Women and children are vulnerable to violations of their rights. Therefore, the state through the government must provide efforts to empower the rights of women and children. The role of the government in providing this effort must also be supported by all circles, including students, in providing education and understanding for the parties involved so that the information reaches them. The purpose of this study was to find out how much implementation of efforts to empower women and children's rights has been carried out in Desa Tanjung Rambutan. The method carried out in the study was a quantitative method with filling out a questionnaire survey. The process of data analysis process is carried out by analyzing the responses from the audiences and presenting the data that has been obtained for drawing conclusions.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that this activity can increase insight, understanding and new knowledge regarding local food, making bokashi fertilizer, making natural pesticides, and tutoring, and can increase crop yields, food security, reduce the impact of environmental pollution, and increase value. increase the economy of village communities.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari akhlak merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam bertingkah laku. Perhatian terhadap pentingnya akhlak itu semakin kuat, yaitu disaat manusia dizaman modern ini dihadapkan pada masalah moral dan akhlak yang serius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui Mengetahui Apakah Pengaruh Pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Terhadap akhlak Siswa Kelas V MI Darunnajah Cipining Bogor. Pelnellitian ini melnggulnakan pelndelkatan kulantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, pengisian angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,777, hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya korelasi adanya pembelajaran mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan akhlak siswa dengan kriteria tinggi, karena pada tabel koefisien korelasi 0,60 – 0,799. Hal tersebut ditunjang determinasi sebesar 60,4%. Kontribusi pembelajaran mata pelajaran akidah akhlak terhadap akhlak siswa sebesar 60,4% dari nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran akidah akhlak memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi akhlak siswa di MIs Darunnajah Cipining Bogor.

This transformation has had a significant impact on increasing community income and reducing the unemployment rate in Kedungasri Village, making the ceriping MSMEs the driving force of a sustainable village economy.

Shares are a very important instrument as a manifestation of company performance. One factor that is considered important in influencing share prices is carrying out financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of macroeconomic factors as moderators in the relationship between financial ratios and share prices of companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research includes 21 infrastructure sector companies over a 4 year period, there are 84 observations and the analysis method in this research is panel data regression with STATA software version 14. The results of this research are that price to earnings and earnings per share have a partial effect. significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth, sales growth on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, price to earnings on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously, sales growth, price to earnings and earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator have a significant effect.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of community service carried out by students as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. During the implementation of KKN in Keban Agung Dusun Later Agung, students synergized with local mosque congregations to carry out integrated service programs. The aim of this program is to comprehensively increase community capacity and welfare through collaboration between students and mosque congregations. The approach used is a participatory approach, by actively involving the community in every stage of program implementation. The results achieved from this program include increasing the capacity of mosque youth in the religious, economic and social fields; development of productive businesses for groups of mothers; as well as increasing public awareness of environmental cleanliness and health. Apart from that, this program has also succeeded in building trust and close collaboration between KKN students and mosque congregations, so that it can become a model for community service programs based on mosques in the future.

The health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) is a legal entity specifically assigned by the government to administer social security. Seen in the vision and mission of the Long Term Develompment Plan For the Health Sector 2005-2025, namely that the community is expacted to have the ability to access quality health services and also obtain heald insurance, namely that the community gets protection in meeting their basic health needs. Especially for the people of Binjai city, to see the level of satisfaction of peolbe using BPJS Health in the city of Binjai, it is necessary to build a clustering that can group the level of satisfaction in each domicile. Data Mining Grouping using the K-Menas Clustering algoritma metdhod, which is a process of processing quite large amounts of data using statistical methods, this producing a group of data. It is hoped that clustering can complete the grouping of satisfaction levels of BPJS user commuites in the city of Binjai. There are 400 data from correspondent responses from the community regarding the level of satisfaction in using BPJS Health in the city of Binjai. From the results of trials with 400 data carried out with MATLAB, it was found that group 3, cluster 1, had 244 data, cluster 2 had 69 data, cluster 3 had 87 data, group 4 cluster 1 has 78 data, cluster 2 68 data, cluster 3 has 109 data, group 5 cluster 1 has 63 data, cluster 2 has 63 data, cluster 3 has 145 data, cluster 4 has 24 data, cluster 5 has 100 data.

This research aims to examine the influence of tax sanctions, tax knowledge, and transparency of financial reports on taxpayer compliance in women's cooperatives. This research is quantitative in type. The population in this study was the Mojosari District women's cooperative for the 2019-2023 period, totaling 20. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method so that 14 respondents were obtained. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google form with a measuring tool in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with the SmartPLS data testing tool using outer model and inner model measurement models. The research results show that tax sanctions, tax knowledge have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while financial report transparency has no effect on taxpayer compliance.

Pengambilan sampel menggunakan <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan 40 responden dan populasi sesuai kriteria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Van Techno Saa. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menguji kemampuan variabel independen (X) dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dengan variabel intervening (Z). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 40 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Pengalaman kerja dengan kompetensi yang berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi komunikasi meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.</span></p><p><em><span>This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and communication on labor productivity with competency as a mediating variable. Sampling used non-probability sampling with 40 respondents and a population according to the criteria. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Van Techno Saa. The analytical methods used are classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis and Sobel test. This is done by testing the ability of the independent variable (X) to provide an indirect influence on the dependent variable (Y) with the intervening variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of 40 respondents, it shows that work experience has a significant influence on productivity, communication has a significant influence on productivity, competence has a significant influence on work productivity, work experience and communication have a significant influence on competence. Work experience with competencies that function as communication mediating factors increases labor productivity.</span></em></p>
