The excessive use of gadgets can be interfere in children's development, especially in preschool children. Children who are accustomed to overusing gadgets will have an impact on their emotional development. The aims of this study is  to determine the relationship between gadgets uses on emotional development in preschool age children in RA Character Assalam Manado. This is analytical descriptive research method with the cross sectional design. The sample of respondents in this study was 52 people using Total Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. In analysis using Chi-Square with Continuity Correction ? ? 0,05. Results of the study were obtained: Out of 52 there were 32 (61,5%) parents having children with good emotional development; 34 (65.4%) parent having children using gadgets with an abnormal duration (> 1 hour/day), There was a significant relationship between gadget use and emotional developments in preschool age children in RA Character Assalam Manado. The conclusion in this study; there is a relationship between gadgets use and emotional development in preschool children at RA Character Assalam Manado. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested the teachers at the school should be able to coordinate with the student parents to more understanding the impact of the gadget use on the children emotional development.

Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is a commercial area in Makassar City. Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Protection is quite strategic because it can be reached by all levels of society from various means of transportation. Various community activities such as walking, jogging, shopping, office activities, etc. have resulted in the increase in parking for visitors' vehicles in the area, covering the shoulders of the road and pedestrians. From the results of our previous research, it is clear that the cause of illegal parking that occurs in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman is the limited parking space in each commercial building and the standard for calculating parking spaces in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman. This is what causes the loss of user comfort and the change in pedestrian function to illegal parking in the Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is therefore an action that is contrary to Islamic Sharia which is haram because it is illegal, does not comply with local legal regulations and also harms other people. So, to restore the comfort and function of pedestrians in the commercial area of Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman, we will carry out further research with the title "Planning Public Parking Areas in Commercial Areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman in Makassar City", where this research is to solve the problem of lack of parking spaces so that there is no more illegal parking in commercial areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Protection of Makassar City. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis which is used to explain the results of survey interviews with users and observations carried out on Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayomanof Makassar City with the results of a literature review regarding parking spaces. This research is expected to provide a real picture to researchers as academics and the government as policy makers regarding public facilities built for the common good, as study material to determine policies that might be implemented to improve or add to these public facilities, and as a source a reference for writers who might carry out studies on urban planning.

Desa Cukilan menjadi salah satu sentra penghasil durian. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah belum ada pemanfaatan durian dengan kualitas rendah dan limbah biji dan kulit durian. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah upaya pemanfaatan durian berkualitas rendah dan limbah durian agar memili nilai tambah. Metode yang diguunakan adalah observassi, penelitian, dan sosialisasi. Dihasilkan tiga produk, yaitu; es krim durian, selai, dan briket arang. Durian dengan kualitas rendah dapat dimanfaatkan dan memiliki nilei ekonomi yanh baik serta limbahnya memiliki nilai ekonomi.

Bullying behavior in the school environment is a serious challenge that affects students' welfare and creates a learning environment that is not conducive. This research aims to investigate the dynamics of bullying behavior, focusing on identifying the perpetrator, protecting the victim's right to life, and implementing just, civilized humanity in the educational context. Qualitative research methods were used, by exploring data from document studies, including school policies, bullying incident reports, and student behavior records. The research results show the complexity of the factors driving bullying behavior, involving social inequality, family problems, and a lack of awareness of the consequences of actions. Protection of victims' rights to life is proven to need improvement through evaluating school policies and implementing effective reporting procedures. The implementation of just, civilized human values ??shows positive steps, however, challenges arise in monitoring and evaluating these programs. The conclusions of this research underscore the urgency of involving teachers, school staff and the entire educational community in efforts to prevent and deal with bullying. With a deep understanding of this problem, it is hoped that a safer, more inclusive and humane school environment can be created

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana makna yang terkandung dalam tradisi pemberian asam jawa sebagai obat tradisional bagi masyarakat di wilayah Sungai Guntung, Desa Tagaraja, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih melakukan pengobatan tradisional, pengobatan tradisional ini dipercaya dapat menyembuhkan segala macam penyakit jika proses yang dilakukan mengikuti semua aturan pengobatan. Masyarakat percaya bahwa prosesi ini mengandung nilai-nilai, dan diyakini bahwa kesehatan akan membaik dan penyakit tidak akan kembali

                The result of this research is the implementation of a receivables control information system at the Dahlia Cepiring cooperative to manage, control receivables and produce receivables reports using the Average Collection Period method which is able to minimize losses on receivables and speed up the movement of receivables into cash.

Thus, the sharia tourism policy is expected to contribute positively to economic growth and fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the local community. sharia tourism is the implementation of sharia principles into a form of travel activities of sharia tourist destinations. The development of Islamic tourism is currently growing rapidly because it is very much in demand by Muslim tourists who are looking for alternative travel in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia, this research reaches the implementation of the concept of Islamic tourism in tourist destinations that are very popular and in great demand in areas with a majority Muslim population. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

In January-February 2022, there was a surge in Covid-19 cases due to the omicron virus mutation. Consequently, the government advised conducting remote learning for all students using internet-connected devices. Changes in vision function during childhood occurred globally in 2050 children, with 10% of Indonesia's 66 million children experiencing visual impairments. Maintaining eye health in this age group is facilitated through school health units, and the results are reported to parents during each semester's report card distribution. This study aimed to measure the differences in family developmental tasks concerning childhood vision function. The research design employed was a cross-sectional study using descriptive analysis involving 111 respondents: parents and elementary school students selected through accidental sampling. Data collection took place in October 2022. The measurement tool, developed from Dunst (1984), assessed family developmental tasks, converted into the Brinkman index. Student vision was measured using a Snellen card, and the level of difference was assessed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The Brinkman index results showed that 38.14% had good vision function, 45.35% were adequate, and 16.51% were poor. The hypothesis test yielded a p-value of 0.316 0.05, indicating no significant difference between family developmental tasks and childhood vision function.Top of Form

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors in the writing of birth certificates in the service and civil registration that fall into the category of maladministration, and to find out the implementation of changes to birth certificates that have been determined by the District Court. Good public service is a right and also the hope of every citizen and resident. Especially to apply the concept of good governance in Indonesia, one of the strategic choices is through the provision of public services in order to form good governance. A birth certificate is a legal proof of birth and is recognized by the state for a child who has just been born, therefore the registration must comply with the notes given earlier by the midwife because of the impact experienced if an error occurs in recording a birth certificate it can reduce the rights of a child. The method used in this research is the Juridical Sociological legal research method, which is an approach by looking at a legal reality in society. The data presented in this study are legal material data in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The conclusion of this study is caused by typos or human errors that affect the child in the future, these factors are the most dominant and often occur by employees. Implementation of changes to birth certificates can be carried out, but only those that are editorial in nature, errors in recording such as name, date and year only, changes to birth certificates can be made directly if it has not reached a year, if the certificate is already many years old and changes are to be made, a decision from district court and meet the conditions that must be set


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor dalam penulisan akta lahir di dinas dan pecatatan sipil yang termasuk kedalam kategori maladministrasi, serta untuk mengetahu implementasi perubahan akta lahir yang telah di tetapkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri.Pelayanan publik yang baik adalah hak dan juga harapan setiap warga negara dan penduduk. Terutama untuk menerapkan konsep good governance di Indonesia maka salah satu pilihan strategis adalah melalui penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik guna membentuk tata kelola pemerintahan yang baikAkta kelahiran merupakan tanda bukti kelahiran secara sah dan diakui oleh negara kepada seorang anak yang baru saja dilahirkan maka sebab itu dalam pencatatan harus sesuai dengan catatan yang diberikan awal oleh bidan karena dampak yang dialamai jika terjadi kesalahan pencatatan akta kelahiran dapat menggurangi hak kepada seorang anak faktor kesalahan dalam pencatatan akta kelahiran sering kita jumpai biasanya faktor kesalahan dalam pengetikan yang sering terjadi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis sosiologis adalah pendekatan dengan melihat sesuatu kenyataan hukum di dalam masyarakat. Data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah data bahan hukum yang berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan sekuder. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini disebabkan oleh salah ketik atau human error yang berdampak kepada sang anak dikemudian hari, faktor-faktor tersebut paling dominan dan sering terjadi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai. Implementasi perubahan akta kelahiran dapat dilakukan namun hanya yang bersifat redaksional saja kesalahan dalam pencatatan seperti nama, tanggal dan tahun saja, perubahan akata kelahiran dapat dilakukan secara langsung bila belum mencapai setahun jika akta tersebut sudah bertahun-tahun dan akan dilakukan perubahan maka harus adanya keputusan dari pengadilan negeri dan memenuhi syarat yang harus di tetapkan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis risiko lingkungan hidup pada tahap pra konstruksi proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Jagat Kerthi Gilimanuk-Mengwi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Jagat Kerthi Gilimanuk-Mengwi dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis risiko dengan matriks probabilitas dan dampak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 11) Terdapat 15 risiko lingkungan hidup pada tahap pra konstruksi yang teridentifikasi pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Jagat Kerthi Gilimanuk - Mengwi, yang meliputi a) topografi b) klimatologi c) lokasi lokasi pembangunan d) budaya e) kejeniusan lokal f) kekerabatan g) kebutuhan lahan h) aksesibilitas i) utilitas j) sumber hidrologi terdekat k) bangunan sekitar l) jangkauan listrik m) kesulitan yang tidak terduga n) spesifikasi keluaran yang tidak jelas o) kesalahan desain. 2) Berdasarkan penilaian risiko, sebanyak 6 risiko termasuk dalam kategori rendah dengan persentase sebesar 40%; 7 risiko yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 46,67%; Sedangkan sebanyak dua risiko termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 13,33%. 3) Terkait dengan risiko lingkungan hidup pada tahap pra konstruksi yang termasuk dalam kategori dominan atau tinggi, maka pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Jagat Kerthi Gilimanuk-Mengwi, risiko topografi dan risiko lokasi lokasi bangunan termasuk dalam risiko dengan kategori dominan atau tinggi.
