This article discusses the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime boundary agreement reached in 2023. This paper uses a literature review method to analyze the historical and political context that guided the maritime boundary negotiations between the two countries, particularly highlighting the role of diplomacy and foreign policy in reaching the agreement. Furthermore, it explores the legal aspects of the maritime boundary agreement and its impact on territorial claims, sovereignty and natural resource exploration rights. In the context of international relations, the article discusses how the boundary agreement may affect regional dynamics in Southeast Asia, focusing on the roles of Indonesia and Malaysia as key actors in maritime security and economic development in the region. Comparisons with similar issues in the Asia Pacific region provide a broader perspective on the global implications of this agreement. In addition, this article explores the potential for bilateral collaboration in the areas of security, fisheries surveillance and marine disaster management. Sustainable utilization of natural resources and economic development through maritime cooperation are an important focus, with an emphasis on establishing equitable and sustainable exclusive economic zones. By analyzing all these aspects, this article aims to provide a deep insight into the prospects of maritime relations between Indonesia and Malaysia post the 2023 maritime boundary agreement, as well as provide policy recommendations to strengthen the two countries' cooperation in the maritime field.

Dunia pertanian menduduki peran penting di masyarakat karena merupakan sumber pangan utama dan menjadikannya kebutuhan utama pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Karakteristik masyarakat saat ini memiliki tempat tinggal dengan lahan yang sempit namun tetap ingin melakukan budidaya tanaman, maka metode hidroponik ini menjadi salah satu alternatif yang tepat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik untuk memperkenalkan budidaya tanaman hidroponik yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi dan kebutuhan pangan mitra. Tim PKM UPBJJ-UT Malang melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman hidroponik di Desa Rembang, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah warga mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai budidaya hidroponik sehingga warga memahami bahwa budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik dapat bernilai tambah ekonomi dan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Warga juga telah dapat melakukan budidaya hidroponik tanaman sayur pakcoy, kangkung dan selada secara mandiri. 

Dalam pengelolaan lahan petanian kacang hijau di Desa Kedungwinagun, Kecamatan Klirong, Kabupaten Kebumen belum memiliki kemampuan guna menganalisis kondisi kelembapan tanah. Hal tersebut dapat berpengaruh pada proses pertumbuhan tanaman. Maka dari itu diperlukannya alat serta sistem yang dapat membantu petani untuk menganalisis nilai kelembapan tanah, dengan menerapkan internet of things. Dalam pengembangannya, sistem ini menerapkan metode prototype. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data hasil dari pembacaan sensor kelembapan tanah yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler dan terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet. Hasil akhir dari sistem ini yaitu saat kondisi kelembapan tanah < 40% maka pompa air akan mati, hal ini dikarenakan kondisi tanah terdeteksi basah. Nilai kelempan tanah 40 – 60% pompa air akan mati karena nilai kelembapan tanah dalam rentang normal, sedangkan nilai kelembapan tanah > 60% pompa air akan hidup, karena kondisi tanah terdeteksi kering. Nilai sensor kelembapan tanah akan ditampilkan pada website dalam bentuk grafik secara real-time.

A pump is a tool used to move liquids (fluids) from one place to another through pipes (channels) by adding energy to the fluid being moved and continuing continuously. Currently, many water pumps still use the manual method, namely using a switch or even just using a plug. Grass will also live if the soil has appropriate humidity, if the soil moisture level is low, the grass will die if there is excess moisture and it will not be able to grow. This problem certainly requires a solution that can help monitor soil moisture as well as control water pumps. By utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller technology as the control center, the YL-69 sensor measures soil moisture values ??and also relays as a replacement for manual switches. This study aims to analyze students’ critical thinking abilities based on learning styles. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research began by giving tests to class IX-A students to obtain data on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. The results of this research show that only 14% of students were able to achieve the KKM score, while 86% failed to achieve it. This shows that students' critical thinking skills are highly valued in mathematics education. The conclusion of this research is that students' critical thinking abilities in terms of learning styles in quadratic function material are still relatively low.

This research aims to determine the effect of ROA, LDR, and company size on company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population taken was banking company semi-annual data for 3 periods totaling 264 data. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method with a stress test approach. The type of stress test used in this research is sensitivity theory, where ROA, LDR, and company size on banking company value show sensitive results when the Covid-19 pandemic shock occurs. In addition, the research results show that ROA, LDR, and company size have a negative and significant effect on company value.

Guidance and counseling for early childhood is an assistance effort carried out by teachers/supporters for early childhood so that children can grow and develop optimally and be able to overcome the problems they face. The research was carried out in a qualitative manner using a literature study approach. Research results: Through counseling, children are taught skills that enable them to become independent individuals, able to make decisions, and be responsible for their own actions. The main objective of providing guidance and counseling is to anticipate or take preventive action against the emergence of problematic behavior. Of course, prevention will be much easier than cure. This principle will also be applied in counseling guidance in the Early Childhood Education environment. In other words, preventing problem behavior in children is much easier than treating problem behavior in adults.

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, learning behavior and teaching methods of lecturers on the level of understanding of student accounting. This research was conducted on undergraduate students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics at Islamic University of Majapahit and STIE AMM Mataram. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The population used in this study were all accounting study program students, totaling 1.460 respondents. The sample used was 100 respondents with Slovin formula as the sampling  technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Data analysis in this study was linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting, learning behavior has a significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting. accounting, lecturer teaching methods have no significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting.

Jembatan Dondang merupakan jembatan yang melintas di atas Sungai Dondang yang masuk dalam wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Jembatan ini mengalami kerusakan akibat tertabrak oleh kapal tongkang batu bara yang menyebabkan salah satu pilarnya mengalami kerusakan. Perbaikan dilakukan setelah perhitungan kekuatan struktur secara menyeluruh termasuk analisa kerusakan pada pondasi. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa struktur masih dalam kondisi aman, terlihat dari pengujian dinamik struktur antar bentang untuk mengetahui lendutan yang terjadi dengan hasil berupa respon dinamik, dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa lendutan masih dalam kondisi yang aman. sedangkan pondasi perlu dilakukan penambahan tiang untuk mengganti tiang yang mengalami kerusakan.Dari hasil analisa diketahui penambahan tiang sebanyak 6 titik tiang pancang diameter 60 cm (hulu dan hilir), akibat penambahan titik pancang, maka diperlukan penambahan (extend) pile cap.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training and compensation variables on employee performance variables. The type of research used is quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online in the form of a questionnaire with the help of the Microsoft Forms application using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 32 respondents with the criteria of office workers or employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with the calculation of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, VIF and Inner Model with calculations on R-Square, Adjusted R-Square, and f-Square hypothesis testing on the calculation of T statistic, P-Value, and Original Sample using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4. The results showed that: 1) Employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t test results of 3,774, p-value 0.000, and positive Original Sample. 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-test result of 3.454, p-value 0.001, and positive Original Sample. 3) Employee training and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square result of 0.650 or 65% influence. Recommendations from this study are to add independent variables and expand the population area for better results.
