Dunia digital yang terus berkembang menyoroti pentingnya desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX). Namun, kurikulum di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sering kali tidak memadai dalam menangani masalah kritis ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa SMK, khususnya di SMK Negeri 1 Air Joman dengan keterampilan desain UI/UX melalui instruksi yang berfokus pada praktik. Kami mulai dengan menentukan kebutuhan siswa, kemudian kami membahas prinsip-prinsip desain UI/UX, diikuti dengan proses pembuatan Mockup UI dan prototype menggunakan Figma, dan diakhiri dengan mereview hasil desain dari proyek mereka. Kami menggunakan pre-test, post-test, observasi praktis, dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta untuk mengukur keberhasilan. Akibatnya, nilai rata-rata peserta meningkat sebesar 70%, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa para siswa puas dengan materi dan metode pengajaran. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa, kecakapan teknis, dan kemampuan untuk menghadapi tantangan di tempat kerja kreatif digital. Ini adalah pernyataan sederhana bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran praktis sangat efektif dalam dalam mengasah kemampuan vokasional di bidang desain digital.

Indonesia's healthcare system continues to face significant challenges in delivering equitable services across diverse and remote regions. The digital transformation of healthcare—through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, and telemedicine—offers promising solutions to overcome disparities in access, infrastructure, and service delivery. This study aims to comprehensively analyze global and national research trends related to the digital transformation of healthcare using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, supported by bibliometric analysis through the VOSviewer software. Following the PRISMA protocol, a total of 30 relevant articles published between 2020 and 2025 were identified and analyzed. The network and overlay visualizations generated reveal four major thematic clusters: digital transformation and service quality, big data and pandemic response, AI and data privacy, and community engagement in digital health services. Overlay visualization also shows a clear shift in research focus—from early pandemic responses toward system optimization, ethical governance, and technological inclusivity in recent years. The study concludes that the integration of AI, big data, and telemedicine not only enhances healthcare efficiency but also requires strong regulatory frameworks, infrastructure readiness, and public engagement. Future research should incorporate co-citation and cross-country comparative analyses to enrich the understanding of digital health transformation in a global context.

The study concludes that the integration of AI, big data, and telemedicine not only enhances healthcare efficiency but also requires strong regulatory frameworks, infrastructure readiness, and public engagement. Future research should incorporate co-citation and cross-country comparative analyses to enrich the understanding of digital health transformation in a global context, especially in low- and middle-income countries like Indonesia.

This article aims to describe the curriculum management strategies implemented at SMKN 1 Sungai Tabuk to improve the quality of graduates in alignment with the demands of the workforce. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data triangulation techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that curriculum management is carried out systematically through planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning phase, the school develops annual and semester programs, Learning Objectives Flow (ATP), and teaching modules aligned with the needs of the Business and Industrial World (DUDI). The organization of the curriculum involves teacher participation in ongoing training, professional learning communities, subject teacher working groups (MGMP), and industry internships. Curriculum implementation is supported by strategic partnerships through fieldwork practice programs and graduate placement facilitated by the School Job Placement Unit (BKK). Curriculum evaluation is conducted collaboratively by the curriculum development team and various school program teams, taking into account feedback from teachers, students, and industry partners. However, several challenges remain, including limited teacher innovation in lesson planning, inadequate facilities, and insufficient mastery of the Merdeka Curriculum approach. This study recommends enhancing teacher capacity, improving learning infrastructure, and strengthening collaboration among stakeholders in curriculum management to produce more competent and industry-ready graduates.

This study aims to analyze the structure of the Management Information System (MIS) implemented in MTs EXPGA as a secondary educational institution. MIS is an important instrument in supporting decision making, managing academic and non-academic data, and improving the efficiency of school administration. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the MIS structure in MTs EXPGA is divided based on operational, managerial, strategic, and decision support functions. Although the implementation of this system has covered the basic needs of school management, improvements are still needed in terms of data integration and HR training. This article provides recommendations for improvements to optimize the use of MIS in supporting educational goals in the digital era.

This research have a purpose to prove the influence of social support on self confidence of students at SMAN 100 Jakarta. This research was motivated by the large number of students who feel inferior or lack self-confidence so that it can interfere with and hinder the improvement of their achievements, skills, or interests both academically and non-academically. Quantitative with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling, is the foundation of this study. Students of SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta class 10 became the population in the study conducted. With an R Square value of 0.512, it proves that there is an influence of social support on self-confidence which is presented at 51.2%, while 48.8% is the contribution of variables other than social support such as self-concept which the researcher did not include in this study. The findings are reinforced by the t-test analysis value with an acquisition of 15.928> 1.978 which can be concluded that there is an influence of social support on the self-confidence of class X students at SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta.

Dinamika pendidikan di Indonesia berjalan begitu cepat. Perubahan kurikulum yang didasarkan pada kebijakan politik membuat banyak pihak sulit untuk beradaptasi. Salah satunya yakni pola belajar di rumah dengan kurikulum Merdeka. Orang tua terbukti mengalami kesulitan melakukan pembagian waktu bekerja dan pendampingan anak. Pemahaman kurikulum yang sering berganti membuat orang tua bingung tentang definisi ideal seorang anak yang telah mereka sekolahkan. tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat FKIP UKSW merancangkan suatu bentuk pembekalan dengan metode On the Job Training bertajuk Parents Empowerment terkait kurikulum, literasi, sains dan pengelolaan pembelajaran di rumah. Peserta kegiatan yakni 17 orang tua SD Kristen 1 Salatiga. Penguatan ini berjalan baik dan memberikan manfaat penambahan wawasan, tips praktek berkomunikasi dan pengelolaan belajar anak di rumah.

The mentoring program for Posbindu Dahlia Indah Petuakan Selatan MSMEs aimed to enhance business competitiveness through digital marketing strategies and human resource management strengthening. The challenges faced by this MSME included suboptimal use of digital platforms, unattractive packaging, and ineffective human resource management. The community engagement activity was conducted over three months using a participatory approach involving direct training, consultations, and periodic evaluations. The results showed significant improvements in the activation and optimization of e-commerce accounts, packaging quality enhancement, and a more structured division of tasks. Increased HR competencies contributed to higher production capacity and operational efficiency. This activity concluded that the synergy between digital marketing and HR management strengthening successfully improved product visibility and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital marketplace.

The development of information technology has led to a shift in the economic transaction system towards digital. This change brings convenience, but also challenges in maintaining the suitability of transactions with sharia principles in muamalah fiqh. This research aims to examine the implementation of digital transactions from the perspective of Islamic law. The method used is a literature study. The results of the analysis show the importance of the principles of justice, clarity of contracts, transparency, and the prohibition of usury, gharar, and maysir in digital transactions. Islamic financial institutions play a role in providing sharia-compliant digital services. The main challenges faced are the lack of public understanding and the security risks of digital transactions. The solution offered is continuous education and strengthening sharia-based regulations. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and job insecurity on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Java Wood Industri. The research uses a quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 303 employees selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26. The results show that workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, while job insecurity does not significantly affect turnover intention. Job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. However, neither workload nor job insecurity significantly affects job satisfaction, and job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between workload/job insecurity and turnover intention. The findings suggest that companies should focus on managing workload and improving job satisfaction to reduce employee turnover intention.
