Gamification merupakan fenomena luar biasa mengenai bagaimana kita dapat melibatkan pengguna untuk dapat memahami bisnis yang kita miliki. Para pengguna akan dapat memperoleh banyak hal yang menarik dari gamification yang ditawarkan oleh para pemilik bisnis, mulai dari game, bonus, discount, dan masih banyak hal lainnya yang dapat membuat pengguna atau konsumen menjadi lebih loyal dan memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan konsep dari innovation profiling, dimana konsep ini menjelaskan mengenai tujuh tipe inovasi dan di sini gamification merupakan salah satu inovasi yang akan kami bahas. Pada penelitian ini, gamification dibagi menjadi tiga bagian penting, dimana hal ini merupakan kesatuan yang tidak boleh dipisahkan satu sama lain. Pada bagian pertama adalah tentang the big picture of gamification profiling dan formula GMF = P. B2. E2. I2. U2. Pada tahap kedua adalah empat tipe gamification- open gamification (OP), specific gamification (SG), innovative gamification (IG), undeveloped gamification (UG). Pada tahap ketiga, yang merupakan tahap akhir adalah Business gamification profiling (BG), Education gamification profiling (EG), Psikologi gamification profiling (PG), Future gamification profiling (FG). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah framework gamification profiling dan penerapannya pada bidang education, sebagai studi kasus utama dalam menerapkan hal ini.

Upaya signifikan peningkatan perekonomian pedesaan dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan desa wisata. Sektor pariwisata tersebut dinilai mampu mendorong perkembangan sektor ekonomi lainnya, terutama sektor agrikultur, yang  merupakan sektor utama dari kebijakan pembangunan desa selama ini. Dalam merespon hal tersebut, komunitas, khususnya masyarakat pelaku desa wisata di tingkat lokal, menjadi ujung tombak dan memegang peranan kunci dalam membangun resiliensi wilayahnya. Strategi komunikasi partisipatif mengedepankan pendekatan dimana komunitas diajak untuk menganalisis persoalan, serta mengidentifikasi solusi-solusi yang bisa diambil dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Paradigma perencanaan bottom up mengharapkan masyarakat lokal mengambil peran sebagai subjek pembangunan. Desa Wisata Karangrejo, kecamatan Borobudur di Kabupaten Magelang memiliki berbagai macam potesi yang sesuai dengan referensi diri (self reference) karakteristik desa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan model Community Based Tourism yang dilakukan terhadap pengembangan desa wisata Karangrejo, melalui model Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Pengabdian ini mengeksplorasi model CBT yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan desa wisata Karangrejo melalui pembentukan Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata). Model Komunikasi Partisipatif pada CBT yang telah diuji dan diimplementasikan, dapat melengkapi model-model dalam temuan sebelumnya yang menunjukkan peran dan fungsi masing-masing pelaku pembangunan pariwisata.

One part of the tridharma of higher education is community service. One example of community service activities is Student Work Lectures or KKM. In KKM activities, there are several work programs that must be carried out and divided into each sector. Like the religious sector, in realizing the work program in the religious sector, KKM Group 72 UNIBA held an open donation activity for compensation for orphans at Link. Cinangka Village is a village in the Cinangka District that has the greatest economic potential in the plantation sector, especially coconut production. The potential yield of coconut plants in Cinangka Village contributes to coconut production so that in 2021 Cinangka District can produce 1113.75 tonnes of coconut crops. The results of this coconut production are distributed to meet consumption needs in the tourism sector. The high consumption of coconut fruit has an impact on the high amount of coconut husk waste produced. The method for implementing these KKM-PkM activities uses participatory counseling methods, where this counseling is carried out by providing verbal and visual counseling. The results of KKM-PkM activities have had a positive impact, namely increasing public knowledge and awareness about the benefits of utilizing coconut husk waste into coconut husk powder (cocopeat) which is used as a planting medium using hydroponic techniques. Apart from that, if the utilization of coconut husk waste management is carried out on a massive scale supported by the use of coconut husk grinding machines, it can directly increase the income of the people of Cinangka Village.

Teratomas are germ cell tumors consisting of somatic tissue derived from two or three germinal layers (ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal). Teratomas can be classified as mature teratomas and immature teratomas. Teratomas usually arise in the gonads but can also be extra-gonadal. Extragonadal teratomas can occur in the anterior mediastinum, retroperitoneum, pineal, and anterior suprasellar. The general incidence of teratomas is sacrococcygeal 40%, ovarian 25%, testicular 12%, brain 5%, and others including neck and mediastinum 1%. The etiology of teratoma is unknown, but there is a theory that gonadal and midline teratomas originate from totipotent primordial germ cells. Usually teratomas are found incidentally on thoracic photographs. If symptoms are present, it is generally due to mass effect which may cause coughing, dyspnea or chest pain. Mediastinal teratomas may cause perforation, however this complication is rare but a very serious condition. Large anterior mediastinal teratomas that rupture into the pleural cavity can cause lung infection, pleural effusion and mediastinitis. After complete excision, both mature and immature teratomas have an excellent prognosis.

Ampel Development Vocational School is a private vocational high school located on JL. Baru Kaligentong Village, Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency. Ampel Development Vocational School has 3 majors, namely RPL (Software Engineering), AK (Accounting), and TBSM (Motorcycle Engineering and Business). The implementation of the learning activity process at the Development Vocational School is still conventional.
The aim of this research is to create a web-based digital learning information system that can support the student learning process at Ampel Development Vocational School. The system development method used is R&D (Research and Development) and uses Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams.
The results of this research are able to support the teaching and learning process at Ampel Development Vocational School by using a web-based digital learning information system that can be used by teachers and students by accessing it via the internet.

This study aims to describe and describe 1) the causes of changes in the role and function of dancers' positions by using women in Galombang Kreasi dance. 2) the role and function of female dancers in Galombang Kreasi dance performances. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing or analyzing are data reduction, data presentation and inferring data. The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. The combination of these two dances serves to welcome and pay homage to the bride and groom, also paving the way for a line of virgins carrying carano offerings containing traditional betel. In addition, this new creation of traditional dance also serves as a fence for the entrance of the ninik mamak troupe that accompanies the journey of the bride and groom.

The government is required to always adjust to what is needed by the community, one of which is the need for decent public services. Collaboration is a stage to give birth to a service innovation in the public sector, therefore collaboration in innovation seems endless to always be discussed by the government as well as organizations and other sectors. In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. The theory used by Penta Helix Collaborative according to Howkis (2009: 34) is, optimizing the role of academic, business, community, government and media (ABCGM), in developing goals because it relates to policies made by the government because this theory is a breakthrough and new strategy in In this millennial era, some regional heads have even made the Pentha Helix concept a new strategy to deal with several problems that occur in the region. This study uses a qualitative approach where the qualitative approach is an approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism, while for researching on natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined). Where data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of generalization. Researchers have made direct observations to Penatih Dangin Puri Village. In addition, the authors also conducted observations and documentation studies on existing documents and policies, as well as in-depth interviews with all informants related to the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) permit service.
 

Job satisfaction is a feeling that is very important in work. If someone has a very high level of job satisfaction then they will have positive feelings about the job. This study uses a confirmatory method with a quantitative approach, and uses primary data and secondary data for data collection methods. where the research was conducted at the PDAM Bengkayang Office with a population of 62 people using a census technique. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction in Bengkayang PDAM Office. Using data validity and reliability test methods, sample adequacy test (KMO), normality and multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis data are R^2 (determinant coefficient), t test (coefficient) and F test (Goodness of Fit Index) with SPSS 16.0 data processing. With the results of leadership style, organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, while work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PDAM Bengkayang Office.

. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of planning on increasing profitability at UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research object is UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, which is a company engaged in the economic empowerment of rural communities. The effect of this cash planning precisely is to set achievement targets. The realization of the cash flow budget is a way of how this planning can be achieved. The results showed that the UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, in planning and realizing cash flows was relatively appropriate in its implementation so that all the targeted profit plans were achieved. This is evidenced by the achievements in 2018 – 2022, all profit targets always experience a plus deviation.
