This research discusses the development of tourism in Aik Berik Village, which is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, with a focus on Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu Waterfalls as superior tourist attractions. Tourism in this village has a significant impact on the local community's economy, where this tourism is able to create new jobs for the community. Through community empowerment strategies such as training and digital promotion, local communities play an important role in the management and promotion of tourist destinations. However, the development of this tourism still experiences several challenges in the promotion and accessibility of other destinations. around the Mosquito Net Yarn. In the research carried out, the research used qualitative methods using an approach in the form of case studies, collecting data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. This research also uses techniques to determine informants using purposive sampling. The main informant is the mosquito net tourism manager, the key informants are tourist motorbike taxi drivers, traders and parking attendants, and the supporting informants are tourists. The data analysis technique used is data reduction. The research results show that active community participation and cooperation between various parties have opened up new economic opportunities and improved community welfare.

Integrating internal information technology media with language acquisition can provide information that improves skills and language acquisition, especially in early childhood. This research method uses a systematic literature review. Data collection was carried out by documenting and reviewing all papers related to education for the 2018-2023 period. Articles Used In this research, 36 domestic journal articles and certified articles from Google Scholar, Research Gate, SINTA, and DOAJ were obtained. Based on this research, the data shows that the integration of technological media in learning can stimulate young children's interest, attract their attention, make children happier, increase their learning motivation, and accelerate language acquisition.
 

Penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pelayanan dan pengawasan pajak di Indonesia menimbulkan perhatian karena potensinya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pada digitalisasi sistem perpajakan. Saat ini banyak persoalan yang ditemukan dalam digitalisasi pelayanan dan pengawasan pajak di Indonesia, yang meliputi kesulitan dalam mendeteksi kecurangan, manipulasi data, pelayanan yang kurang responsif, dan laporan-laporan keuangan palsu, padahal seharusya hal tersebut tidak terjadi. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi potensi AI dalam mengatasi tantangan perpajakan tersebut dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem perpajakan agar lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel dengan ditinjau dari peraturan-peraturan terkait yang sudah ada dan juga meneliti kebermanfaatan penggunaan AI dalam memenuhi kebutuhan digitalisasi perpajakan kedepannya. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis literatur dan studi kasus terkait implementasi AI dalam konteks perpajakan di negara lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan pajak, mendeteksi kecurangan dengan lebih akurat, dan meningkatkan transparansi atau akuntabilitas dalam pengawasan pajak, serta memenuhi kebutuhan zaman walaupun masih ada tantangan yang harus diatasi bersama.

Immigration has become a central issue in U.S. national security policy, especially after the events of September 11, 2001. The discourse around immigration is increasing, especially in the context of national security policy, which leads to the securitization of immigration. This process constructs immigration as a security threat, which justifies a strict political and policy response. In former President Obama's perspective, U.S. immigration policy has been focused on national security since the beginning of his presidency. This emphasis is manifested through increased border surveillance and inclusive and humane immigration law enforcement through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Instead, Donald Trump's administration adopted a more secure approach, focusing on border security and immigration restrictions, including a controversial border wall and travel ban. This shift reflects a broader shift in U.S. domestic politics and global perceptions. Understanding these differences provides insight into how immigration policy impacts U.S. national and public security.

The existence of household assistants (ART) is often ignored in labor laws in many countries, including Indonesia. This results in unfair treatment and minimal access for household members to legal protection, which increases the risk of violence against them. This violence includes verbal, physical and sexual harassment, but is difficult for household members to report due to limited legal knowledge and fear of retaliation. Social stigma and lack of support also exacerbate the situation, leaving many cases of violence unreported and perpetrators unaccounted for. This research aims to increase awareness of the importance of legal protection for household members, evaluate the implementation of labor laws, and encourage regulatory changes to expand protection. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach through literature study. The research results show that legal protection for household members in Indonesia is still weak and ineffective, especially because household members are not explicitly regulated in labor law. Key barriers include a lack of rights awareness, training of law enforcement officers, and a culture of amicable resolution of violence. Better legal protection for household members needs to be implemented immediately through the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill, educational campaigns and training for law enforcement officers. Strong family, community and political support is also needed to create a safer and fairer environment for ART.

Artikel ini membahas dinamika hukum perdagangan internasional dengan fokus pada Organisasi Perdagangan Dunia (WTO). Perkembangan ekonomi dan perdagangan global telah mengikis batas-batas negara melalui perdagangan internasional dan pola bisnis yang semakin cepat. WTO didirikan pada tahun 1995 sebagai organisasi internasional yang secara khusus mengatur perdagangan global antar negara. Tujuan didirikannya WTO adalah untuk meningkatkan wewenang dan wibawa dari GATT sebagai lembaga internasional dalam menerapkan sistem perdagangan internasional yang lebih terbuka, adil, dan transparan. Artikel ini juga menjelaskan bagaimana praktik perdagangan internasional saat ini berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta semakin kompleksnya kebutuhan nasional suatu negara. Perdagangan internasional melalui kegiatan ekspor-impor menjadi sangat penting bagi pembinaan perekonomian negara-negara, baik perdagangan domestik maupun internasional. Work motivation and work environment are important factors that can affect staff performance levels. Consumerism and consumptive lifestyles among students are influenced by various factors, including social pressure, the desire to obtain a social image that wants to be recognized, and the influence of mall culture.
