In a shipbuilding industry, fast and efficient time is needed in carrying out construction projects and ship repairs. This is because it has been mutually agreed between the two parties, both the owner of the ship (owner), and the shipyard regarding the time to work on the project. By racing on the processing time, the level of productivity is an important point that must be considered by the shipyard. There are many factors that can affect the level of productivity of a shipyard. One of the factors, among others, is the determination of the number of man hours (man hours). In a ship building or repair project, the allocation of the number of man hours is very important, if the number of man hours (man hours) is not correct it will cause delays and decrease in productivity levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of man hours on the level of productivity in the KMP repair project. Cakalang and KMP. Gili Iyang by conducting a correlation test of the Product Moment method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) v2.3 for windows software, with the independent variable (X), namely the number of man hours (man hours) and the dependent variable (Y), namely the level of productivity. And then a significant correlation value is generated between the number of man hours (man hours) and the level of shipyard productivity. The results of this study are the significance values obtained between the X and Y variables in the KMP repair project. Cakalang is 0.037 and at KMP. Lingkungan, Persepsi Harga dan Gaya Hidup masyarakat kota Tegal sangat mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen di angkringan. Persaingan angkringan juga sangat tinggi menyebabkan minat beli konsumen mudah beralih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan, harga dan gaya hidup dalam mempengaruhi niat membeli Angkringan di Kota Tegal. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan metode accidental sampling. Pengambilan sampel yang tidak disengaja. Analisis pengolahan data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 1,729 > 1,661 dan sig 0,017 < 0,05, berarti H1 diterima. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 5,274 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti H2 diterima; Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 2,516 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,014 < 0,05 berarti H3 diterima. Hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung > ftabel 32,039 > 2,467 dengan nilai sig 0,00 yang berarti nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, berarti H4 diterima. Kesimpulan dari hasil uji t adalah lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen; Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli; dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Angkringan di Kota Tegal. Hasil uji F yaitu Environment, Perceived Price dan Lifestyle berpengaruh positif terhadap Purcase Intention konsumen Angkringan di Kota Tegal

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan Sekolah khusus yang menerapkan ilmu-ilmu langsung yang diterapkan di dunia kerja. Selain dapat membantu para lulusannya dalam menggali hard skill, juga menambahkan pengalaman para siswa sebelum bekerja di dunia industri. Namun sayangnya kebutuhan dunia industri akan lulusan yang ahli dalam bidang Internet of Things sangatlah dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, SMK di seluruh Indonesia khususnys SMK Walisongo Semarang, memerlukan pelatihan berkaitan dengan Internet of Things khususnya sensor-sensor yang digunakan industri. Sehingga SMK tersebut dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang diperlukan oleh industri. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian ini melaksanakan pelatihan berkaitan dengan sensor Internet of Things. Dari hasil yang dilakukan, pelatihan ini secara sukses meningkatkan pemahaman para peserta sebanyak 10% untuk Konsep, 24% untuk Konfigurasi, dan 30% untuk Pemecahan Masalah yang terjadi pada umumnya.

Before choosing which OTA to use, customers usually check each platform to ensure that they offer the best service. Traveloka is the most preferred OTA app by 67.5% of respondents. Google Play Store reviews show that users are still confused with information such as pricing and proper payment. Some features do not work properly when making hotel reservations. User Experience Questionnaire is used to quickly measure the user experience level of the product. Attractiveness, perspiculty, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty were the six UEQ scales used. A random sample of one hundred app users was selected. The results showed that each scale was overall excellent. The criteria of attractiveness 2.485 ? 1.750, perspiculty 2.290 ? 1.900, efficiency 2.448 ? 1.780, dependability 2.338 ? 1.650, stimulation 2.393 ? 1.550, and novelty 2.293 ? 1.400. This research achieves the objectives or features of the application in terms of design, systems, and services. the result is that the Traveloka application can improve perspiculty with existing functions, so that the hotel booking process becomes easier to understand, easy to learn, simple, and clear.

This research is motivated by the process of making raw material inventory stocks that still use paper and have not been connected to the database. The problems that arise in the company are regarding the stock of goods, the process of reporting incoming and outgoing goods is still by handwriting which results in calculation errors and differences between physical data and record data. The design of this raw material information system uses the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server as a database. The system development model used is the waterfall model, analysis and design using diagrams contained in UML. While data collection techniques use research methods by means of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this research is to design a raw material inventory information system that can support all incoming and outgoing inventory activities in the company. The result of this research is a desktop-based inventory system application that can assist in processing inventory data and reporting data.

Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) has the main factors that make this algorithm widely used, namely its speed and simplicity, so it is known to be easy for efficient implementation. The nature of the key in the RC4 algorithm is symmetrical and performs a plain per digit or byte per byte encryption process with binary operations (usually XOR) with a semirandom number. To improve the visual image after the encryption process, in this article we use the Least Significant Bit (LSB). In this study, the quality of the stego image and the original image has been calculated using MSE, PSNR and Entropy. Experiments were carried out by images with a size of 128x128 pixels to 2048x2048 pixels. Experiments using imperceptibility prove that the stego image quality is very good. This is evidenced by the image quality which has an average PSNR value above 53 dB, while the lowest PSNR value is 48 dB with a minimum dimension of 128x128 pixels.

This article discusses the development of Islamic banking in Muslim-majority countries, namely Malaysia. Malaysia was one of the first countries in Southeast Asia to establish an Islamic bank. The marketing management of Islamic banks in Malaysia is an interesting subject to study, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by taking several literature studies that are in accordance with the theme in accordance with the writing of this article.
The existence of Islamic banks in Malaysia is strongly supported by the Malaysian government so that Islamic bank funds in Malaysia come from the government, namely 90 percent of government funds, while funds originating from the public are only around 10 percent. In general, the performance of Islamic banking continues to grow with a market share of 29% which can be seen from three indicators, namely the number of assets collected, the amount of financing disbursed by banks (PYD), and third party funds (DPK). In 2018, asset growth was 12.57%, PYD 12.17%, DPK 11.14%, 2019 asset growth 9.93%, PYD 10.89%, DPK 11.93%, and in 2020 asset growth 13 .11%, PYD 8.08%, and DPK 11.88% with total assets of 608.9 trillion, pyd 394.6, and dpk 475.8.

Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of educational activities as well as devotion to the community which is a learning tool for students to actively contribute to society and help solve the problems faced. Participation is independent participation or active initiative in various activities and situations within a group or society. The participation of KKN students in the community is shown in teaching activities conducted at SDN 1 Sumberagung. The implementation of this teaching activity is done using question-and-answer learning methods to encourage students and students to understand the material submitted, and train to express their opinions. The use of audio, visual, and audiovisual learning media is also done by KKN students so that students can feel a new atmosphere and learning activities are getting interesting.

Financial mathematics is becoming an important tool in developing financial intelligence. In this research using literature study method this method involves the search and collection of information from related literature sources. Through financial mathematics, one can calculate the future value of an investment, estimate the return on an investment, calculate annuity payments, understand the concept of time value of money, and analyze investment risk. The application of financial mathematics in financial intelligence provides an advantage in taking better financial decisions and managing finances effectively. By utilizing financial mathematics, one can improve their understanding of Finance, make effective financial planning, and take better financial decisions.
