Along with increasing population growth, there are also more and more businesses in the field of food processing because food is the main human need. One of the food products that are well known among the public is tofu. Tofu is one of the staple foods in Indonesia. A business feasibility study is a study about whether or not a business is carried out profitably on an ongoing basis. Tofu agroindustry Sumber Rejeki is a soybean processing industry into tofu. The Sumber Rejeki tofu agroindustry is located in Nggorang, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. A business that is run certainly requires a proper planning and calculation. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost, income and business feasibility of the tofu source of fortune agroindustry in Nggorang, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. The analysis used in this research is the analysis of Costs and Revenues, R/C Ratio, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate Of Return (IRR). The results showed that the Sumber Rejeki tofu business in Nggorang Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency obtained a profit with a value of TC > TR or Rp. 216,000,000 > Rp. 111,636,607, while the results of the feasibility analysis of Sumber Rejeki's tofu business in Ngorang, Komodo Subdistrict, West Manggarai Regency were feasible to use. R/C Ratio > 1 or R/C Ratio = 1.75 > 1, NPV > 0 or NPV = 753.727.492 > 0, IRR > i or IRR = 80.9 % > 4.27%. That means that the Sumber Rejeki tofu business in Nggorang, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency is profitabel and worth working on.

Cross-cultural communication in marriage involves understanding and adapting to the different norms, values, and traditions between partners from different cultures. Addressing differences in language, attitudes, and expectations is essential to establish effective communication, build trust, and minimize conflicts. This study aims to explore cross-cultural communication in interethnic marriages in Sweden. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were married couples from different countries: a woman from Indonesia and a man from Sweden. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach, and the researcher connected the research object to Face Negotiation Theory. The results showed that the couple from two different countries tended to avoid conflict and displayed cooperative attitudes (obliging) in responding to differences and conflicts arising in daily interactions. Consequently, a harmonious marital relationship was established.

Jaya Karya is a company operating in the field of goods delivery services that has used information systems to support its business processes for the last 4 years. It is time now to carry out an audit of the goods delivery information system  This is so that we can find out whether the information system implemented is in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization as well as testing the performance of the information system. In this research, an analysis of the goods delivery information system at PT. Jasa Karya Palembang branch uses the COBIT 5.0 framework with sub domain MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance) with process capability level calculations and also analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats (SWOT), Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) , as well as External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS)). Data was obtained through observation techniques, interviews, literature study. Respondents for the data consisted of Branch Heads, Operations Managers and Operational Staff.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>The act of body shaming makes young women feel sad and insecure. Young women need high self-confidence to be able to support their developmental tasks. One of the factors that supports increasing self-confidence is an assessment of physical appearance or body image. This research aims to explore the correlation between body image and self-confidence among young women who have been victims of body shaming, utilizing a correlational quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 170 teenage girls aged 12 to 15 who were victims of body shaming in Denpasar City. Data collection involved administering validated and reliable self-confidence and body image scales. The findings revealed a significant relationship between aspects of body image (appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, body area satisfaction, overweight occupation, and self-classified weight) and self-confidence among young women who were victims of body shaming (p=0.000 &lt; .05). This study underscores the critical need for interventions and support systems to address body shaming among young women, emphasizing the importance of fostering positive body image to enhance self-confidence and well-being.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><em><strong>Keywords: </strong></em><em>body image; self-confidence; body shaming</em></p>

The banking industry has a crucial role in maintaining the balance of development and economic integrity of a country. Banks act as depositories and distributors of liquidity funds which are essential for the sustainability of economic activities. The financial crisis that occurred in 1997 in Indonesia showed structural weaknesses in the banking system, including ineffective supervision and weak bank management. The government responded with a Banking Guarantee program (Blanket Guarenteen), but this program faced various problems and was not continued. As a solution, the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) was formed through Law Number 24 of 2004, which aims to increase public confidence in the banking system and maintain financial system stability. This research aims to analyze the role of LPS in dealing with failed banks and the effectiveness of banking regulations in preventing future financial crises. This research discusses the development of tourism in Aik Berik Village, which is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, with a focus on Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu Waterfalls as superior tourist attractions. Through community empowerment strategies such as training and digital promotion, local communities play an important role in the management and promotion of tourist destinations. Saat ini banyak persoalan yang ditemukan dalam digitalisasi pelayanan dan pengawasan pajak di Indonesia, yang meliputi kesulitan dalam mendeteksi kecurangan, manipulasi data, pelayanan yang kurang responsif, dan laporan-laporan keuangan palsu, padahal seharusya hal tersebut tidak terjadi. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi potensi AI dalam mengatasi tantangan perpajakan tersebut dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem perpajakan agar lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel dengan ditinjau dari peraturan-peraturan terkait yang sudah ada dan juga meneliti kebermanfaatan penggunaan AI dalam memenuhi kebutuhan digitalisasi perpajakan kedepannya. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis literatur dan studi kasus terkait implementasi AI dalam konteks perpajakan di negara lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan pajak, mendeteksi kecurangan dengan lebih akurat, dan meningkatkan transparansi atau akuntabilitas dalam pengawasan pajak, serta memenuhi kebutuhan zaman walaupun masih ada tantangan yang harus diatasi bersama.

The existence of household assistants (ART) is often ignored in labor laws in many countries, including Indonesia. This results in unfair treatment and minimal access for household members to legal protection, which increases the risk of violence against them. This violence includes verbal, physical and sexual harassment, but is difficult for household members to report due to limited legal knowledge and fear of retaliation. Social stigma and lack of support also exacerbate the situation, leaving many cases of violence unreported and perpetrators unaccounted for. This research aims to increase awareness of the importance of legal protection for household members, evaluate the implementation of labor laws, and encourage regulatory changes to expand protection. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach through literature study. The research results show that legal protection for household members in Indonesia is still weak and ineffective, especially because household members are not explicitly regulated in labor law. Key barriers include a lack of rights awareness, training of law enforcement officers, and a culture of amicable resolution of violence. Better legal protection for household members needs to be implemented immediately through the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill, educational campaigns and training for law enforcement officers. Strong family, community and political support is also needed to create a safer and fairer environment for ART.
