<p>Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang tentang penerapan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan bisnis UMKM<em>. </em>Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi maka permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman dari pelaku UMKM terhadap bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat tentang pemahaman fungsi, jenis dan pentingnya <em>packaging</em> (kemasan) produk, <em>branding</em> (upaya untuk memberikan perusahaan dengan desain atau simbol tertentu untuk mengiklankan produk dan jasanya), kualitas pelayanan dan promosi yang masih dinilai belum cukup maksimal serta belum ada pendampingan UMKM.</p><p>Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  ini  adalah  memberikan  pelatihan  bagaimana penerapan tentang strategi pemasaran  bagi  pelaku  UMKM  di Kecamatan Tembalang  Kota Semarang agar bisnis UMKM meningkat. Manfaat  yang  diharapkan  dengan  adanya  kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  yaitu  para peserta (pelaku) UMKM mempunyai pengetahuan, pemahaman, ketrampilan dan kemampuan ketepatan dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran tentang pemahaman fungsi, jenis dan pentingnya <em>packaging</em> (kemasan) produk, <em>branding</em> (upaya untuk memberikan perusahaan dengan desain atau simbol tertentu untuk mengiklankan produk dan jasanya), kualitas pelayanan dan promosi</p><p>Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan adalah pendekatan <em>participatory training</em>, yaitu pendekatan yang menekankan pada partisipasi penuh dari mitra dan pendampingan dalam mencapai tujuan. Pendekatan <em>participatory training </em>dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah pembelajaran dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan.</p><p>Rencan target luaran berupa jurnal PkM, media masa cetak dan sertifikat HKI dan Video pelaksanaan yang di-<em>upload </em>di <em>youtube</em>.</p>

Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber bahan penelitian adalah para pedagang pasar tradisional desa Kedungbokor yang melakukan transaksi jual beli dan komunikasi masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pedagang pasar tradisional yang digunakan sebagai sumber data diidentifikasi terlebih dahulu. Pedagang pasar diobservasi dan diwawancarai oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan kuesioner.

This study aims to determine the implementation of criminal law enforcement against perpetrators of corruption in Indonesia today and the application of the concept of restorative justice in the settlement of corruption cases in the future. This research is important to do as input to the legislature in the formation of laws in the future. The type of research used is normative legal research. This research has a novelty value, namely examining the application of the concept of restorative justice in the settlement of cases of corruption to make the principle of justice fast, simple and low cost effective. This research has a focus on the study of the application of the concept of restorative justice in the settlement of corruption cases in realizing a simple, fast and low-cost trial. The results of this study are as follows: First, the enforcement of criminal law for perpetrators of corruption in Indonesia is currently absolutely carried out through the judicial process, meaning that every criminal act of corruption, whether the amount of state financial losses is large or small, must go through a judicial process that ends with a criminal decision. Second, the application of the concept of restorative justice in solving corruption cases in this study only focuses on corruption cases where the loss is relatively small, which is carried out by returning state financial losses, giving fines and carrying out social work for perpetrators which involve perpetrators in their implementation. government and law enforcement officials. The application of the concept of restorative justice in the settlement of cases of corruption in addition to maximizing returns on state financial losses resulting from corruption, is also to reduce the use of state finances which are far greater than the state financial losses resulting from criminal acts of corruption. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi penegakan hukum pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia saat ini dan penerapan konsep restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana korupsi dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan sebagai masukan kepada pihak legislatif dalam pembetukan hukum dimasa yang akan datang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini mempunyai nilai kebaruan yakni mengkaji penerapan konsep restoratif Justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana korupsi untuk mengefektifkan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus kajian tentang penerapan konsep restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana korupsi dalam mewujudkan peradilan yang sederhana, cepat dan berbiaya ringan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, penegakan hukum pidana bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia saat ini mutlak dilakukan melalui proses peradilan artinya setiap tindak pidana korupsi baik yang jumlah kerugian keuangan negara besar maupun kecil harus melewati proses peradilan yang berakhir dengan putusan pemidanaan. Kedua, penerapan konsep restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana korupsi dalam penelitian ini hanya memfokuskan perkara tindak pidana korupsi yang nilai kerugiannya terbilang kecil yang dilakukan dengan cara pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara, pemberian denda dan pelaksanaan kerja sosial bagi pelaku yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan pelaku, pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum. Penerapan konsep restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana korupsi selain memaksimalkan pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara hasil korupsi, juga untuk mengurangi penggunaan keuangan negara yang jauh lebih besar daripada kerugian keuangan negara yang diakibatkan dari tindak pidana korupsi.  

This journal aims to analyze the causes, consequences, and solutions related to economic inequality. In an effort to understand the phenomenon of economic inequality, we adopt an analytical approach and collect related statistical data. Through this research, we seek to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem of economic inequality faced by society. In the analysis of the causes, we identify the factors that contribute to economic inequality. We examine income inequality, unequal access to resources, and unequal economic structure as the main factors influencing economic inequality. By analyzing data and related studies, we seek to understand the role and impact of these factors.
 
 

The enactment of Law No. 24 of 2009 concerning Flags, Languages and State Symbols and the National Anthem which is confirmed by PP No. 57 of 2014, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 42 of 2018, and SK No. 0424/I/BS.00.01/2022, of course, must be obeyed by all Indonesian citizens. Governance of correspondence in government agencies is one that is regulated in the law, in particular Article 33 paragraph 1 which reads "Indonesian must be used in official communication in government and private work environments". Meanwhile, linguistic problems, such as spelling errors, word choice errors, sentence meaning errors, sentence composition errors, are rarely considered. There are many versions of letters sent by government agencies, especially at the village/kelurahan level. There are many variations and there is no standard one related to this correspondence because government officials do not yet have standard guidelines. There are so many mistakes made by government officials in making official letters. The target group for this community service is the sub-district in Donorojo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province which consists of 12 hamlets. This community service program will be carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the program is planned to last 6 months starting in mid-2023. This implementation begins with planning, implementation, and ends with evaluation.
 

Penelitian ini menerapkan dua metode regresi yaitu Decision Tree dan linear berganda untuk memprediksi Body Mass Index (BMI) berdasarkan variabel-variabel lainnya pada dataset Asthma. Metode Decision Tree merupakan salah satu cara data processing dalam memprediksi masa depan dengan cara membangun klasifikasi dan regresi model dalam bentuk struktur pohon. Analisis regresi linear berganda merupakan model regresi yang melibatkan lebih dari satu variabel independen. Analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Untuk mengukur tingkat keakuratan model peramalan, digunakan suatu ukuran keakuratan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Hasil MAPE menunjukkan nilai rata-rata prosentase kesalahan mutlak dari nilai sebenarnya dengan nilai peramalan. Pada penelitian ini, metode regresi linear berganda menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dengan nilai MAPE berturut-turut sebesar 12,737%; 12,76%; 12,89%; dan 12,99% untuk proporsi data uji berturut-turut 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40% sedangkan nilai MAPE dari metode regresi Decision Tree sebesar 12,758%; 12,79%; 12,92%; dan 13,13%. Apabila digunakan ukuran kebaikan yang lain seperti MAE dan RMSE akan memberikan hasil yang analog, sedangkan ukuran kebaikan R2 berkebalikan. Penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode lain dalam machine learning seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM), random forest, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), dan lain-lain.

This research aims to design a web-based screen printing production information system at Infinitees store to improve service and facilitate information availability in the production process. The method used in the design is Prototype method. For the design, HTML and PHP are used, as well as MySQL as the database. The expected result of this research is to build and design a web-based screen printing production information system to facilitate data collection processes and present information related to the production process easily and quickly.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business entities owned by individuals who have a role and contribution to the Indonesian economy. The presence of MSMEs greatly supports the national economy. Internally, the MSME sector needs to empower employees and build a better management system to maintain its business image. On the other hand, problems related to branding also often occur among MSMEs, these two problems faced by MSMEs can be solved by implementing an image management strategy. One of the motivations for implementing this strategy is how they want to influence and benefit others [13].

The implementation method used is how to determine the time and duration of the activity and the place where the activity will be carried out. Set the price and product quality in order to compete with other competitors in the city of hammer. The results of this activity show that D&A's Geprek Chicken can compete with other Geprek sellers in Palu City, due to the lower price setting strategy compared to other sellers. And during this activity, D&A's geprek chicken was able to sell geprek chicken according to the turnover target, even more than the turnover target.

The information providing about dropship, Small and Mid-size enterprise (SMEs), in Pekalongan city recently is done by brochure, banner and social media.  Nevertheless, other than social media, the promotion media is possible to be seen when visitor is on the spot.  The research is aimed at supporting the troubleshooting matters by adapting the Geographic Information System (GIS) in mapping about Batik SMEs dropship in Pekalongan city.  The web based GIS will ease the market player, tourists or visitors as well as the society to get such information about dropship, SME centre and Batik market.  The providing of web based GIS in informing the dropship, SME centre and Batik market in Pekalongan city is expected to give positive impact to Batik businessmen and to improve the economic rate in Pekalongan city
