Women's empowerment is a modern concept that marks progressive changes in efforts to liberate from patriarchal culture, where women's involvement in society was previously very minimal. Efforts to align the portion of involvement of all genders are often referred to as the equal rights movement or women's liberation movement. In Setren Village, women's involvement is still low, with the achievement of SDG 5 point "Village Women's Involvement" only 26.32%. Based on this assessment, our community service work program is focused on increasing women's involvement. We initiated two main programs: empowerment of Village PKK Organizations through the creation of Village Gardens and education on Verticulture planting media, as well as rebranding of Mrs. Sri's Village MSMEs which operate in the soybean juice beverage sector. By partnering with the PKK, this women's empowerment organization is expected to be able to contribute to community development. Support for MSMEs also aims to improve the economic and environmental aspects of villages. This research aims to evaluate the results of the women's empowerment program in Setren Village. In contrast to previous research which focused on crafts, our approach uses planting media education and MSME support. The service will be carried out for three months, from March to July 2024, in accordance with the SDGs of Setren Village. The methods used include surveys, discussions and problem identification. Surveys were conducted at the Village Hall and the Village Head's house to obtain initial information. The second visit was made to Mrs. Sri's house to understand the condition of MSMEs. After identifying the problem, discussions were held to determine the work program based on the relevant Setren Village SDG point 5.

Economic growth and increasing population density in adulthood require awareness regarding environmental concern. Caring for the environment is an important thing that must be done to prevent natural damage and maintain ecosystem balance. Nganjuk Regency, with a population density of around 1,103,902 people in 2020, of course produces quite a lot of household waste. There is a need to increase awareness and change attitudes regarding waste sorting and processing to create a clean and healthy environment, which is the aim of holding waste bin procurement activities. Seeing that Setren Village SDGs number 12, namely Environmentally Conscious Village Consumption and Production, still has not met the target score that must be achieved, knowledge regarding waste sorting needs to be emphasized more. The method used was direct observation in the Setren Village environment, then a Focus Group Discussion was held regarding handling waste problems to create a healthy environment. The results of the community service carried out are the provision of waste sorting bins and socialization of waste sorting. Apart from that, there has been an increase in knowledge regarding types of waste for the people of Setren Village.

This research was motivated by a lack of student participation and boredom with the monotonous learning system so that students did not understand abstract and complex economic concepts. From these problems it can be seen that the cause is a lack of motivation to learn. So it is necessary to develop a learning model, one of which is the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) cooperative learning model using TTS. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the effect of the TGT learning model on students' learning motivation in economics subjects in Class XI MA Sunan Kalijogo Mojo Kediri; (2) To find out how much influence the TGT learning model has on the motivation to learn economics for class XI MA Sunan Kalijogo Mojo Kediri. The research approach used is quantitative, associative type. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression using SPSS. The research results show that (1) Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained are sig. 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of the TGT learning model on students' economic learning motivation; (2) Based on the hypothesis test, a value (R) of 0.652 was obtained, which indicates a strong relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the R Square values ??of 42.5% and 57.5% are influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

Islamic microeconomics does not only seek profit, but additionally aims to enhance the welfare of the people in a fair and sustainable manner. Because justice, brotherhood, and cooperation are elements that can offer options for fluctuations in human income. The object of this research is BTC Watampone. This study’s objective is to examine how changes in income impact the level of sales from an Islamic economic point of view. This study employs a literature review-based quantitative method, which relies on various library sources to gather the required information. The study’s findings indicate of this study show that the elasticity of sales volume in 2015 was Ep = 0.723, which indicates that Ep < 1 and sales volume is classified as inelastic. While the elasticity of sales volume in 2016 is Ep = 17.2, which indicates that Ep > 1 and sales volume is classified as elastic.

Sexual Violence against children is a serious problem that requires in-depth attention in the context of legal protection of victim. In the case of Herry Wirawan, involving 13 (thirteen) victims of sexual assault in Bandung, has raised controversy over the reimbursement charged to the state. In it’s ruling, the chamber of Judges of PN Bandung sentenced Herry Wirawan to life sentence and ordered the payment of restitution to the victims. However, there are questions about the legality of the payment of restitution, especially since the perpetrators have been sentenced to life imprisonment, which is incompatible with Article 67 2023 of the Covenant. This study uses a normative approach to analyze this problem, focusing one the case of Herry Wirawan. The result showed a gap between the legal process and the victim’s need to obtain adequate compensation for the suffering they suffered. In addition, there are problems related to the minimality of the claim for restitution made by the victim and the implementation of restitution that is not always smooth. Implementation of restitution in legal practice still faces a minimum victim awareness and understanding of their rights as well as the perpetrator’s ability to pay restitution. The study highlights the need to raise victim awareness, improve law enforcement mechanism, and provide adequate support service. In addition, recommendations for improvement of relevant policy or legal practice are also identified. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the complexity of the restitution process in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia and provide a basis for improving legal protection for victims.

Human rights violations are actions that violate humanitarian principles, which are principally carried out by individuals, state institutions, or other institutions, which aim to deprive other individuals of their human rights without juridical pretexts and convincing rational evidence. Human rights violations that currently occur often have a high complexity. One of them is the human rights violations that occurred in the tragedy at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang on October 1, 2022. The impacts of the tragedy experienced by victims and their families include physical, emotional and financial. After the Kanjuruhan incident, it is necessary to limit the rights and responsibilities between parties who have a role in organizing football matches. So, for this reason, structured steps are needed to restore the rights of victims that should be given. The method used in this research is the normative juridical method by making secondary data as research material obtained from books, similar works and research, as well as draft laws. This research highlights the importance of implementing compensation and restitution mechanisms as an effort to restore victims' rights, in accordance with applicable law. Through in-depth analysis of relevant legal regulations and related cases, this research provides insight into the efforts that have been made by the government and related institutions in providing compensation and restitution to victims.

The motives for motorbike robbery behavior in Bekasi have become a significant concern in recent years. The research results show that economic, social and cultural factors have an important role in influencing motorbike theft. This research shows that motorbike theft in Bekasi occurs more often in areas with high levels of poverty and low levels of education. The method in this research uses the literature study method. Apart from that, research also reveals that motorbike theft in Bekasi is mostly carried out by individuals who have criminal records and are involved in criminal organizations. This research aims to (1) determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest carried out by Safira cafe owners in the reviewing village of Mare Sebo Ulu sub-district, Batang Hari district. (2) To find out the obstacles faced in efforts to increase consumer buying interest at Safira Cafe. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Abuznaid formulating the definition of sharia marketing, namely, wise decisions in order to satisfy customer needs through good behavior, providing healthy products or services (halalan thoyyibah) with the approval of both parties (seller and buyer). ) in order to achieve material and spiritual prosperity, this world and the hereafter through an ethical world. Apart from that, the theory used by Kotler, marketing is a way in which companies involve consumers, build good relationships with consumers and create value for consumers, so as to get good value or response from consumers in increasing profits and consumer feedback. The 4P marketing strategy used is, product, price, place and promotion. The results of this research show that, the marketing strategy carried out by Safira Cafe to increase revenue is with product strategies starting from improving the quality of the products presented, product health, product cleanliness and product halal. Pricing strategy, Safira Cafe has set affordable, relatively cheap prices. The prices offered by Safira Cafe are affordable and cheap in accordance with the economy of the community in the review village and are suitable for all teenagers and adults. Place strategy, safira cafe prioritizing the cleanliness of the place and consumer comfort while at the Safira Cafe. Promotional strategy, Safira Cafe does not promote via social media, only promotes by word of mouth, but quite a few people already know about the existence of Safira Cafe. Meanwhile, the income earned by Safira Cafe is still relative or fluctuating, namely depending on the number of visitors.
