Pandanaran outdoor is one of the rental service companies or rental of camping and hiking equipment. However, the lack of use of technology in the process of renting equipment and conveying information about what equipment can be rented on a particular day makes it difficult for customers to carry out the rental process. Pandanaran Outdoor itself still uses manual recording in its rental process. With the advancement of technology and on the basis of the need for transaction management, data management, and information delivery, it is necessary to create a web-based camping and hiking equipment rental application at Pandanaran Outdoor, this website is designed using CodeIgniter, PHP, Visualcode, Bootstrap, Javascript, and MySQL Database. The system method used in this research is the waterfall method, the results obtained are used to describe the sequence of software development processes as a cycle in the flow of making rental applications. The presence of this application is expected to speed up and simplify the process of renting camping and hiking equipment at Pandanaran Outdoor.

Automatic sentiment analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP) has emerged as an essential tool to process this data, helping industries, researchers, and policymakers understand social sentiment more effectively. This study explores various NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, including machine learning-based, lexicon-based, and deep learning models. By examining advancements in NLP algorithms and challenges related to language diversity, slang, and context in social media data, this paper highlights the strengths and limitations of current methodologies and discusses potential future directions.

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work ability, and work environment on employee performance. The number of samples used was 79 employees. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Ability (X2) partially provides a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment (X3) partially does not have a significant effect. And simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance..

Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat, pembayaran yang awalnya berupa uang Cash telah diganti dengan Cashless, Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor memilih pembayaran kartu berbasis Radio Frekuensi, yaitu Radio Frekuency Identification (RFID), Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, di mana penelitian dilakukan langsung melalui Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian yang di peroleh, Manajemen RFID yang diterapkan Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor sudah optimal dimaulai dari Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasian (organizing), Penerapan (actuating), dan Pengawasanya (controlling). Kelebihan dari RFID ini adalah, simpel, uang lebih aman, pembayaran lebih cepat, dan pengisian saldo mudah. Sedangkan kekurangannya sendiri yaitu, harus terhubung ke internet pada perangkat scanner yang digunakan, hanya bisa digunakan pada perangkat dengan frekuensi yang sama, dan terjadi pemborosan.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis n-HAp (Hydroxyapatite nanoparticle) secara alami dari limbah cangkang bekicot dan mengevaluasi aktivitas antibakterinya sebagai kandidat material biomedis. Limbah cangkang bekicot telah diidentifikasi sebagai sumber potensial untuk memperoleh n-HAp, yaitu salah satu material bioaktif yang memiliki aplikasi luas dalam bidang biomedis. Proses sintesis n-HAp dilakukan menggunakan metode sol-gel dan dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis FTIR, XRD, dan SEM. Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa n-HAp yang dihasilkan memiliki kesesuaian yang baik terhadap data model. Lebih lanjut, pembentukan n-HAp dari cangkang bekicot juga dikonfirmasi dengan FTIR. Keberhasilan sintesis ini ditandai dengan adanya vibrasi pita P-O dari tetrahedral PO4 disekitar bilangan gelombang 1062 cm-1. Gugus karbonat CO32? pada spektra IR juga diidentifikasi dengan kuat pada bilangan 1460 cm?1. Selain itu, berdasarkan analisis SEM, ukuran partikel n-HAp berada dikisaran 43,2 nm. Untuk menunjang potensi aplikasinya sebagai material biomedis, uji aktivitas antibakteri juga dilakukan pada bakteri Staphylococcus aureus melalui metode sumuran agar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa n-HAp memiliki zona hambat sebesar 5 mm dan menunjukkan potensi aktivitas antibakteri yang cukup baik. Hal ini dikaitkan dengan keberadaan mineral Ca2+ (kalsium) dan Na+ (natrium) yang terkandung pada n- Hap. Kehadiran ion kalsium dan natrium ini dapat mengganggu keseimbangan ion dalam sel dan mengganggu berbagai proses biologis dalam sel bakteri,sehingga, aktivitas metabolisme dan reproduksi bakteri dapat terganggu dan mengakibatkan penghambatan pertumbuhan bakteri.

This research explains the consequences of divorce according to the laws of the Dayak traditional community in Central Kalimantan province. The research method used is normative using primary and secondary legal materials. Customary law is one of the laws recognized in Indonesia. Customary law in Central Kalimantan is implemented by the existence of Dayak traditional institutions in Central Kalimantan which have been outlined in Central Kalimantan Province Regional Regulation No. 16 of 2008 and Central Kalimantan Governor Regulation no. 13 of 2009 concerning Dayak Traditional Institutions in Central Kalimantan. It is clear that customary law is a separate legal system so that it is different from other legal systems. The results of this research show that the consequences of divorce carried out by the Dayak traditional community are not only regulated by positive law in force in Indonesia, namely Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, but are also regulated by Dayak customary law based on Regional Regulations. Kalimantan Province Regional Regulations. 16 of 2008 concerning Dayak Traditional Institutions in Central Kalimantan, there are Dayak customary punishments and marriage agreements carried out by parties from the Dayak traditional community.

In a company, assets are one of the most important working capital that needs to be managed well. This includes maximizing the value of its benefits as well as its existence so that it can be used optimally and the need for accurate recording of assets so that they can be used for good decision making. One type of asset/asset in a company is fixed assets/assets. Fixed assets/assets are one of the items on the balance sheet besides current assets/assets, long-term investments, reserve funds, and other assets/assets. PT. Thanks to Sejati Transindo (BESTINDO) Semarang as one of the document and goods delivery service companies, so far it still uses Ms. Excel for recording, calculating and reporting company fixed assets. Some of the weaknesses of this old system are: 1) the asset/asset management system is still simple, 2) fixed asset/asset data is not yet integrated and does not have a database, 3) there are inconsistencies and calculation errors, 4) the recording and reporting system is still takes quite a long time to process, 5) incomplete data will have an impact on inappropriate decision making, and 6) the absence of an integrated Accounting Information System (AIS) means that the management of fixed assets/assets in the company cannot be carried out properly because the data The condition, condition and value of the company's fixed assets/assets have not been recorded properly and accurately. This research designs an AIS for calculating and reporting depreciation of fixed assets using the straight line depreciation method using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL. The objectives of this research are: 1) to help calculate depreciation of fixed assets/assets owned by the company, 2) to provide information about the detailed condition of each asset/fixed asset owned by the company so as to help the company in managing fixed assets/assets, and 3) to help present precise and accurate reports for the purposes of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.

Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret). Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini di PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) yaitu proses penilaian untuk pengangkatan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap berdasarkan penilaian berkas dan pemilihan secara manual (tanpa system) atau bisa disebut juga dengan melakukan prediksi atau perkiraan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Jl. Industri No. 60 Tanjung Morawa B. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam kualifikasi penentuan pengangkatan karyawan kontran menjadi tetap yaitu: kualitas kerja, lama bekerja, presensi dan pendidikan. Perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SMART telah berhasil di lakukan untuk penentuan pengangkatan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap di PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret).

Media pembelajaran saat ini telah berkembang, salah satu contohnya adalah media pembelajaran digital atau biasa disebut literasi digital. Literasi digital dapat berupa teks, audio, atau video. Cara mendapatkannya dapat melalui berbagai sumber seperti media sosial dan halaman web. Keuntungan dari media pembelajaran digital adalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Guru juga dapat menggunakan berbagai sumber seperti teks, gambar, audio dan video dalam materi pembelajaran. Maka program kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dari Udinus menawarkan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia dengan Canva. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kemitraan Masyarakat adalah praktek dengan Canva. Dalam praktek tersebut, para guru diawali membuat slide presentasi kemudian diubah menjadi video pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan asset yang disediakan oleh Canva.

The mentoring of Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka is a program organized to support activities at Muhammadiyah Mungkid High School as a model school in creating a learning environment that is more dynamic, responsive and relevant to current developments and student needs so that it can produce graduates who are ready to face the demands of the world of work and life in the global era. Apart from that, this mentoring activity is proposed as additional independent mentoring provided through “Sekolah Penggerak”. This community service involved lecturers, students at Satya Wacana Christian University, and teachers at Muhammadiyah Mungkid High School, starting with differentiated learning and implementing Artificial Intelligence Chat GPT. This event was carried out for one day using the in-house training method. Based on the evaluation and feedback, this PkM activity had run effectively with practical activities in preparing class activities using differentiated learning and GPT Chat.
