This study aims to examine the effect of the e-system of taxation, tax incentives, taxvsanctions, and service quality on individual taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. This research was conducted on individual self-employed taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Jepara. This research is a quantitative research using primary data sources with distribution via google form link. The population in this study were all takxpayers who are independent workers who are registered at KPP Pratama Jepara. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis wich was processed in the SPSS version 24 program. The result showed that the e-system of taxation, tax incentives, tax sanctions, and service quality had a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Taxes are very important because taxes make a large contribution to state revenue.This study aims to analyze the effect of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, tax service services on taxpayer compliance. The population used in this study is the Taxpayer of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Demak Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling or samples were selected based on certain criteria. The sample that will be taken in this study is as many as 110 taxpayers in Demak Regency. Descriptive statistical tests and multiple regression tests with SPSS 22 were used to analyze the data.
This study shows that the independent variable knowledge of taxation and service tax authorities have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication of teachers and parents in shaping the character of students and the impact of interpersonal communication between teachers and parents in shaping the character of students. The type of research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation from several sources consisting of key informants, namely parents and teachers, main informants, namely students, and supporting informants, namely the head of the madrasa. Technical analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification.
The results of the study: (1) interpersonal communication between parents and teachers in shaping the character of students is fairly effective because of the implementation of effective interpersonal communication, openness, positive attitude, mutual support, and equality between teachers and parents. The interpersonal communication model is interactional through formal and non-formal communication. (2) The impact of interpersonal communication on the formation of student character, namely; (a) increase the attention and responsibility of teachers, (b) influence student attitudes and behavior, (c) build and maintain harmonious relationships.
 

Pengajaran bahasa Arab, seringkali efektif jika dilaksanakan di luar kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadikan pondok pesantren memiliki nilai tersendiri dalam membuat lingkungannya aktual untuk pembelajaran bahasa. Karena, pondok dapat mendisiplinkan santri dalam membiasakan diri berbahasa. Satu sisi yang perlu dikuatkan, adalah unsur literasi dan pendampingan bagi pengurusnya. Khususnya dalam menyusun bahan ajar, yang akan berkaitan dengan bahasa yang diajarkannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melihat sisi potensial dari ponpes al-Ishlah Paciran Lamongan Jawa Timur yang telah memiliki program bahasa, dengan berbagai kelebihan yang bisa ditingkatkan kembali. Hal inilah yang mendorong pengadaan program pengabdian, yang bekerjasama dengan sekolah tinggi sekitar pondok. Pembelajaran di pondok pesantren al-Ishlah menggunakan metode langsung. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan, yakni: 1) pembelajaran bahasa Arab di luar kelas harus didesain materinya semudah mungkin, khususnya mengenalkan terlebih dahulu hal-hal empiris di sekitar santri. 2) dalam menyusun bahan ajar, sangat perlu pendampingan hingga sesi penyampaian kosakata.

Mempertahankan kualitas sebuah brand adalah hal yang mutlak dilakukan oleh perusahaan penyedia barang/jasa. Di era konsumerisme seperti saat ini, peluncuran sebuah produk tidak dapat lagi berdiri sendiri. Sebuah brand tidak akan bertahan lama jika tidak didukung oleh produksi tontonan yang menyertainya. Dalam hal ini iklan televisi Coca-Cola menampilkan penanda yang dapat dibaca dengan perspektif semiotika sebagai berikut: Produk global tidak lagi hanya dipandang sebagai komoditas luar yang memiliki sekat, tetapi sudah menjadi bagian dari kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam masyarakat umum dengan makna dan citra yang sesuai dengan karakternya.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence student tardiness and what efforts are made by schools to minimize student tardiness. type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study: the delay in entering class was caused by two factors: first, internal factors such as the desire of students to carry out disciplinary behavior. Both external factors, such as environmental influences, friends and student activities outside school time. Efforts made to minimize delays are: coaching the homeroom teacher, handling cases of mild to severe violations by counseling teachers and the student body at school.

The purpose of this research is to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Smart Land media to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for elementary school students.The method of this research is R&D using ADDIE model, in five steps: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3)development, 4)iImplementation, 5) evaluation. The validity of product test is observed from the expert’s assessement using the material and media expert validation sheet instruments. The effectiveness of the product is observed by the one group pre-test, post-test, and the result are processed using Paired-Samples T-Test assistance with SPSS 22.0 program. The result of this research suggests Smart Land media learning to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for Elementary School students, which is evidently valid from materials and media aspect. Smart Land media is evidently practical from teacher and student evaluation, and also evidently effective based on result of pretest and posttest and Paired Samples T-test.

Bahasa Inggris diakui sebagai bahasa internasional dengan jumlah penutur terbanyak di dunia. Saat ini, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dianggap menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang seharusnya mampu dikuasai oleh semua orang, secara khusus bagi kelompok anak-anak. Menurut psikologi perkembangan, anak-anak usia sekolah pada umumnya berada di tahap periode kritis (critical period). Pada tahap ini, anak-anak mampu menyerap bahasa secara maksimal sehingga pendidikan bahasa Inggris bagi anak-anak di usia sekolah dirasa akan lebih tepat untuk dilakukan. Sayangnya, akses pendidikan bahasa Inggris di beberapa tempat masih sangat terbatas, termasuk di Dusun Ngroto. Keterbatasan akses pendidikan bahasa Inggris di Dusun Ngroto disebabkan oleh terbatasnya pengajar yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini berfokus pada pengajaran bahasa Inggris bagi anak-anak usia sekolah, yakni usia TK dan SD melalui kegiatan bimbingan belajar bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar bahasa Inggris ini juga merupakan bagian dari rangkaian kegiatan Pembelajaran Lapangan Terpadu Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Komunikasi UKSW.
