This study aims to examine the impact of self-efficacy on the success of web-based learning in the digital era. Self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges, is believed to play a crucial role in achieving learning outcomes. In the rapidly evolving digital era, web-based learning has become an effective method for delivering materials flexibly and interactively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving students from various universities. The results show that self-efficacy has a significant impact on the success of web-based learning. Students with higher self-efficacy tend to be more successful in completing tasks and understanding the learning material delivered through online platforms. This study recommends the importance of developing students' self-efficacy to enhance the effectiveness of web-based learning, especially in the context of education in the digital era.

Schools play a strategic role in developing students’ potential and preparing them to face the challenges of a dynamic life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational management at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The objective is to understand the processes of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating school management. The findings indicate that school management organization is carried out by emphasizing the role of the principal as the main leader and coordinator. This is demonstrated through efforts to effectively allocate resources, conduct teacher training, develop student socialization activities, and establish constructive relationships between the school and parents. The results show that good management positively impacts creating a conducive learning environment and achieving educational goals. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the importance of systematic and sustainable school management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk menggali cara-cara yang dapat digunakan pendidik untuk merangsang kreativitas siswa melalui materi dan metode pengajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa sekolah yang telah menerapkan metode pembelajaran kreatif dalam PAI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru PAI, serta analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan inovatif seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta kegiatan diskusi dan refleksi, dapat merangsang kreativitas siswa dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam. Selain itu, metode ini juga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan kreatif dalam pembelajaran PAI guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan menyenangkan. Kontribusi penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa kreativitas siswa dapat berkembang lebih baik jika dibarengi dengan metode pembelajaran yang menantang dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, dan dengan demikian, perlu adanya penguatan metode pengajaran yang dapat mendukung perkembangan kreativitas siswa secara maksimal di sekolah.

Stages in hair styling, such as hair coloring, straightening, the use of styling tools and chemicals in hair styling products often over time can cause damage to the scalp and hair. The level of this damage varies, ranging from dry hair to breakage, as well as irritation of the scalp. This study aims to review and determine the right scalp and hair care cosmetics with the level of damage caused to the styling process. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources and recommendations for treatment products. The results of the study prove that treatments based on moisturizers, proteins, and natural ingredients are effective in tackling mild to severe hair damage. Meanwhile, for irritated scalps, products with anti-inflammatory and sulfate-free ingredients are recommended. In conclusion, the selection of cosmetics should be adjusted to the degree of hair damage and the condition of the scalp for optimal results.

Modern  companies  in  the  digital  era  face  challenges  in  maximizing  the  utilization  of  information  systems  (IS)  to  enhance  business  efficiency  and  competitiveness.  PT  Indomarco  Prismatama,  one  of  Indonesia's  largest  retail  companies,  requires  an  integrated  IS  strategic  plan  to  strengthen  business  processes  and  optimize  information  management.  This  study  aims  to  develop  an  IS  strategic  plan  for  PT  Indomarco  Prismatama  using  the  Ward  and  Peppard  method,  which  combines  SWOT  analysis,  PEST  analysis,  Value  Chain  analysis,  and  McFarlan  Strategic  Grid  mapping  to  identify  and  assess  the  company's  IS  needs  and  opportunities.  Through  internal  and  external  environmental  analysis,  it  was  found  that  several  business  areas  require  further  IS  development,  including  inventory  management,  customer  relations,  and  supply  chain  integration.  The  IS  recommendations  provided  in  this  study  are  expected  to  serve  as  a  foundation  for  more  effective  IS  development  that  aligns  with  the  company's  business  strategies,  thereby  supporting  sustainable  growth  and  increased  competitiveness  in  the  retail  market.
 
 

The constitutional procedural law in Indonesia plays a crucial role in upholding constitutional supremacy, with the Constitutional Court (MK) serving as the guardian that reviews laws and resolves constitutional disputes. This article discusses the procedural law in MK, the challenges it faces, and its impact on law enforcement and justice in Indonesia. The enforcement of justice in Indonesia remains far from ideal, reflected in the chaotic legal system, structure, and culture. This study examines the Kanjuruhan Tragedy to provide an insight into the practice of law enforcement. The findings show that the state is legally responsible for the incident due to its failure to protect and fulfill the human rights of the victims. However, law enforcement in Indonesia remains discriminatory, sharp against the lower classes, yet blunt against the elites. It is hoped that law enforcement officers and the government will be more attentive and aware of the importance of fair justice enforcement, ensuring that all citizens receive legal certainty, order, and protection based on truth and justice.

Melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan E- Learning yang disediakan dapat dapat dijadikan sebagai media komunikasi sosial dan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran secara online. Pada hakekatnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektifitas pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan E-Learning dalam pembelajaran daring.

This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

Education policy functions as a framework that sets educational standards and goals, so as to ensure that all students have equal access to resources and learning opportunities. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi karakteristik bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di bidang pendidikan, khususnya target pendidikan berkualitas. Melalui metodologi penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk tafsir Al-Qur'an klasik dan kontemporer, jurnal akademik, dan dokumen resmi SDGs. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa fitur linguistik dan pedagogis bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an berkontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kompetensi global yang selaras dengan SDG 4.7. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Qur'ani melalui pembelajaran bahasa Arab meningkatkan pencapaian akademik dan pengembangan karakter, mendukung pendekatan pendidikan holistik yang ditekankan dalam SDGs. Lebih lanjut, studi ini mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi efektif dalam mengimplementasikan kajian bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam sistem pendidikan modern, termasuk inisiatif transformasi digital yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan dan mendukung pencapaian SDG 4.5 tentang akses setara terhadap pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menyediakan kerangka komprehensif untuk pengembangan kurikulum berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer sambil mendukung implementasi SDGs dalam pendidikan.
