This research aims to analyze the factors that cause criminal acts of embezzlement of ownership of land rights. The research method used in this research is empirical legal research using data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews with the litigants. The results of the research show that the factors that cause criminal acts of embezzlement of ownership of land rights include economic factors, lack of the concern of land owners regarding the wealth they own, the ignorance of the victim's heirs regarding land ownership, the current high price of land has resulted in people starting to look for their land, as well as the factor of selling or exchanging land at that time using a belief system, resulting in the transfer of land rights. there is no evidence of the land. Overcoming criminal acts of embezzlement of ownership of land rights in three ways: preemptive efforts, preventive efforts and repressive efforts, namely by taking more potential steps to avoid conflicts in the land sector..

Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that affects the way an individual thinks, feels, and behaves. Family, as a source of support, is crucial for individuals with schizophrenia as an essential aspect of the recovery process. This support includes overseeing medication intake, providing continuous and optimal care, and empowering individuals with schizophrenia. The issue observed at the Mental Health Clinic of the Regional General Hospital dr. Murjani Sampit is the insufficient family support in accompanying patients for check-ups, leading to many patients experiencing relapses due to inadequate adherence to regular medication intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in patients with schizophrenia at the Mental Health Clinic of RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. The research design used is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used is a questionnaire, and statistical analysis is performed using the Spearman's rho test. The sample consists of family members of patients, totaling 68 individuals. Statistical analysis with Spearman's rho shows a p-value of 0.000, where (? < 0.05), indicating that H1 is accepted, meaning: "There is a relationship between family support and medication adherence in patients with schizophrenia at the Mental Health Clinic of RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit." The conclusion of this study is that family support becomes a significant factor influencing individuals' beliefs and health values, as well as determining the treatment programs they will receive. Families also play a crucial role in providing support and making decisions regarding the treatment of their ill family members.

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi yang pesat menyebabkan munculnya berbagai model digital marketing, yang diharapkan memiliki dampak signifikan bagi perkembangan sebuah usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan model digital marketing terhadap perkembangan peningkatan sebuah usaha. Studi kasus dilakukan pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga, yaitu sebuah bisnis yang melayani penjualan masakan ayam dengan berbagai kreasi dan menu pilihan dengan cita rasa nusantara. Penerapan digital marketing dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap penentuan tujuan dan target audiens, pemilihan saluran digital dan perencanaan konten untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, pengembangan web dan Search Engine Optimization, penggunaan media sosial serta analisis dan pengukuran kinerja. Dari studi kasus yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan digital marketing memiliki dampak yang positif bagi peningkatan usaha, khususnya pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in the Indonesian economy, creating new jobs, innovation and unique strategies. The growth phenomenon of MSMEs presents challenges and opportunities, encouraging the need for targeted strategies, in-depth market understanding and adaptability. This research explores strategic management practices in MSMEs in Dee Lestari's "Rantai Tak Putus". The strategies implemented include internal development, making the right decisions, and consistency in implementing positive values. The MSME players in this book are able to adapt strategic management to their business needs, not only for immediate business growth, but also to build a solid foundation for long-term sustainability. This creates an environment that supports business growth, strengthens competitiveness, and ensures the adaptability of MSMEs to change for sustainable business continuity.

The learning process of science in grade V of Marsudirini Perawang Elementary School showed unsatisfactory learning results, which was not reaching the minimum completeness criteria, so that class action research was carried out by applying Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to improve student learning outcomes. The research was held in October 2021 in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The research procedure consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students in grade V. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets. The assessment instruments used were formative test 1 and formative test 2, which were carried out at the end of each cycle. The pre-cycle score was 63.4, the average score of the first formative was 83.37, and the average score of second formative test was 86.78. The increase in student activity from the first cycle to the second cycle was 15%, and the increase in teacher’s activity was 5%. From these data, it is concluded that STAD model could improve the learning outcomes of Science at Marsudirini Perawang Elementary School grade V in the academic year 2021-2022.

Salah satu koperasi yang melayani di bidang simpan-pinjam dan berbasis rasa kebersamaan adalah Koperasi Wanita Dewi Sri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana permasalahan yang timbul dalam dinamika antar anggota serta penggunaan teknologi Koperasi Wanita Dewi Sri pada kegiatan-kegiatan koperasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research). Data didapatkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta analisis data sekunder. Terdapat tujuh aspek yang dianalisis: keberagaman dan gender; institusi, peraturan dan perilaku; stakeholder; partisipasi; resiko sosial; aset komunitas; dan analisis pohon masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis ketujuh aspek tersebut, ditemukan dua masalah utama koperasi yaitu penggunaan teknologi yang kurang serta kurangnya sikap berkoperasi dan partisipasi anggota.

Dalam penelitian ini dibahas seperti apa sistem ERP pada perusahaan AirAsia dan bagaimana sistem ERP ini dapat memaksimalkan kinerja rantai pasok yang sudah berjalan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari hasil analisa penelitian ini adalah sistem ERP sukses meningkatkan kinerja manajemen rantai pasok di AirAsia sehingga ampuh dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dalam operasional AirAsia sendiri sebagai penerbangan berbiaya rendah dengan kualitas terbaik di dunia.

Pada setiap wajib pajak, kewajiban pajak yang harus dilakukan meliputi perhitungan pajak, permbayaran pajak, dan pelaporan pajak. Tidak hanya Lembaga profit saja, namun juga termasuk di dalamnya Lembaga non-profit. Setelah mempunyai NPWP sebagai salah satu syarat mendirikan lembaga ini dan juga sebagai salah satu syarat menerima donasi dari para donator, wajib pajak sering kali lupa akan kewajiban pajaknya. Seperti halnya pada Yayasan Brayat Pinuji sebagai mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini. Pelaporan pajak tidak pernah dilakukan oleh mitra. Selain itu, tidak terdapat pengarsipan yang baik untuk dokumen pajak. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan pajak beserta pembuatan pengarsipan elektronik. Hal ini bertujuan agar mitra dapat melaksanakan kewajiban pajaknya secara lengkap. Selain itu, pemanfaatan SIASIKK sebagai sistem pengarsipan elektronik dapat dimanfaatkan mitra sebagai penyimpanan dokumen pajak. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi mitra terkhusus untuk pemenuhan kewajiban pajak dan penyimpanan elektronik dokumen pajak.
