This research aims to determine the love and affection needs of the character Ningrum in the novel Perempuan Shadow using the humanistic psychological theory of hierarchy of needs by Abraham Maslow. The problem formulation for the novel Perempuan Shadow by Netty Virgiantini is the research object because based on the author's observations, no researcher has analyzed this novel specifically using a literary psychology approach. The method applied in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research are physiological needs, security needs, love and affection needs for the character Ningrum in the novel Perempuan Shadow, but the needs for self-esteem and self-actualization have not been found in the character Ningrum in the novel Perempuan Shadow.

This research aims to describe the form of inner conflict of the main character Rani in the short story Saat Mas Wants to Marry Again by Nirmala Rustini. The problem in this research is more focused on the form of inner conflict of the main character Rani. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, using a short story literary work entitled When Mas Wants to Marry Again by Nirmala Rustini as a research source. The data collection technique uses the note-reading method, by reading the entire short story and recording relevant data to be used as a source of research data. From the results of this research, it was found that there were five inner conflicts found in the short story When Mas Wants to Marry Again, namely feelings of sadness, feelings of anger, feelings of fear, feelings of anxiety, and feelings of disappointment.

This research aims to analyze the buying and selling of houses and land in the city of Jakarta in elite areas, where the average employee income is only single digits in front of millions of rupiah which influences the needs and savings of employees in the novel Home Sweet Loan by Almira Bastira. The data source is the novel Home Sweet by Almira Bastira. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data used is dialogue data between characters in the novel Home Sweet Loan by Almira Bastira. Data collection is carried out by reading, observing and analyzing. Some of the analytical research results presented by this author are in the big city, namely DKI Jakarta, such as the debate about buying a residential house to live in according to income which of course varies for each person, as well as the problem of getting a house to live in by considering how to buy it. in cash, mortgage, or rental to get a house, building, apartment or flat.

The aim of this research is to describe the level of needs of the main character Kinara in the novel entitled Primerose by PenieJingga02. The problem raised in this research is how the character Kinara is able to fulfill Maslow's five levels of needs and whether Kinara is able to achieve the need for self-actualization at the highest level of Maslow's needs. The method used in the research is a descriptive qualitative literary psychology approach. literary psychology approach using the study of Abraham Maslow's humanistic theory. Maslow's five levels of needs that will be analyzed in the character Kinara are the psychological needs (physiological needs), the safety needs (needs for security), the belonging and love (needs for affection), the esteem needs (self-esteem needs) , the actualitation needs (actualization needs). This research shows that the main character Kinara has not been able to actualize herself because of the five needs there are two needs that have not been fulfilled, so the character Kinara has not been able to fulfill the last need, namely self-actualization.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan dan manakemen keuangan  dalam beberapa hal mencatat transaksi keuangan antara lain harga beli pertama kali, harga waktu djual, selisih kerugian jika tidak laku, dan serta menghitung laba rugi keuntungan atau kerugian sederhana bagi para pelaku UMKM di sekitar Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor, Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang. Pendekatan ceramah yang menggunakan media visual sebagai alat pendukung, dan dilengkapi dengan sesi tanya jawab, terbukti sangat efektif dalam menyampaikan materi tersebut.

Literary works are works of art that are expressed through the author's feelings, thoughts and experiences. One type of literary work is a novel. A novel can be studied psychologically, which is called literary psychology. This research is considered important because it relates to human behavior. The title of this research is the self-protection mechanism of the character Zee in the novel Insecure by Seplia. The problem in this research is the self-defense mechanism of the character Zee in the novel Insecure by Seplia. The purpose of this writing is to describe and analyze a person's background, attitudes and experiences which ultimately form a self-defense mechanism. The data source for this research is the novel entitled Insecure by Seplia, published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, 2016. This research uses descriptive methods. The descriptive method is intended to describe and critically analyze text data in the novel. The results of this research is that the character Zee uses 5 self-defense mechanisms: denial, repression, avoidance, focus and projection. And what is often used is the self-defense mechanism of denial and avoidance.

However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

Pelatihan di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS untuk para siswa Kejar Paket C perlu dilakukan karena berdasarkan pengamatan sebelumnya, bahwa para siswa Kejar Paket C belum mengenal sama sekali tentang penggunaan aplikasi Canva maupun memahami cara menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha kecil. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, penggunaan aplikasi Canva mendukung proses desain grafis (poster, brosur, dll). Penggunaan aplikasi Canva diharapkan dapat membantu para siswa Kejar Paket C untuk membuat desain yang mereka butuhkan sehingga setelah lulus mereka dapat membuka lapangan usaha sendiri dan memperoleh penghasilan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil prasurvey yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim PPM Lembaga Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas STEKOM Semarang di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS. Program PPM ini juga merupakan tanggapan akan kebutuhan para siswa Kejar Paket C, yang sejak lama merasakan bahwa mereka belum cukup lancar untuk menggunakan program-program komputer dan memahami siklus akuntansi tersebut.
Kegiatan berlangsung di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berada di Jl. Pasuruhan Kidul II, Pasuruhan Kidul, Kec. Jati, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah 59349 pada tanggal 10, 11, dan 18 November 2023.  Pola pelaksanaan program pelatihan bidang Aplikasi Canva dan Akuntansi bagi para siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS, dilakukan dengan cara klasikal. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berjumlah sekitar 15 orang. Berdasarkan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Aplikasi Canva yang baik dan benar dalam kegiatan desain grafis. Selain itu siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Akuntansi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara sederhana bagi usaha kecil.

This research aims to analyze the content of the short story entitled "Amarah Virus Pada Negeriku" by Ike Loveni Nur Safitri based on the impact of the virus on city conditions from economic, population aspects in the form of migration and transportation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis strategy method. This short story tells about the rapid increase in the Covid-19 virus and the policies implemented by the government to suppress its spread. From this, the impact on city conditions emerged, such as the economy in the city being disrupted, transportation within the city not running well, the migration process being disrupted, and the policies implemented apparently helping to reduce problems in the city, especially air pollution.
