This study examines the effectiveness of applying classical methods in the Al-Qur'an memorization and translation program at the Safinatul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi. Classical methods generally focus on collective learning in the classroom, but in the context of memorization and translation, they emphasize quantity over quality. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the classical method in balancing both aspects. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with students, Quran memorization teachers, and curriculum teachers. The results of the study indicate that the classical method is not only effective in increasing the quantity of memorization but also significantly contributes to understanding the meaning through the integration of translation in internalizing the values of the Quran in daily life.

Character education through sport is becoming increasingly important in the face of dynamic socio-cultural change. The sociology of sport offers an approach to understanding sport as a social phenomenon that has a broad impact on youth character building. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore the role of sport in youth character building through a sociology of sport approach. The results showed that sport can be a medium for socialization, value internalization, and identity formation. Participation in sports activities can form a physically healthy, mentally strong, and morally sound young generation. However, sports can also be a space for reproduction of negative values if not balanced with constructive social values. Therefore, the sociology of sport approach can offer strategic solutions in designing sports programs that not only pursue achievements, but also form Indonesian people with character. This research is expected to contribute to the development of character education through sports and increase awareness of the importance of the sociology of sport in shaping young people with character and integrity.

This study explores the strategies and effectiveness of the recovery of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City following the COVID-19 pandemic. By reviewing recent scholarly articles, it examines the roles of government policies, digital transformation, product diversification, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in supporting MSME sustainability. The review findings show that economic stimulus policies such as cash assistance, credit relaxation, and digital training significantly impact the resilience and growth of MSMEs. Moreover, MSMEs' adaptation to technology and the role of communities further strengthen local economic resilience. This study contributes to the literature on regional economic recovery and serves as a foundation for data-driven policy-making.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran online berbasis syariah dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk Rabbani. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fenomena pemasaran produk Rabbani di media sosial atau platform daring. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mendalami strategi pemasaran online syariah yang diterapkan untuk mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk Rabbani. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada peran toko Rabbani dalam memanfaatkan strategi syariah, yang mencakup prinsip Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, dan Insaniyah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran online syariah yang diterapkan pada produk Rabbani telah selaras dengan konsep pemasaran Islami, mencakup aspek produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi, serta memadukan karakteristik pemasaran Islami, yaitu Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, dan Insaniyah.

this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the management of public goods in improving the quality of public services in Indonesia. Public goods have nonrivalry and nonexcludability characteristics, which means it can be used by many people simultaneously without reducing mutual benefits, and cannot exclude anyone from its use. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, reviewing economic theories and public policies and national regulations related to public services. The results showed that good public goods management, such as infrastructure and basic services provided by the state, contributed directly to the effectiveness and quality of services to the community. However, there are still challenges in the form of limited resources, lack of supervision, and not optimal utilization of public assets. Therefore, increasing governance and strengthening of regulations is crucial in realizing equitable, quality and sustainable public services.

This study aims to (i) find out and review the implementation of Article 9 letter D of Law No. 22 of 2022 in health and food services for class 1 Makassar inmates (ii) to find out and analyze the obstacles faced in providing adequate health and food services for class 1 Makassar inmates. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive analysis which aims to describe the form of existence of the provision of health and food services for class I Makassar inmates. The data collection techniques are by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses triangulation, namely to assess the credibility of the data which is carried out by checking the data that has been obtained through several sources. From the results of the study, it was found that (i) the implementation of Article 9 letter D of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning health services and proper food has not been implemented optimally because it has not been fulfilled optimally (ii) the main obstacles in health services include limited medical personnel, minimal availability of certain medicines, health facilities that are still inadequate, a long and bureaucratic referral process, and prison overcapacity. Basically, efforts have been made and the services have been made but have not run optimally due to obstacles from the incomplete provision of medicines for health services, as well as a budget that is not balanced with the number of inmates in the Makassar Class 1 prison.

Spring steel is one type of material that is widely used in various engineering applications, such as vehicle suspension systems and equipment that require resistance to dynamic loads. Spring steel possesses various mechanical characteristics that are strongly influenced by the microstructure of the material. These characteristics remain consistently affected throughout the entire material. Heating that occurs due to exposure to flame can alter certain microstructural properties of spring steel and affect its performance. In this study, an analysis was carried out on all changes in the microstructure of spring steel caused by flame heating, as well as its effect on the hardness of the material. The results of the study showed that heating can indeed cause changes in the microstructural phase and a decrease in fatigue resistance of the spring steel.

Anesthesia machines are very important medical equipment in modern medicine, especially in medical procedures and intensive care. This device is designed to provide and control the administration of anesthetic drugs and medical gases to patients safely and accurately. Damage to the oxygen regulator block of the anesthesia machine shows a discrepancy with the indicator reading. This problem is very critical because it can cause the administration of inappropriate oxygen concentrations to patients during anesthesia procedures. This activity aims to support health services at the Columbia Asia Semarang Hospital which has a damaged anesthesia machine and wants to be repaired, namely the Mindray Type Wato EX-65 anesthesia machine. Damage to the device is known by disassembling the device, by visual observation, checking for hose leaks, and measuring at certain points in the device circuit. Based on the analysis carried out, the damage is in the anesthesia machine regulator block. After repairs and functional tests using VT 305 to check the air flow, it was declared suitable for use.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain baru model manajemen pendidikan dan pembelajaran mendalam guna mewujudkan pembelajaran yang asik, kritis, kreatif, dan bermakna di sekolah swasta, khususnya sekolah Kristen. Tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah swasta saat ini, antara lain rendahnya daya saing, lemahnya sistem manajerial dan supervisi akademik, serta keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, menuntut adanya inovasi dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadaptasi model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen sekolah berbasis digital, serta model ASSURE untuk merancang proses pembelajaran yang kreatif, partisipatif, dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Proses penelitian diawali dengan studi pendahuluan melalui observasi dan FGD untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan masalah sekolah, yayasan, guru, siswa, serta orang tua. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dikembangkanlah dua komponen utama: (1) sistem informasi manajemen interaktif  dan ruang kolaboratif digital bagi orang tua dan masyarakat, dan (2) sistem pembelajaran dan ruang kreatif digital untuk guru dan siswa, Validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kepraktisan dan keberterimaan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kemunduran kualitas sekolah dipengaruhi oleh manajemen pengelolaan sekolah, kualitas SDM Kepala Sekolah dan Guru, kualitas Pembelajaran, dan branding dan penciri sekolah, 2) Ruang dan kesempatan kreatif dalam bentuk website interaktif dan e-learning berbasis 3CM learning memberikan fasilitas kepala sekolah melakukan manajemen sekolah khususnya manajemen pembelajaran, promosi dan branding sekolah melalui hasil kreatif guru dan siswa dari hasil pembelajaran, 3) Kreativitas dalam menghasilkan karya kreatif muncul dan tumbuh karena adanya kesempatan melakukan budaya kreatif dan ada ruang untuk mempublish karya kreatif, dan 4) Aktivitas pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan model pembelajaran 3CM learning memberikan kesempatan siswa mengalami pembelajaran mendalam dan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir Tingkat tinggi (HOTS).

During the globalization age, culturally and ethnically diverse organizations are increasing. To overcome differences and create a harmonious and productive work environment, inclusive leadership is essential. In student organizations, leadership plays an important role in producing effective teams. In the context of the diversity of student organization members of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya, this study attempts to explain how inclusive leadership practices affect team performance. This study conducted a descriptive qualitative study involving observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews and research on two student organizations, UKM Jurnalistik and PMII. The study showed that an open inclusive leadership style in UKM Jurnalistik was able to increase two-way communication, member participation, and a sense of belonging to the organization, which had a positive impact on team performance. Meanwhile, a more structural but still inclusive leadership style in PMII was also able to increase two-way communication, member participation, and a sense of belonging to the organization.
