perpetrator while their rights such as financial compensation, mental rehabilitation, and legal protection tend to be ignored. A more significant role for the victim as a subject entitled to recovery and legal protection will reflect a just and humane criminal justice system.

This study investigates the effect of interactive learning in traditional dance education on students’ critical thinking skills at the senior high school level. The background highlights the dominance of rote-based teaching in dance classes and the lack of reflective and analytical approaches that can foster students’ higher-order thinking. A quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design was employed, involving 72 tenth-grade students from several high schools in South Jakarta. The experimental group received interactive dance instruction integrating reflection, interpretation, and peer discussion, while the control group received conventional instruction. Data were collected through critical thinking tests, classroom observations, and student perception questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group’s critical thinking scores, with a posttest average of 88.2 and a gain score of 0.71 (high category), compared to the control group’s posttest average of 66.7 and gain score of 0.21 (low category). Paired t-test and independent t-test analyses confirmed statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) between the two groups. Observation and questionnaire data revealed that students in the interactive group exhibited higher engagement in critical thinking activities such as interpretation, evaluation, and reasoning. These findings confirm that interactive dance learning not only enhances aesthetic understanding but also promotes critical thinking, making it a valuable pedagogical approach for 21st-century education.

This study is intended to examine the marketing strategies implemented by horticultural farmers in Serang City by utilizing the Facebook platform, and to find out whether the number of posts and comments can affect sales volume. This study applies a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. Data was collected by purposive sampling method through interviews, questionnaires and observations by horticultural farmers in the Facebook community “Petani Serang Banten”, with the number of samples used as many as 9 horticultural farmers. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the independent variables (number of posts and number of comments) on the dependent variable (the level of sales of horticultural commodities). In this study, horticultural farmers are advised to be able to utilize Facebook social media in marketing their agricultural products.

Marriage is a sacred bond that is carried out by a woman and a man to become husband and wife. Basically every religion has its own proisions regarding marriage. In practice, especially in Indonesia, there are still many who practice interfaith marriages so that this practice has become a discussion that until now and in practice there are also many Muslims who still carry out interfaith marriages. This study aims to examine how the Islamic Law Compilation and Human Rights views the practice of interfaith marriage. The results of this study indicate that both according to the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) and Human Rights (HAM) state that interfaith marriage is an act that is forbidden because it has violated God’s commands, every religion forbids its people to marry people of different religions. The prohibition on interfaith marriage has also been enshrined in the Marriage Law and also the Islamic Law Compilation, so that every citizen is obliged to follow the applicable legal rules. In human rights, the highest human right is divinity so that every people must obey God’s commands.
 

The Community Service Program (KKN) of the Faculty of Economics, UNKRIS, aims to raise awareness and change behavior among the community in Pondokgede sub-district regarding the environment, starting with the household environment in handling organic and inorganic waste through composting and the use of Biopori Infiltration Pits (LRB), waste banks, and greening for Green Open Spaces (RTH). The method used in this study is qualitative analysis. Before the KKN FE UNKRIS activities were implemented, several steps were taken to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of the program, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Overall, the KKN FE UNKRIS program in the environmental conservation movement and its implementation in Pondokgede sub-district has had a positive impact on accelerating the development of Pondokgede sub-district, as evidenced by the improvement in community behavior toward the environment and the level of community satisfaction with the KKN FE UNKRIS program. The implications of this KKN program include the need for continuous monitoring to ensure that community awareness of a clean and healthy environment continues to increase. Additionally, the program should be continued until the stage of utilizing the results of waste processing generated by each community in Pondokgede.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara. Berbagai kebijakan telah diimplementasikan guna menjaga kestabilan serta mendorong tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks ini, inflasi dan jumlah uang beredar memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan dinamika pertumbuhan ekonomi, di mana keseimbangan antara keduanya memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung kinerja ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh jumlah uang beredar dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Data yang digunakan bersifat sekunder dan bersumber dari World Bank, mencakup periode tahun 1991 hingga 2023. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun hanya dalam jangka pendek. Sementara itu, variabel inflasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

The increasing competition among fast food restaurants in urban areas has made consumers more selective in their purchasing decisions, with price and product quality emerging as key determinants. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived price and perceived product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Subway fast food restaurants in East Bekasi. A quantitative approach was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 50 consumers. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression and classical assumption testing. The results indicate that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 1.191 and a partial determination coefficient (R²) of 0.750, suggesting that price alone explains 75% of the decision variance. Similarly, perceived product quality also demonstrates a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.469 and R² of 0.724. When combined, both variables explain 72.4% of the variance in purchasing decisions, with the F-test result of 91.673 surpassing the critical value of 3.20. These findings suggest that consumers in East Bekasi prioritize both affordability and quality when choosing fast food. This research contributes to the literature by validating the dual importance of economic and experiential value in fast food marketing strategies, especially in highly competitive suburban environments.

Abstrak Game merupakan sesuatu yang menarik,dimana dengan game banyak orang yang termotivasi untuk belajar dan hal ini akan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas. Masalah seperti belum tersedianya infrastruktur untuk menunjang pembuatan game dan sumber daya manusia yang masih terbatas akan dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan khusus. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, kami akan berfokus untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa agar dapat membuat game yang sederhana dan hal ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah game yang menarik di masa depan. Masih banyak sekali, peluang yang akan didapat oleh siswa jika dapat menerapkan game ini karena ini akan dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan daya ingat, kreativitas dan inovasinya. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa akan dapat membuat sebuah game yang sederhana melalui bahasa programming yang telah diajarkan, dan kemudian akan mengimplementasikannya ke dalam beberapa pelajaran di PKBM, sehingga hal ini akan dapat bermanfaat bagi masa depan siswa. Kata kunci: Game, Programming, Siswa, Implementasi, Inovasi Abstract Games are something interesting, where with games many people are motivated to learn and this will increase creativity. There are still many opportunities that students will get if they can apply this game because it will help students improve their memory, creativity and innovation. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Word Chemistry” technique in improving poetry writing skills of 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maos during the 2024/2025 academic year. The background of this research lies in students’ limited ability to choose precise diction and express strong imagination in writing poetry. “Word Chemistry” is a creative technique that encourages imaginative exploration and combination of words, similar to chemical reactions, enriching students’ vocabulary and poetic expression. A quasi-experimental method was applied using a pretest-posttest design involving two groups: experimental and control. The primary instruments included poetry writing tests and scoring sheets assessing diction, imagery, creativity, and expression. Data analysis revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores in the experimental group (p = 0.00000122), with 90.63% of students showing improvement, although most gains were categorized as low to moderate based on N-Gain analysis. The study concludes that the Word Chemistry technique significantly enhances students’ poetry writing skills and holds promise as a creative and enjoyable method for teaching literary expression.

Abstrak Mentor merupakan orang yang membimbing orang lain untuk mencapai apa yang ingin ditujunya, dimana mentor akan membagikan pengalamannya juga agar orang dapat sukses di bidang yang diinginkannya di masa depan. masalah seperti masih sulit ditemukannya orang yang tepat merupakan sebuah masalah yang dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pelatihan secara rutin sehingga siswa akan mendapatkan bimbingan secara umum mengenai apa yang ingin dicapainya. Lebih jauh lagi, sistem bimbingan khusus dapat dilakukan juga dengan langsung menghubungi trainer dan kemudian akan melakukan appointment yang berguna untuk dilakukannya konseling khusus dengan perusahaan startup yang dibangun oleh siswa. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit, oleh sebab itu, sistem yang digunakan adalah sistem mentoring secara online dan dapat juga digunakan langsung bertemu tetapi dengan waktu khusus. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa dapat berdiksusi dengan para ahli khusus mengembangkan perusahaan startup yang telah mereka bangun, siswa juga dapat berdiskusi mengenai hal lainnya tentunya akan didampingi oleh guru agar pertemua tersebut tidak melanggar integritas dan etika yang ada. Oleh karena itu, sistem mentoring sangat dibutuhkan agar apa yang sedang dibangun dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk nyata.  Kata kunci: Mentoring, Sistem, Smart, Siswa, Inovasi Abstract Mentors are people who guide others to achieve what they want to achieve, where mentors will also share their experiences so that people can be successful in their desired fields in the future. problems such as still having difficulty finding the right person is a problem that can be overcome by providing regular training so that students will get general guidance on what they want to achieve. Furthermore, a special guidance system can also be done by directly contacting the trainer and then making an appointment that is useful for conducting special counseling with the startup company built by the student. This certainly takes a lot of time, therefore, the system used is an online mentoring system and can also be used to meet directly but with a special time. The result of this community service is that students can discuss with experts specifically developing the startup company they have built, students can also discuss other things of course will be accompanied by teachers so that the meeting does not violate the integrity and ethics that exist.
