Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dari legalitas hukum sistem dan implikasi sistem penerapan E-voting sebagai perwujudan asas Luber dan Jurdil dalam pemilihan kepala desa di desa Bendosari, Kecamatan Sawit, Kabupaten Boyolali. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui legalitas hukum sistem dan implikasi sistem penerapan E- voting sebagai perwujudan asas Luber dan Jurdil dalam pemilihan kepala desa di desa Bendosari, Kecamatan Sawit, Kabupaten Boyolali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis, yaitu penelitian hukum yang memperoleh datanya dari data primer atau data yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rencana penerapan E-voting pada pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Indonesia mempunyai pijakan legal sesuai dengan Pasal 5 UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Putusan MK No. 147/PUU.VII/2009, Serta pasal 85 UU No.10 tahun 2016 Tentang Pilkada. Implikasi penerapan E-voting pada pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Indonesia dalam pelaksanaannya secara hukum tidak mewajibkan ataupun memberikan sanksi kepada suatu daerah yang belum menerapkan sistem E-voting. akan tetapi di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kesiapan suatu daerah tersebut lihat dari berbagai aspek, tentunya tidak bertentangan dengan asas pemilu. Pelaksanaan E-voting pada Pilkades Boyolali berkaitan dengan asas- asas pemilihan demokrasi yang sudah memenuhi asas yaitu: a) Langsung, b) Umum, c) Bebas, d) Rahasia, e) Jujur, f) Adil.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

Permasalahan lingkungan terus menjadi sorotan serta perbincangan dan saat ini dalam dunia bisnis terjadi peningkatan usaha dalam hal pengelolaan serta pelestarian lingkungan, hal ini disebabkan adanya dorongan dari luar perusahaan. This research aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy on saving behavior through financial technology as a mediating variable. Further, this research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. This research picked millennial workers in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, as sample of the research. Therefore, the results revealed that financial literacy directly has a significant effect on financial technology and saving behavior then, financial technology also has a significant positive effect on saving behavior. However, financial technology does not able to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior significantly. This indicates that financial technology has not provided good facilitation for millennials, especially for helping them in looking the appropriate savings products their needed.
 
 

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived quality and to find out the attributes of brand awareness and perceived quality on the Garuda Indonesia airline on the departure route from Pontianak at Supadio Pontianak Airport which needs to be developed. This research was conducted for one month, using three dimensions of service usage decisions, namely Confidence in using services, Stability in using services, Conformity of attributes to needs and desires. The sample of this research is Garuda Indonesia airline passengers. The sample for this research used purposive sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and literature studies. The research method uses a quantitative research design in the form of a survey with classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that the data is normally distributed with a significance level of 0.150 or > 0.05 and shows a unidirectional relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. It can be concluded that Garuda Indonesia airline passengers at Supadio Pontianak airport were satisfied with the brand and quality provided with a value (51.9%). Each variable dimension can be developed in order to increase brand awareness and perceived quality in this study.

Anemia during pregnancy is still a global problem. The government synergizes with health workers to reduce the prevalence of anemia, one of which is by administering iron supplements. However, this alternative has not been able to reduce the incidence of anemia in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine strategies to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Qualitative research with a single holistic case study approach. Research informants were heads of puskesmas, midwives, nutritionists, ATLM, doctors, and anemic pregnant women. Data collection for 1 month. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The data collection instruments were interview guides, study documentation, observations, logbooks and field notes. The results of this study, there are 4 themes namely: 1) increasing the competence of human resources; 2) providing more comprehensive health education and simpler word choices; 3) Educational media innovation by utilizing online platforms; and 4) husband and family support. Therefore, increasing human resources can be through training and technical guidance on the management of anemia during pregnancy and anemia hematology examination, utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Whatsapp. increased blood especially drinks that can block the absorption of iron. Also, husbands encourage and remind pregnant women to regularly consume iron tablets every day.

Dewasa ini penggunaan bahasa Indonesia baik dan benar dalam komunikasi siswa dirasa semakin berkurang. Menurunnya semangat untuk menggunakan bahasa secara baik dan benar saat ini menjadi topik yang penting untuk dikaji. Maka dari itu, sebagai pemakai bahasa Indonesia selayaknya memiliki rasa kebanggaan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Namun di lingkup perguruan tinggi, sikap berbahasa yang positif belum sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh sebagian besar mahasiswa. Kesadaran rasa setia, bangga memiliki, dan memelihara bahasa Indonesia tampaknya masih kurang. Hal ini disebabkan mahasiswa cenderung bersikap lebih percaya diri ketika menggunakan Bahasa Asing dibandingkan dengan Bahasa Indonesia. Dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, tugas tersebut malah hanya dibebankan kepada para guru dan dosen Bahasa Indonesia. Paradigma seperti ini semestinya dapat diubah karena membiasakan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia secara baik dan benar akan menuai hasil maksimal dalam peningkatan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Pemahaman bahasa Indonesia sesuai dengan kaidah berbahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar diperlukan bagi mahasiwa agar mempunyai sikap positif dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Sikap berbahasa Indonesia yang positif dapat ditunjukkan dalam bentuk kesetiaan berbahasa, kebanggaan berbahasa, dan kesadaran adanya norma bahasa.

This article describes the results of research related to the learning system carried out at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan and using qualitative methods. The purpose of this study is to describe how the learning system takes place in order to improve the development of the socialization function and the potential of students in the school. Researchers took the SLB Samudra Lavemder, Bangkalan as the object of research. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the principal at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan as well as direct observations by researchers which would later be proven through documentation. The schools that the researchers observed made various efforts to develop the development of the socialization function and potential in students at the school by analyzing the applied learning system. Many people in general often underestimate the ability of children with special needs, therefore the researcher wants to find out more about the efforts made by educators in one of the special schools in one of the schools in Bangkalan district. The obstacles experienced by the teacher during the learning process are the difficulties of the students to comply with what the educator wants or says so that the class becomes crowded and learning becomes not conducive. In addition, there is a miscommunication between educators and parents of students so that there is no close relationship to compromise on the development of students from within. Various efforts have been made by educators so that it is not uncommon for SLB Samudra Lavender to get awards in various activities such as exhibitions.

Artikel dengan judul gaya bahasa Iklan dan berjualan tepung pati irut di pasar elektronik ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan dan membahas penempatan kalimat gaya bahasa dan beberapa jenis kata yang ada dalam deskripsi produk dan juga penamaan produk serta pada cara promosi produk tepung pati irut kepada konsumen. Artikel ini sekaligus bertujuan untuk memberitahu para penjual bagaimana menjadi penjual yang baik dan benar dalam berkomunikasi dengan konsumen, supaya konsumen dapat tertarik hanya karena gaya bahasa yang mudah difahami oleh mereka dan membuat mereka tertarik dengan produk yang kita jual di pasar elektronik tersebut. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan dalam komunikasi pada media elektronik biasanya bisa menjadi salah satu penyebab kesalah fahaman antara penjual dan pembeli, kemungkinan hal tersebut karena tidak adanya intonasi berbicara, dan hal ini bisa menyebabkan kerugian pada penjual karena konsumen bisa tidak jadi membeli produk tersebut.
