The constitutional procedural law in Indonesia plays a crucial role in upholding constitutional supremacy, with the Constitutional Court (MK) serving as the guardian that reviews laws and resolves constitutional disputes. This article discusses the procedural law in MK, the challenges it faces, and its impact on law enforcement and justice in Indonesia. The enforcement of justice in Indonesia remains far from ideal, reflected in the chaotic legal system, structure, and culture. This study examines the Kanjuruhan Tragedy to provide an insight into the practice of law enforcement. The findings show that the state is legally responsible for the incident due to its failure to protect and fulfill the human rights of the victims. However, law enforcement in Indonesia remains discriminatory, sharp against the lower classes, yet blunt against the elites. It is hoped that law enforcement officers and the government will be more attentive and aware of the importance of fair justice enforcement, ensuring that all citizens receive legal certainty, order, and protection based on truth and justice.

Pada hakekatnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektifitas pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dan E-Learning dalam pembelajaran daring.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

Education policy functions as a framework that sets educational standards and goals, so as to ensure that all students have equal access to resources and learning opportunities. Through the development of relevant curricula and quality teacher training, education policies can improve teacher competency, which in turn has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, educational policies also include systematic monitoring and evaluation to identify areas of improvement, thereby enabling the necessary adjustment strategies to meet students' needs more effectively. This research aims to determine the role of change management in order to determine the role of educational policy in improving the quality of education for students. In this research, qualitative methods were used through literature. Well-designed education policies can improve access to education for all students. Education policy also plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching through continuous training for teachers. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi karakteristik bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di bidang pendidikan, khususnya target pendidikan berkualitas. Melalui metodologi penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk tafsir Al-Qur'an klasik dan kontemporer, jurnal akademik, dan dokumen resmi SDGs. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa fitur linguistik dan pedagogis bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an berkontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kompetensi global yang selaras dengan SDG 4.7. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Qur'ani melalui pembelajaran bahasa Arab meningkatkan pencapaian akademik dan pengembangan karakter, mendukung pendekatan pendidikan holistik yang ditekankan dalam SDGs. Lebih lanjut, studi ini mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi efektif dalam mengimplementasikan kajian bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam sistem pendidikan modern, termasuk inisiatif transformasi digital yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan dan mendukung pencapaian SDG 4.5 tentang akses setara terhadap pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menyediakan kerangka komprehensif untuk pengembangan kurikulum berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer sambil mendukung implementasi SDGs dalam pendidikan.

To find out  the beef cattle business in Perbaungan sub-district is potentially profitable from a financial, social and environmental perspective. Primary data were collected through interviews with farmers and secondary data from relevant agencies. Descriptive-analytical method was used. Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) were used to assess business feasibility. The results showed that the beef cattle business is financially viable with a BCR value of 1.35, NPV of 25,000,000, and IRR of 18 per cent. In addition, the business has a positive impact on income generation, job creation, and farmer welfare. But there are some problems, such as changes in feed prices and cattle waste management. Even if feed prices and cattle selling prices change significantly, the business is still viable, according to the sensitivity analysis. To make the business more sustainable, the government should help through training programmes, feed subsidies and access to finance. Beef cattle enterprises have great potential to grow and have a positive impact on both the environment and the community if managed properly.

Land conversion is an important issue in Indonesia and Nigeria, with significant economic, social and environmental impacts. The problem-solving approach to uncovering farmers' legal culture is done through a sociolegal approach, where the law is seen not limited to the text but also its context in reality in society. With the sociolegal approach, the values, attitudes and views (NSP) of farmers towards their agricultural land, towards LP2B policies, and the behaviour of farmers in the use and utilization of their agricultural land designated as sustainable food agricultural land can be revealed and constructed appropriately and adequately. This research aims to uncover how farmers' legal culture can be better integrated in the law enforcement of food agricultural land protection, as well as find ways to harmonize formal laws with local practices in order to achieve more effective and equitable land protection, in addition to comparing factors affecting land conversion in both countries, including urbanization, infrastructure and industrial development, and government policies. The economic impacts of land conversion include economic growth and job creation, but also threaten food security and farmers' livelihoods. Social impacts include land conflicts and changes in people's lifestyles, while environmental impacts include deforestation, erosion and flooding. Proposed solutions include stronger monitoring and law enforcement, community participation, and sustainable policies and empowerment programs for farmers. In conclusion, wise policies and active participation from all parties are needed to sustainably manage land conversion in Indonesia and Nigeria.

The practice of “All You Can Eat” (AYCE) is a food serving model where customers pay one fixed price to enjoy various types of all-you-can-eat dishes within a certain time limit. This concept has become a global trend and is widely implemented in Indonesia, especially in Japanese and Korean themed restaurants. As a modern form of muamalah, AYCE raises questions in the perspective of Islamic law because it involves aspects of economic transactions that must fulfill the pillars and conditions of buying and selling according to Islam. This study examines the mechanism of AYCE, starting from the payment system, time policy, and additional rules such as fines for uneaten food. In addition, it discusses the application of the pillars and conditions of buying and selling in Islam, which include clarity of goods, valid contracts, and voluntary consent of the parties involved. The main focus is on the potential element of uncertainty (gharar) in AYCE practices, especially regarding the different portions of food consumed by customers, which forms the basis of the Islamic legal analysis of this concept. This research aims to provide a comprehensive view of the relationship between the AYCE concept in the light of Islamic law.

Traditional architecture in North Sumatra is very diverse. There are eight types of traditional houses in North Sumatra, and each tribe also has a diversity of traditional architecture. This research summarises the diversity of local architecture, especially traditional Pakpak architecture in North Sumatra, to be used as a guide in the application of architect licensing in North Sumatra.The method used is literature study and sorting out aspects of architecture that are important to understand. These aspects are historical background, settlement patterns, building types, ornaments and examples of their application. From this research, it was found that there is a lack of scientific literature documenting traditional Pakpak architecture in North Sumatra. It is hoped that this research will encourage further research into traditional architecture which is still very under-researched.

Association is the process of changing meaning as a result of similar characteristics. The meaning contained in a word will sometimes experience a change in meaning/shift in meaning when the word is combined with other words. This research aims to find out the words that have association meaning in Yudhiswara's poetry collection Rain Escapes in Sela Jari. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is the theory of semantic studies on changes in meaning. The data in this research is in the form of words, phrases/idioms that have associations and the data source in this research is a collection of poems Hujan Lolos di Sela Jari by Yudhiswara.  The data collection technique in this research uses reading and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique in this research is classifying the data including metaphorical meaning changes, analyzing the data and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the poem Rain Escapes in Sela Jari is in the form of compound words that contain associations of meaning, the association of meaning tells about love and tells about nature. This shows that in the poem that has been analyzed, the poet uses many words, phrases/idioms to express the feelings experienced by the reader. The reader is also carried away when reading a poem that tells about love that is hindered by time, circumstances, and places.
