Abstrak:
<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. This study aims to qualitatively understand the dynamics of resilience in survivors of COVID-19. Since the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, the number of people infected has increased. Until April 2021, the number of positive confirmed COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has reached 1.5 million cases. Of these, 1.3 million people became survivors. In many cases, survivors of COVID-19 are still symptomatic for more than 60 days after the first onset appeared. This condition is known as long COVID. In addition to long COVID-19, survivors also face the risk of stigmatization from the environment that is burdensome for patients who have recovered to be able to return to normal activities. This study uses a phenomenological approach. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with four respondents who had tested positive for COVID-19 based on the results of PCR swabs and experienced several long symptoms of COVID. The researchers found that the dynamics of resilience in COVID-19 survivors in this study emerged as an interaction between protective factors and risk factors. The protective factor consists of the components I can, I have, and I am plus the empathy and spiritual factors. The risk factors experienced by participants in this study were social stigma and the long-term impact of COVID-19. Collaboration between components of adaptive thinking, the ability to manage emotions, social support and empathy and spiritual factors is the key to achieving psychological resilience.</p><p> <strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: pandemic, COVID-19 survivors, resilience</em><em>, long COVID, social stigma</em></p><p><em></em> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara kualitatif dinamika resiliensi pada penyintas COVID-19. Sejak Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) ditetapkan sebagai pandemi oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia, jumlah masyarakat yang terinfeksi kian meningkat. Hingga April 2021, jumlah konfirmasi positif COVID-19 di Indonesia mencapai 1,5 juta kasus. Dari jumlah tersebut, 1,3 juta orang menjadi penyintas. Pada banyak kasus, penyintas COVID-19 masih bergejala hingga lebih dari 60 hari setelah onset pertama muncul. Kondisi ini dikenal sebagai <em>long COVID. </em>Selain <em>long COVID</em>, penyintas pun menghadapi risiko stigmatisasi dari lingkungan yang memberatkan pasien yang telah pulih untuk dapat kembali berkegiatan secara normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap empat responden yang pernah dinyatakan positif COVID-19 berdasarkan hasil swab PCR dan mengalami beberapa gejala long COVID. peneliti menemukan bahwa dinamika resiliensi pada penyintas COVID-19 dalam penelitian ini muncul sebagai interaksi antara faktor protektif dan faktor risiko. Faktor protektif terdiri atas komponen <em>I can, I have, dan I am</em> ditambah dengan faktor empati dan spiritual. Faktor risiko yang dialami oleh partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah stigma sosial dan dampak jangka panjang COVID-19. Kolaborasi antara komponen pola pikir adaptif, kemampuan mengelola emosi, dukungan sosial dan faktor empati serta spiritual merupakan kunci untuk mencapai resiliensi psikologis.</p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em>: pandemi, penyintas COVID-19, resiliensi, long COVID, stigma sosial</em></p>

<p>Pada SMP Negeri 26 Semarang, pengolahan data perpustakaannya masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga pengurus perpustakaan merasa kesulitan untuk mengolah data perpustakaan yang seharusnya dapat dikerjakan dalam waktu yang singkat dan minim terjadinya kesalahan. Pada proses pendataan buku, anggota, peminjaman, pengembalian, kas dan pembuatan rekap laporan, SMP Negeri 26 Semarang masih menggunakan buku catatan sehingga mengalami beberapa masalah seperti terjadi <em>input</em> data ganda, pemberian kode buku yang kurang konsisten, buku yang digunakan untuk mencatat dapat rusak atau hilang, data tidak tersimpan dengan rapi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara <em>observasi</em> (pengamatan) dan <em>interview</em> (wawancara). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode <em>Extreme Programming</em> (XP) dan pembuatan program dengan <em>Sublime Text</em>, <em>XAMPP</em>, <em>Chrome Browser</em>. Tujuan dalam pembuatan sistem perpustakaan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah program yang nantiya dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data-data perpustakaan</p><p><em>On 26 Semarang Public Junior High School, library data processing still using manual procedure, so the library management feels trouble for processing data library which should be done in a short time and have minimum mistake. In the process of collecting books data, user data, loan data, data return, treasury data, 26 Semarang Public Junior High School still using notebook so they experiencing problems like multiple data input, not consistent when processing books code, notebook damaged, and data is not stored neatly. In making this system, method of collecting data done by observation and interview. Using Extreme Programming (XP) in this system development, and using Sublime Text, XAMPP, Chrome Browser for creting this system. the purpose of making this system is expected to produce a program that later on can help the school in processing data library</em></p>

Prevalensi diabetes tipe 2 terkait usia lansia sampai tahun 2030 mengalami peningkatan tajam karena diprediksi lebih dari 82 juta populasi lansia di negara berkembang menderita diebetes. Tipe 2 merupakan bentuk penyakit yang sering di lansia dan merupakan ancaman serius terhadap kesehatan karena terjadi komplikasi kronis. Tanda dan gejala diabetes pada lansia sering kali tidak jelas dan diagnosa biasanya terlambat. Gejala diabetes dapat muncul tidak
spesifik dan tidak pasti, seperti keletihan, inkontinensia urin, atau perubahan status mental seperti depresi, konfusi, dan apatis.
Beberapa ahli berpendapat bahwa dengan meningkatnya umur maka intoleransi terhadap glukosa juga meningkat. Peningkatan kadar gula darah pada lansia disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, yaitu fungsi pankreas dan sekresi insulin yang berkurang, perubahan karena lansia sendiri yang berkaitan dengan resistensi insulin akibatnya kurangnya massa otot dan perubahan vaskuler, aktifitas fisik yang berkurang, banyak makan dan kegemukan, stress, sering menggunakan obat-obatan, dan adanya faktor keturunan.
Stres memicu reaksi biokimia tubuh melalui 2 jalur, yaitu neural dan neuroendokrin. Reaksi pertama respon stres yaitu sekresi sistem saraf simpatis untuk mengeluarkan norepinefrin yang menyebabkan peningkatan frekuensi jantung. Kondisi ini menyebabkan glukosa darah meningkat guna sumber energi untuk perfusi. Peningkatan hormon stres yang diproduksi dapat menyebabkan kadar gula darah menjadi meningkat. Kondisi yang rileks dapat mengembalikan kotra-regulasi hormon stres dan memungkinkan tubuh untuk menggunakan insulin lebih efektif.
Seseorang yang terkena diabetes akan memerlukan pengobatan yang terus-menerus untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah dan mencegah komplikasi. Tapi ada pengobatan lain yang bisa dilakukan sendiri untuk membantu mencegah penyakit ini bertambah buruk. Stres yang tinggi yang dialami penderita dapat meningkatkan angka kesakitan dan kematian, sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan penderita dalam melakukan perawatan diri dengan memanajemen stress yang dialami.

Abstrak:
Along with the development of the era of globalization, the education system around the world has also undergone changes, especially regarding the learning of students. Recently, developments have started from the online learning system or E-Learning. Or have begun to change because of the increasingly growing digital platforms. Meanwhile, the e-learning industry in Indonesia has not been able to develop better. The main objective of this study is to understand the barriers to implementing e-learning in Indonesia apart from the benefits of online education, such as lower costs and pedagogical benefits. The researcher proposes an initial conceptual framework that explains the steps and intentions of students to switch to utilizing e-learning. In our future research, researchers will refine and test conceptual frameworks and provide guidelines for higher education institutions and policy makers on institutional change to support the use of e-learning.

Abstrak:
E-commerce competition in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies compete to develop strategies to win the competition. Customer loyalty is an important factor to lead in the competition. This research focuses on how much influence website service quality has on customer loyalty. This research is also to find out which website quality factors have the most influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. The factors that influence e-commerce customer loyalty are analyzed using concepts including the dimensions of service quality consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and Corporate Image as the variable that influences and Customer Satisfaction as the variable that is affected. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. With the sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction.

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Sistem penerimaan pinjaman dalam KSP Makmur Mandiri yang sedang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara calon peminjam datang ke lokasi koperasi dengan mengajukan peminjaman kemudian karyawan mendata peminjam ke dalam form rekomendasi anggota setelah itu form rekomendasi anggota tersebut diberikan kepada pimpinan koperasi.
Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman tersebut.
Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini maka dibuatlah sebuah keputusan penentuan kelayakan yang mampu membantu pimpinan dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan perhitungan tepat dalam menilai kelayakan pinjaman. Metode yang dapat mendukung keputusan adalah Fuzzy logic, karena penilain yang bersifat subyektif atau non-linear dapat dimodelkan dan dihitung secara tepat.

Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.

Covid-19 Pandemic gives many social changes in society specially in communications study. One important policy made during Covid-19 is related to students who are required to study at home. Ruangguru is top of mind in digital based learning company, especially during this pandemic. Covid-19 and this policy made Ruangguru as Indonesia online learning company with the most followers, to adapt in giving online communication message, especially in @ruangguru (Instagram). This research aims to see the social presence of Ruangguru in social media (Instagram) during Covid-19 Pandemic through three dimensions of social presence, which are: social context, online communication, and interactivity. On previous research, it was mentioned that social presence relates to brand engagement. Brand's social presence in social media is important to be researched due to more brand using social media as primary communication tool to gain brand engagement. Method used in this research is case study with qualitative approach. Through Ruangguru's post on Instagram, researcher observes using three dimensions of social presence. The result of this research depicts Ruangguru as showing good social presence based on three dimensions of social presence during Covid-19 Pandemic in social media Instagram.

Recent technological developments determine humans to be creative in creating tools that implement technology in it with the aim of facilitating human tasks in daily activities. Inappropriate use of fertilizers can cause losses, both losses on fertilizer, on plants, as well as on the soil and the environment around fertilization. Losses on plants such as unhealthy plant growth and susceptible to disease pests, plant yields are not as expected or low. From the background above, the writer found an idea to create a system or tool that can help farmers in determining the dose of Nitrogen fertilizer in their rice plants, through the storage of the dosage data of each land. The user did five scans, from each scan producing RGB values, each RGB value from five samples was then matched with the BWD dose color indicator. The sample dose results are then sent by the NodeMcu microcontroller to the webserver database. Based on the assessment of the test conducted by 10 Users by Gapoktan Farmers Group of Tosari Kendal Village, the total value of 372 that has been averaged to be 37.2 is between 31 - 40 which is classified in the category of "Very Valid or Very Effective".
