This study develops audio-visual teaching materials to enhance secondary school students’ understanding of conditional sentences in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction. Adopting the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) model, the study involves information gathering, planning, prototype development, field testing, and product revision. The materials include animated videos and interactive exercises designed to engage students and simplify complex grammatical concepts. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and tests reveal improved student comprehension and engagement after using the materials. Teachers noted that these resources align with curriculum requirements and support effective grammar teaching. This study highlights the potential of audio-visual media in addressing challenges in EFL grammar instruction, offering practical and innovative solutions for educators.

Ketidaksetaraan pendidikan masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Artikel ini membahas bagaimana optimalisasi sumber ajar dapat menjadi solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan educational inequality.  Dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab ketidaksetaraan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran pendidikan, distribusi sumber ajar yang tidak merata, dan kualitas guru yang belum optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keagamaan serta komunitas dapat memperbaiki akses dan kualitas sumber ajar dalam PAI. Dengan strategi ini diharapkan kesenjangan pendidikan dapat dikurangi dan kualitas pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia.

RW 02 Klampok Kasri is one of the Creative UMKM areas on Jl. Klampok Kasri, Kec. Klojen, Malang City. Creative UMKM produces various products, including knitting, food and beverages, and recycled waste, but this service is focused on knitting businesses. The problems faced in the knitting business are as follows: 1. There is no new knitting model, 2. There is no simple bookkeeping; 3. There is no online market. With the number of UMKM members of almost 50 people, product manufacturing has become more efficient and faster. The success of this program is supported by the additional product in the form of the Makrami Knitting model and the enthusiasm of the RW 02 Klampok Kasri community, who participated in several activities. The Klampok Kasri community, especially in RW 02, has experienced changes in terms of manufacturing, namely the existence of a new model (Chunky bag), and the sale of their work has been neatly structured in terms of marketing, which previously only sold offline and locally, now sells through online media or e-commerceABSTRAKRW 02 Klampok Kasri merupakan salah satu wilayah UMKM Kreatif yang terletak di Jl. UMKM Kreatif di tempat ini menghasilkan berbagai macam produk, di antaranya: rajut, makanan dan minuman, limbah daur ulang, tetapi untuk pengabdian ini difokuskan pada usaha rajut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam usaha rajut adalah 1.Belum ada model rajutan baru, 2. Belum adanya pembukuaan sederhana, 3.Belum adanya market online. Dengan jumlah anggota UMKM yang hampir 50 orang, maka pembuatan produk menjadi lebih efisien dan lebih cepat. Keberhasilan program ini antara lain didukung dengan adanya produk tambahan berupa model Rajut Makrami dan antusias masyarakat RW 02 Klampok Kasri yang mengikuti beberapa kegiatan. Masyarakat Klampok Kasri khususnya di RW 02 telah mengalami perubahan dari segi pembuatan yaitu adanya model baru (Chunky bag), dan penjualan hasil karyanya, sudah terstruktur dengan rapi, lalu dari segi pemasaran yang sebelumnya hanya berjualan melalui offline dan lokal saja, kini telah berjualan melalui media online ataupun e-commerce

Technological advancements in the Society 5.0 era have transformed the economic landscape, including taxation mechanisms. This study focuses on the role and responsibilities of digital platforms in tax imposition in Indonesia, governed by various regulations such as the Harmonized Tax Law (UU HPP) and Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE). The study finds that while digital platforms are central to the digital economy, existing regulations have not fully addressed the complexity of their operations, particularly in the context of taxation. Using a normative juridical approach, this research examines key challenges such as transaction anonymity, taxation disparities between conventional and digital companies, and tax avoidance by multinational digital platforms. On the other hand, the Indonesian government has initiated adaptation efforts by imposing Value-Added Tax (VAT) on digital trade, although its implementation still faces technical and administrative barriers. The study concludes that Indonesia's tax regulations need reforms to better accommodate the dynamics of the digital economy, including implementing fair and legally certain taxes for digital platforms. Recommendations include strengthening oversight, enhancing international collaboration, and utilizing technology to improve transparency and efficiency in the tax system. This research aims to contribute to the government, regulators, and business actors in creating an inclusive and sustainable digital economic ecosystem.

Effective communication between schools and the community is an essential element in supporting student learning success. This study aims to describe the role of effective communication between SMPN 12 Bandung and the community in facilitating student learning. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis followed three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The study's subject was the vice principal in charge of public relations. The findings indicate that communication between SMPN 12 Bandung and the community is well-established, enabling the school to implement various programs and activities to support student learning. These findings underscore the importance of effective communication as a means to strengthen collaboration between schools and the community. Good communication not only ensures the successful implementation of educational programs but also fosters a conducive learning environment and encourages active student participation in learning. Thus, effective communication serves as a key pillar in building collaboration among schools, the community, and students to achieve educational goals.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

This study aims to analyze spelling errors in the use of Indonesian on social media platforms, focusing on a case study of Twitter menfess (X) of Veteran National Development University students in East Java. Social media has become a popular means of communication among students, but the use of Indonesian often uses non-standard language and the use of incorrect spelling. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis, in which 20 data were collected from menfess posted by students on Twitter (X) during a certain period. The results of the analysis show that there are many spelling errors in the college students' menfess posts on Twitter (X). The findings show that, although university students have an understanding of Indonesian language, the influence of social media and fast communication habits can cause a decline in language quality. This research is expected to provide insights for the development of language policy among university students, as well as raising awareness of the importance of good and correct language use in the digital era.

Learning motivation plays a significant role for students. This motivation increases students’ interest in completing learning activities. When students are motivated by their environment and themselves, their learning outcomes also improve. The methods used in community service activities (PKM) are influenced by various factors, such as monotonous teaching methods, lack of teacher support, and the influence of technology. PKM uses interactive lecture methods that utilize media, discussions, and Q&A sessions to increase students’ learning motivation. This highlights the importance of motivation to support oneself in achieving goals and becoming a better individual.
This community service aims to increase the learning motivation of students at SMKN 6 Serang cities, as motivation is one of the factors that influence students’ success. When someone is motivated to learn, they will achieve the desired learning outcomes. Motivation acts as a driving force to achieve good results. People engage in activities because they have motives. High learning motivation will yield optimal results. This activity aims to prepare students as participants who, based on their respective skills, can face challenges in starting their careers.

The katuk plant (Sauropus androgynus) is a herbal plant that has many health benefits. Sauropus androgynus is one of the species of herbal plants that is widely known and spread in various countries, especially the Asian region, including Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the use of katuk leaf plant as an herbal medicine in RW 08 Sindangsari Village, Garut Regency through an ethnobotanical approach and to find out some of the benefits of katuk used as an alternative medicine. Data was taken by purposive sampling and continued with random sampling using electronic media. In data analysis, quantitative and qualitative approaches are used, including calculating Use Values (UV) and Fidelity Level (FL). The results of the study showed that the katuk plant had the highest UV value of 0.87 and FL 66.67% as a breast milk promoter, followed by other benefits, namely as a fever medicine, internal heat, cough medicine and so on. PT. Media XYZ is experiencing a high turnover rate of journalists due to a less objective selection process. The assessment carried out by HRD is currently still subjective and inaccurate. This has an impact on the company's performance and the quality of the news produced. Therefore, a decision-making model is needed that can be used as a guideline by HRD in order to overcome the mismatch between journalist qualifications and job requirements by implementing the Profile Matching method in the journalist selection process. This method will help companies select prospective employees who best match the required competency profile. By matching the competency profile of prospective employees with the competency profile of the position, it is expected to improve the quality of selection decisions, reduce the level of errors in recruitment, and improve company performance.
