Abstrak:
This study aims: 1) To determine whether or not there is an influence of the Open Ended Approach on solving mathematical problems of class X APHP students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur, 2) To determine the increase in mathematical problem solving abilities of class X APHP students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur, 3) To determine the effect of the open ended learning approach on mathematical problem solving abilities. The research method used is quasi experimental. The sampling used is Purposive Sampling. The target population in this study were all students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur who were registered in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year consisting of 2 classes. The results of the study showed that the open ended learning approach can present more interesting mathematics learning and students become more active in participating. During the study, the researcher observed the learning process. When students are taught using the open ended learning approach, students become more interested in learning to solve mathematical problems.

Abstrak:
Aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk deteksi dini penyakit kulit memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kesehatan kulit. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam deteksi dini penyakit kulit kepada mahasiswa dan tenaga kesehatan di STIKES Telogorejo Semarang. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, pemahaman dasar tentang teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam analisis citra medis, serta diskusi interaktif mengenai pentingnya deteksi dini dalam pencegahan penyakit kulit. Metode yang digunakan mencakup presentasi, demonstrasi langsung, serta sesi praktik dengan studi kasus nyata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai teknologi deteksi penyakit kulit berbasis AI, serta meningkatnya minat dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam bidang kesehatan. Selain itu, peserta juga memberikan umpan balik positif terkait kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat aplikasi dalam mendukung diagnosis awal. Kesimpulannya, edukasi dan sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital di bidang kesehatan serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam layanan medis. Ke depan, pengembangan aplikasi lebih lanjut dan implementasi di fasilitas kesehatan diharapkan dapat semakin meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi

Classroom management is a crucial aspect in creating a conducive learning environment, both in face-to-face and online learning. These articles discuss various classroom management strategies and approaches applied at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. Some of the main findings include: 1). The Importance of Planning and Organizing 2). Inhibiting Factors and Solutions 3). The Role of Teachers and the Learning Environment 4). Recommendations for Improvement Good classroom management not only improves the effectiveness of learning but also encourages active participation of students. Abstrak:
Character education in elementary schools (SD) is an important aspect in shaping a young generation that not only possesses intellectual intelligence but also strong moral values. This article aims to explore how the integration of character education can be applied within the context of learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, reviewing various sources on character education in SD and its implementation practices. The research findings indicate that character education integration can be carried out through a thematic approach in the curriculum, active learning models, and the role of teachers as role models. Challenges faced include time and resource limitations, as well as a lack of cooperation with parents and the community. As solutions, there is a need for the development of a character-based curriculum, teacher training, and the enhancement of synergy between schools, parents, and the community.

Abstrak:
The advancement of information and communication technology has revolutionized educational paradigms, demanding the presence of innovative and contextual learning methods. One transformative approach that is increasingly being adopted in the context of elementary education is the Virtual Field Trip (VFT) a digital-based field trip simulation that allows students to explore various educational locations virtually. This article aims to thoroughly analyze the implementation of VFT in elementary-level learning using a qualitative approach based on grounded research and life-history methods. Through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and the analysis of digital and audiovisual documents, this study reveals three main findings: (1) VFT can broaden students' horizons and sharpen their imagination by virtually bridging real learning experiences; (2) This approach enhances student engagement and enthusiasm through immersive visual and interactive presentations; and (3) Learning becomes more meaningful and contextual, as students can understand concepts directly and in an applied manner. The analysis shows that VFT is not only a pedagogical solution to physical and geographical limitations but also a strategic tool to promote critical thinking, global awareness, and cross-cultural understanding from an early age. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of VFT implementation is highly influenced by technological readiness, educators’ digital competence, as well as institutional and parental support. Therefore, a comprehensive and adaptive implementation strategy is needed to optimize the potential of VFT as an inclusive and sustainable future learning instrument in elementary schools.

Abstrak:
The 21st century is marked by rapid technological developments, increasingly open global access, and increasing complexity in social life. This requires significant changes in the education system, especially in terms of the role and competence of teachers. Therefore, teachers are required to be able to adapt to the times, including in terms of the use of technology that continues to develop. In this era, teachers need to master technology well, for example by creating ICT-based learning media, utilizing learning applications, and various other forms of innovation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This article emphasizes that to face the challenges of education in the 21st century, teachers are not enough to only act as conveyors of material. Teachers must also be able to be facilitators, guides, and innovators in the teaching and learning process. With this broader role, teachers are expected to be able to improve the quality of basic education and respond to the needs of the times effectively.

Abstrak:
Compliance in paying taxes is a crucial element in maintaining the stability and sustainability of state revenues. Taxes as the main source of state financing require active participation from every Taxpayer in fulfilling their obligations. However, in practice, there are still many Taxpayers who experience obstacles in fulfilling these obligations, resulting in tax debt. This article aims to identify the types of tax debts that commonly occur in Indonesia and to analyze the legal and administrative consequences that can arise due to negligence or non-compliance in implementing tax obligations. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by describing in detail the factual conditions based on secondary data and literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that tax debts can arise in various forms, including underpayment, late payment, or debts arising from audit results. The consequences faced by Taxpayers due to tax debts can be in the form of administrative sanctions such as interest, fines, and increases, as well as potential criminal sanctions if elements of intent or tax crimes are found. The conclusion of this article emphasizes the importance of understanding, awareness, and compliance of Taxpayers to avoid legal risks and financial burdens due to tax debts. The recommendations provided include the need to improve tax education for Taxpayers and optimize the role of tax authorities in providing guidance, supervision, and law enforcement proportionally.

Abstrak:
This research intention is to find out how the legal protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on TikTok video content is from a penal law perspective and to find out the penalties given to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement. The background of this research is based on the large number of uses of most of the songs on the Tiktok application without permission from the copyright holder who should have economic rights to their creations. This action can be categorized as a criminal act of piracy. A crime is an unlawful act that is detrimental to society and the perpetrators can be subject to criminal penalties. The development of communication technology has given birth to a new media called social media, and TikTok is one of the popular social media among the public. The problem is that most of the songs used in the Tiktok application are used without permission from the copyright holder who should have economic rights to their creation. The research method used in this study is the normative legal method with a statutory approach. The specifications of this study are descriptive analytical. The results of the study show that the criminal approach in the protection of Intellectual Property Rights is very important to ensure that the intellectual property rights of the results of creation are respected in society, the imposition of criminal sanctions in cases of violations, such as the use of songs without permission is important to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators while protecting the interests of the rights owners and creating legal certainty. The novelty of this research lies in the multidisciplinary approach that connects aspects of penal law with social and economic problems in the protection of Intellectual Property Rights.

Abstrak:
Cooperative Learning has been proven effective in improving the quality of education, especially at the elementary school level. One popular cooperative learning model is the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) method. This method provides students with the opportunity to think independently, discuss with a partner, and share their thoughts with the larger group. This study aims to explore the optimization of the implementation of the TPS method in enhancing the cognitive and social abilities of elementary school students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes how the implementation of TPS can affect students' understanding of the material as well as their social skills. The results indicate that the application of the TPS method not only improves students' cognitive abilities, such as mastery of subject matter and critical thinking skills, but also strengthens their social skills in interacting, communicating, and collaborating with classmates. This study recommends the integration of the TPS method into elementary school teaching practices to maximize students' potential in various aspects, both cognitive and social.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics, and competence on employee motivation and performance. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 137 AR and Special AR employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan across East Java, selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The final sample consisted of 102 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22 with path analysis. The results indicate that individual characteristics, job characteristics, and competence significantly influence motivation. However, individual and job characteristics do not directly affect performance, whereas competence has a significant direct impact on performance. Additionally, motivation does not have a direct effect on performance, but individual characteristics, job characteristics, and competence were found to influence performance through motivation. The study concludes that to enhance employee performance, organizations must consider individual characteristics, job characteristics, and competence while also providing appropriate motivation. Future research is recommended to explore other factors that may affect employee performance in the context of public organizations.
