Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah reward dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara. Kemudian Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS) V.25.
 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel reward (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan variabel reward (X1)memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan komitmen organisasi (X2). Secara simultan kedua variabel bebas reward (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni disiplin kerja(Y).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return On Asset, (2) Pengaruh Kecukupan Modal Terhadap Return On Asset, (3) Pengaruh Firm size Terhadap Return On Asset dan (4) Pengaruh Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan triwulan mulai dari kuartal 1 tahun 2014 – kuartal 1 tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber sekunder. Pada teknis analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Non Performing Loan  Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,416. Nilai sig 0,168 > 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Kecukupan modal Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 0,726. Nilai sig 0,474 > 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Firm Size Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung -0,872. Nilai sig 0,391 > 0,05. (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,128. Nilai sig 0,269 > 0,05. (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Non Performing Loan, Kecukupan Modal, Firm Size, Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset Nilai Ftabel 2,73 > Fhitung 0,586. Nilai sig 0,676 > 0,05. Perhitungan analisis Regresi Linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y =  0,334 + 0,298X1 + 0,018X2  - 0.018 X3 + 0,12 X4 .

APPAREL ONE INDONESIA untuk menghitung sebuah outputan harus di lakukan dengan manual atau dengan menekan satu persatu, maka dari itu peneliti memecahkan solusi dengan membuat sistem penghitungan barang otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem utama dirancang menggunakan Sensor ultrasonik,sensor berat dan Nodemcu esp8266. Dengan metode prototype untuk mensimulasikan sistem ini sebelum di terapkan di lapangan produksi untuk mengetahui cara kerja sistem. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan cara object didekatkan dengan sensor ultrasonik dan berat untuk mengetahui jumlah barang secara otomatis yang dihasilkan setiap harinya, tanpa harus melakukan penghitungan secara manual. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. Penelitian Analisis Perbandingan Petani Kopi Petik Merah Sebelum dan Sesudah Covid-19 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 yang ada di Kabupaten Kepahiang. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan Maret tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan kelompok tani kopi yang terdapat di Kawasan Kabawetan. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t untuk sampel berpasangan atau dengan istilah Paired Sampels T Test yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata diantara dua sampel yang berpasangan. Uji Paired Sampels T Test ini digunakan terhadap 61 responden petani kopi yang ada di Kawasan Kabawetan.Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-tes dapat di lihat bahwa data variabel dari pendatan sebelum Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.597.639,3607, standar deviasi 15.846.300,94802, standar kesalahan rata-rata 2.028.910,93186. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Pendapatan sesudah Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.751.864,0164, standar deviasi 14.713.442,37945, standar kesalahan rata-rata 1.883.863,25534. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Hasil uji beda rata-rata menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 adalah sebesar 0,822 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 : ditolak dan H1: diterima. Dan bisa di simpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19.

Regional Water Company (It’s call PDAM) running the company well, especially the increase in the company's performance. PDAM performance as the Regional Owned Enterprises (enterprises) influenced by PDAM ability to pay debts of the company. It is known that the debts PDAM Semarang enough to affect the revenues and costs,  water treatment that requires no small cost that makes spending much of the income (profit) derived from the sale of water of PDAM Semarang city. Improvements continue dilalukan so that the performance of PDAM Semarang city increased through the classification level of success PDAM. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of financial performance PDAM  of Semarang city  based Kepmendagri No. 47 of 1999 from the year 2011 up to 2012. Based on the assessment of performance has been analyzed, that the value obtained for the year 2011 and the year 2012 is 35 with a weighting of 27.25%.
Judging from the values obtained and the weight is known that the performance of financial performance PDAM Semarang is well in the year 2011 to the year 2012, but otherwise has not reached its maximum value and performance weight based Kepmendagri No. 47 of 1999 which is the value of 60.

Unfortunately, academic studies that discuss about the association between leadership and power in order to achieve organizational goals are very little. This article proposes an integration model of leadership, power, influence tactics to achieve organizational outcomes.

The current Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on high-level lecturers. Madiun State Polytechnic as one of the state higher education institutions in Indonesia is required to follow changes in the learning method, namely distance learning (PJJ), which was originally fully done face-to-face. The location of the campus in Madiun City with diverse student origins and far from urban areas is a challenge for the institution. This study aims to reveal the extent to which distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic is effective and efficient, can this distance learning achieve the learning and academic goals of Madiun State Polytechnic students. From the results of research at the Madiun State Polytechnic, the learning environment and Community Interaction have a positive and significant impact on the academics of Madiun State Polytechnic students. The motivation variable has a positive effect but does not contribute significantly to the academics of Madiun State Polytechnic students. Where the motivational variable affects academics where student motivation is low, even students are less enthusiastic in carrying out learning in this pandemic situation.

This study aims to: (1) analyze and discover the nature of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council as an effort to protect the law against notaries in the judicial process; (2) Analyze and find law enforcement for Notaries related to Professional Ethics. This type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, conceptual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis.
The results of the study show that: (1) The regional MKN has the authority to examine applications submitted by investigators, public prosecutors or judges; as well as giving approval or rejection of requests for approval to take photocopies of minuta deed and summons Notaries to attend investigations, prosecutions, and judicial processes (66 paragraph (1) UUJNP), (2) Sanctions imposed on Notaries who violate the professional code of ethics are regulated in Article 85 UUJN, namely in the form of: Verbal warning; Written warning; temporary stop; Honorable discharge; and Dishonorable Dismissal by the Notary Honorary Council.

The purpose of this study is to see the challenges of talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era. Qualitative methods in the form of literature reviews are used in this study. Literature research was conducted by examining in six publications on talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era published in national and international journals between 2017 and 2021. The greatest difficulty for human management during Pandemic, according to the results of the analysis, was that organizations and businesses in the whole world are currently facing a very volatile situation. The organization must respond and adapt to changes, and manage their workforce, in the context of global change brought by the plague. Therefore, the organization must constantly try to be proactive to deal with reality that is always changing and unpredictable.
