This article explores the mechanisms of supervision and legal protection within state administration. Ensuring legal protection for citizens is a vital aspect of governance in democratic nations. Laws serve as tools to regulate rights, obligations, and legal entities, enabling them to fulfill their duties and receive fair treatment. Additionally, the law functions as a protective framework for legal subjects. The legal relationship between the state and its citizens can be governed either by state administrative law or civil law, depending on the state's role and position in upholding the law. The government may act as a civil legal entity or a public official, subjecting its legal actions to either the Civil Code or state administrative law. Mechanisms for supervision and legal protection in state administration include embedded supervision, functional supervision, and external supervision. Furthermore, citizens are afforded legal protection through administrative law mechanisms such as administrative law provisions, administrative appeals, and administrative courts.

Association is the process of changing meaning as a result of similar characteristics. The meaning contained in a word will sometimes experience a change in meaning/shift in meaning when the word is combined with other words. This research aims to find out the words that have association meaning in Yudhiswara's poetry collection Rain Escapes in Sela Jari. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is the theory of semantic studies on changes in meaning. The data in this research is in the form of words, phrases/idioms that have associations and the data source in this research is a collection of poems Hujan Lolos di Sela Jari by Yudhiswara.  The data collection technique in this research uses reading and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique in this research is classifying the data including metaphorical meaning changes, analyzing the data and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the poem Rain Escapes in Sela Jari is in the form of compound words that contain associations of meaning, the association of meaning tells about love and tells about nature. This shows that in the poem that has been analyzed, the poet uses many words, phrases/idioms to express the feelings experienced by the reader. The reader is also carried away when reading a poem that tells about love that is hindered by time, circumstances, and places.

Previous research has extensively observed how International Environmental Standards, commonly known as ISO 14000. However, research on the influence between X1, X2, and Y at PT. Futaba Industrial Indonesia has not been conducted before.  Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and customer satisfaction on the implementation of the ISO 14000 environmental management system.  Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents, consisting of employees at various levels of positions using the Simple Random Sampling technique.  The research results show that the work environment variable has a significant impact on the implementation of ISO 14000.  In addition, customer satisfaction also becomes an important factor in supporting the success of this system.  This research emphasizes the importance of good workplace environmental management and improving customer satisfaction to ensure optimal environmental sustainability through the implementation of the international ISO 14000 standards.

Conflicts occur in the school environment not only cause obstacles, but also provide solutions in the implementation of school policies. This article discusses the sources and resolution of conflict in the implementation of conflict management policies in schools. This research aims to identify the sources of obstacles in implementing conflict management policies in schools and provide solutions in the form of policy-based solutions that can be implemented effectively. This research is a qualitative approach, descriptive research, and literature study data collection method. Previous research that discussed the same issue showed a lack of training for educators and limited resources. The findings show that: First, the conflict management policy implemented in schools is done by identifying the sources of conflict. Second, conflict resolution in schools can be done by avoidance, accommodation, confrontational approach, compromise, and collaborative problem solving

The problem related to violation of RTRW is actually a common issue until now. Like the recent case, namely the fire that occurred at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot. The fire incident could actually be prevented by implementing proper spatial planning regulations. Based on the Regional Regulation (Perda) of DKI Jakarta Number 1 of 2012 concerning the 2030 Regional Spatial Planning, fuel oil (BBM) depots are required to have a buffer zone. Unfortunately, at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot, this buffer zone does not exist, so that residential areas are too close to the dangerous depot area. The purpose of this study is to find out the Annotation of the State Administrative Court Decision Number: 124 / G / LH / 2016 / PTUN-BDG. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with a special method applied, namely meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is a research technique used to combine findings from previous studies related to the same research topic. The results of the study show that among others Based on case information, it is known that there are 6 (six) plaintiffs who sued the Decree of the Head of the Investment and Integrated Licensing Agency of West Java Province Number: 660/10/19.1.02.0/BPMPT/2016 concerning the Environmental Permit for the Construction and Operational Activities of the 1x1000 MW Cirebon PLTU, Astanajapura District and Mundu District, Cirebon Regency by PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana. In its decision, the PTUN granted the lawsuit in its entirety.
 
 
 

Inheritance law in Indonesia has three directions, namely customary law, civil law and Islamic law. This journal article discusses one of the inheritance laws, namely customary inheritance law. The writing of this journal article aims to examine how the protection and process of obtaining inheritance rights for women in Balinese Hindu customary society, which adheres to the patrilineal system. The research method used is a normative legal research method with two approaches, namely a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data collection uses doctrinal which is by examining, analyzing and identifying knowledge contained in reading sources in the form of reference books, journals or previous research as research support. Based on the results of the study, it shows that under customary inheritance law, women are generally not entitled to inherit property, but only enjoy the inheritance of parents or husbands. However, they can obtain inheritance rights through grants, marital gifts (jiwa dana), or changing their status to male (sentana rajeg).

Pendidikan karakter anak berbasis Al-Qur’an di era digital menjadi sangat penting dalam membentuk moral dan etika generasi muda. Artikel ini menganalisis QS. Luqman (31) ayat 13-19, yang berisi nasihat Luqman kepada anaknya mengenai ketauhidan, berbakti kepada orang tua, dan pentingnya akhlak yang baik. Dalam konteks digital, di mana anak-anak terpapar pada berbagai pengaruh, nilai-nilai ini berfungsi sebagai panduan untuk mengembangkan karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab. Mengenai pola pengasuhan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter anak, ternyata al-Qur`an telah memberikan gambaran dalam beberapa surat dalam Al-Qur'an, yang mengisahkan bagaimana pola pengasuhan ideal yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali relevansi ajaran Al-Qur’an dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk implementasi pendidikan karakter yang efektif di lingkungan digital. Dalam hal ini diperlukan kurikulum pendidikan karakter dengan digabungkan oleh pendidikan teknologi, agar membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas dan terampil namun juga beretika dan mampu beradaptasi pada perubahan zaman.

Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. As is the case with village development, Watu Wona Village is one with a majority of farmers, which is an example of a road access development plan that really needs assistance from the government in its construction to support the production and sale of agricultural products. Infrastructure is still lacking, damaged infrastructure roads make access to the village difficult. This research was motivated by evaluating the effectiveness of Pancasila education learning in the last hour, considering that at this time students often experience a decrease in concentration and energy. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the allocation of Pancasila education learning time in the last hour on the discipline of students at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research samples were students of class X TPM 1, X TPM 4, . The results of the questionnaire also show that learning Pancasila Education is categorized as "effective" because Pancasila Education has basic values ??that emphasize discipline, responsibility and compliance with rules, and is able to shape students' character. Through this learning, students are not only given an understanding of the material but also how to apply Pancasila values ??in shaping student character. This subject can also be an alternative "tool" to maintain student learning discipline.

This research aims to analyze the impact of changes to the provisions on the responsibilities of directors and shareholders as well as guarantees of legal protection for creditors and third parties in the context of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative legal analysis, relying on a study of statutory regulations, relevant legal theories, and selected scientific literature. This normative approach is carried out through in-depth study and interpretation of applicable legal provisions, especially changes regulated in the Job Creation Law. The analysis focuses on how these changes affect the legal responsibilities of directors and shareholders, as well as their impact on the rights of creditors and third parties. Legal theory is used to build a strong conceptual and analytical framework in understanding the legal phenomena that arise from the implementation of this new regulation. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of these policy changes, as well as offer recommendations to increase legal certainty for all relevant parties. Thus, it is hoped that this research can be a significant contribution to the development of corporate law studies and legal protection in Indonesia.
