The Integrated Service Post, known as Posyandu, is the front line in health services and other multifunctional services. However, at this time its existence has not been seen optimally, this is due to the lack of Posyandu implementers and managers in understanding the existence of Posyandu, so that reports on Posyandu activities that should be carried out in stages have not been carried out optimally, besides that there is still an assumption that Posyandu belongs to Health people. The objectives of the service activities are: Understanding Geber Madu Ayu, Joint Movement for Advancing Posyandu in Indramayu Regency. Methods: lectures, discussions and simulations.
The results of the activity: All management of the Posyandu, Village Working Group, District Pokjanal and District Posyandu Pokjanal understand the importance of the Joint Movement to Promote Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) in Indramayu Regency. Conclusion: The Joint Movement to establish a posyandu in Indramayu has been received and received a good response from stakeholders. Suggestion: Posyandu administrators at every level should increase their commitment to advancing posyandu by involving related elements, ranging from academics, business people, communities and media as well as advocating for regional/government heads.

Adzan is a call or call to muslims to abandon worldly activities immediately and establish mandatory prayer for 5 time. An echo of adzan is called muadzin. But if it is looked at and translated into English and directed literally will be understandable. Then interpreted by interpretation and lesson can be found social life educating. The potential value is quite evident in each challenge. The first value is to acknowledge the greatness of God or the greatness of God, the second value is to laugh and or acknowledge it. Which means... come to happiness. Happiness is the right of all human whatever religion. Similarly, as muslims with kalimah Adzan a can be drawn to an instructive conclusion. It includes bastion, unto esaan, confidence or tauhid, communication and happiness.

Efforts to increase, a sense of nationalism, a psyche where loyalty. someone who is totally devoted directly to the nation state on behalf of the entire nation. From Nationalism will flow a sense of social solidarity, a spirit of self-sacrifice and can foster a spirit of patriotism. The Quiz Competition is a learning technique through competitions, to be able to increase potential, talents, abilities, in thinking about general knowledge, as well as train thinking sharpness and dexterity in answering questions quickly and accurately. With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation. 

The purpose of writing on the study was to know and analyze the carried out of the teaching activities performed by the student keat in the wagir village ward. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study method using a two-form teaching technique - the teaching at school and outside the school guidance of the home-study system. As for research obtained on school teaching activities during 3 meetings, student motivation in learning increases. While in home study programs, the evaluations made at each meeting are obtained that an increased level of student motivation is generated from a change of behavior in the realm of affective senses. As for the increase in attendance attendance at any meeting of the home learning program also indicates a student's enthusiasm in following the learning process.

The final exam, on the one hand makes students happy, especially nursing students, because soon they will be finished through a long period as a student, where students feel free from all duties and obligations, both on campus and when practicing in practice areas (Hospitals, Community Health Centers and Community) , but on the other hand, the existence of this final exam for some students can cause anxiety because they are worried that they will not pass. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety levels of D3 Nursing students facing the final exam. This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional study approach and data analysis using the chi square statistical test. The research population was all final year students of the Polindra D3 Nursing Study Program as many as 42 students and the sample used the total population. The results showed that the chi square statistical test obtained p value 0.000 <0.05, meaning Ho was rejected. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between Self-Efficacy and Anxiety Levels of D3 Nursing Students Facing Final Exams. Before the final exam, students should increase their self-efficacy by studying with others or increasing their interest in the final exam so as to reduce anxiety.

This study aims to determine the influence analysis of the Current Ratio (CR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on company value in plastic and packaging companies for the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 15 plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, 5 companies were obtained.
The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that CR, PER, ROA and DER simultaneously affect the value of plastic and packaging companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Partially, PER, ROA and DER have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while CR has no effect on firm value. The variable that has the most dominant effect is PER.

This study aims to improve the activeness and learning achievement of students by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. This research is a class action research. The research setting was regular semester VI students, totaling 50 students who took Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The research design involves the lecturer as the main researcher and at the same time the perpetrators of the action, the observer lecturer and students as the subject of the students. The way the research is carried out through: 1. planning, 2. implementation of class actions, 3. monitoring and evaluation, 4. analysis and reflection, 5. summarizing results. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires: Test the validity of the data using triangulation of          methods and sources.Research this action by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The results of this action research are 1) The application of simulation learning methods can increase student activities. An increase in learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III. 2) Application of simulation learning  methods can optimize student learning achievement. Student learning achievement has increased from learning achievement cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III.




 

This study aims to determine the role of student organizations in building character, especially in today's digital generation. In conducting this research, the author applies a qualitative or descriptive literature study research method. Literature studies are obtained through a literacy process from various books and articles related to the material to be discussed. The literature study in this study was carried out by the author through the process of reading, concluding, then processing and developing the data obtained as material from the research conducted. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the very important role of student organizations in educating student character in this digital era is critical thinking. If students do not have the ability to think critically, it will be very easy to fall into things that weaken the character of the nation. Students must be able to be good examples for the community and the task of students is also to make the best possible use of existing digital technology and then implement it in everyday life. This research is expected to provide information and add insight to readers, especially students, about the role of student organizations in the digital generation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan berbahasa dan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang di tinjau berdasarkan gender.  kemampuan komunikasi matematis  yang akan diteliti adalah kemampuan komunikasi dalam bentuk  kemampuan menggambar (drawing), Ekspresi matematika (mathematical expression), dan menulis (written texts). Dan keterampilan berbahasa yang akan diteliti adalah keterampilan menulis dan berbicara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak satu siswa laki-laki (LL) dan satu siswa perempuan (PP) Yayasan Gemah Ripah Kuningan Kelas III. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan Analisis data untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penyelesaian soal tertulis mengenai keterampilan berbahasa dan komunikasi matematis. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik tes, wawancara, observasi dan pengkajian dokumen. Hasil penelitian adalah: dalam komunikasi matematis, siswa laki-laki lebih baik dalam kemampuan visualisasi serta pengorganisasian informasi dan perempuan lebih teliti dalam merepresentasikan ide matematis. Lalu dalam keterampilan berbahasa, siswa perempuan lebih verbal ketimbang siswa laki-laki. Namun siswa laki-laki lebih baik dalam menjaga kontak mata dengan lawan bicara ketimbang siswa perempuan.

Susu yang berkualitas dihasilkan dari ternak yang sehat, manajemen pakan dan pemerahan, serta penanganan pascapanen yang baik. Rantai distribusi susu di Kabupaten Semarang dimulai dari peternak, peloper sampai koperasi yang kemudian didistribusikan ke Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas susu di tingkat peternak dan peloper di Desa Jetak, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 13 Agustus-
17 September 2021 melalui tiga tahap yaitu survei lapangan, penelitian pendahuluan, dan pengujian parameter. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian terdiri atas susu segar yang diambil dari peternak sebanyak 20 sampel secara random sampling dan sampel susu dari peloper sebanyak 20 sampel. Parameter yang diuji yaitu uji alkohol, reduktase, pH, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak. Data uji alkohol dianalisis menggunakan Mann-Whitney, sedangkan reduktase, pH, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak dianalisis dengan Independent T-test. Hasil pengujian alkohol, reduktase, pH, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak tidak berbeda (P>0,05) artinya tidak ada perbedaan kualitas susu berdasar uji alkohol, reduktase, pH, BJ, dan kadar lemak baik di tingkat peternak maupun peloper. Berdasar hasil uji alkohol didapatkan 1 sampel positif pada susu tingkat peternak dan 2 sampel positif pada peloper. Rerata hasil reduktase, pH, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak pada sampel susu tingkat peternak secara berturut-turut 6,77 jam; 6,50; 1,029 g/ml; 3,91%. Sementara itu, rerata reduktase, pH, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak pada sampel susu tingkat peloper secara berturut- turut 6,48 jam; 6,48; 1,029 g/ml; 3,79%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan kualitas susu di tingkat peternak dan peloper, kualitas susu tergolong baik dan memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia.
