The news about the proposal of the government of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the postponement of the 2024 elections is certainly an interesting discussion. In this research, sentiment analysis will be carried out on the issue of postponing the election. In this study, a dataset obtained using the crawling technique was obtained in the amount of 1280 tweet data about the postponement of the 2024 election. Data labeling in this study uses lexicon-based techniques with Indonesian dictionaries. By applying this technique, the details of the data in the positive class are 67.7%, namely 157 opinion data, and 32.3% negative, namely 75 opinion data. The sentiment classification system's training and test data yield a 9:1 ratio when the Naïve Bayes Classifier method is applied, and word weighting using TF-IDF yields an accuracy value of 91.67%, precision of 90.91%, recall of 100%, and f1-score of 95.24%.

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan vital bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat ini, sumber listrik utama berasal dari PLN. Namun, seringkali terjadi pemadaman sehingga mengganggu aktivitas khususnya pada rumah tinggal. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengalihkan sumber listrik secara otomatis ke sumber alternatif lainnya. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) adalah solusi untuk menjaga kontinuitas aliran listrik. ATS akan mengalihkan sumber listrik dari PLN ke sumber alternatif aki yang merupakan hasil dari sistem PLTS ketika terjadi pemadaman. Teknologi ATS terus berkembang, salah satu penyempurnaannya adalah penggunaan Zelio sebagai unit kontrol. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan keandalan pasokan listrik, tim pengusul mencoba meminimalisir delay yang dibutuhkan dalam pergantian sumber listrik tersebut dengan pengaturan settingan sistem software dan meminimalisir lonjakan tegangan menggunakan Stabilizer. Dengan demikian memungkinkan waktu reaksi yang dibutuhkan dalam transfer energi menjadi lebih cepat.

This study is motivated by several previous studies that conducted motivational research related to teenagers' visits to various types of events. The aim of this research is to validate the findings of previous studies by correlating external and internal motivations in the case study of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) event held at the “Taman Budaya Jawa Timur Cak Durasim” in Surabaya from November 6 to November 8, 2024. This study uses a mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design, where the researcher will analyze quantitative data regarding the general external motivations for attending the event. The findings from this quantitative analysis will then be further explored using a qualitative method to gain insights into the internal motivations of visitors to the event. Through the t-test results, a new finding was discovered, which differs from previous studies, where external motivation does not necessarily have a direct influence on the decision to attend the event. Interviews with several attendees of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) revealed that internal motivations also significantly influenced their decision to attend the event.

The Implementation of development activities with learning water activities in schools using facilities and the infrastructure for water activities do not yet exist and have not been designed in the form of the development of assistive devices. Therefore, learning goals cannot be achieved optimally, students tend to feel bored and unmotivated in participating in learning water fitness activities. The purpose of this study is to produce effectiveness and acceptance of noodle foam modification aids for learning water activities in schools. This research is a research and development (R&D) The results of product validation in research were obtained on average 95.8% (very good), with several revisions such as the addition of foam and the replacement of a larger hook to make it stronger. The product was tested on a small scale with an average result of 94.3% (very good). The product is revised by experts and declared to be usable. The product was tested on a large scale with an average result of 96% (very good). Freestyle swimming aids can be used as a learning model for water activities in schools. Suggestions for PE teachers are expected to be able to use this tool for learning water activities in order to help students to be more active and understand and participate in learning physical education.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of unilateral executions by creditors that often harm debtors. The study examines the impact of Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 on the execution of fiduciary guarantee objects in Indonesia. This ruling reinterprets provisions in Law No. 42 of 1999 on Fiduciary Guarantees, and the research focuses on the legal uncertainties in the implementation of fiduciary guarantees, particularly regarding the rights and protection of debtors during the repossession of collateral objects by creditors. Although the Constitutional Court’s decision aims to provide a balanced protection between the rights of debtors and creditors, practical challenges in the field indicate that this balance has yet to be fully realized. Unlike previous studies that only discussed the aspects of the decision, this research offers a new perspective by examining the obstacles in the execution process, both before and after the Constitutional Court's decision, and analyzing specific case studies. This study uses a normative juridical method. The findings indicate that although the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 has provided a stronger legal foundation, legal protection for debtors has not been fully achieved. Non-compliance by financing institutions and a lack of understanding of the amended provisions are the main obstacles. Therefore, further harmonization between the Fiduciary Guarantee Law and related regulations is needed to ensure consistent and aligned implementation in fiduciary guarantee execution. Enhanced supervision mechanisms and fair law enforcement are also necessary to achieve balanced legal protection.



Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh praktik eksekusi sepihak oleh kreditur yang seringkali merugikan debitur. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 terhadap eksekusi objek jaminan fidusia di Indonesia. Putusan ini menafsirkan ulang ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada ketidakpastian hukum dalam pelaksanaan jaminan fidusia, khususnya terkait hak dan perlindungan debitur selama proses penarikan objek jaminan oleh kreditur. Meskipun Putusan MK ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keseimbangan perlindungan antara hak debitur dan kreditur, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan adanya tantangan besar, sehingga keseimbangan tersebut belum terwujud sepenuhnya. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya membahas aspek putusan, penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif baru dengan mengkaji kendala implementasi eksekusi di lapangan, baik sebelum maupun setelah Putusan MK, serta menganalisis kasus secara spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 telah memberikan landasan hukum yang lebih baik, perlindungan hukum bagi debitur belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Ketidakpatuhan lembaga pembiayaan dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap perubahan ketentuan menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan harmonisasi lebih lanjut antara Undang-Undang Jaminan Fidusia dan peraturan terkait lainnya untuk memastikan implementasi yang konsisten dan selaras dalam eksekusi jaminan fidusia.. Dalam penerapannya juga diperlukan peningkatan mekanisme pengawasan dan penegakan hukum yang adil sehingga dapat mewujudkan keseimbangan perlindungan hukum.

Kebugaran jasmani adalah kondisi yang diinginkan oleh semua manusia. Dengan memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik, seseorang bisa dilihat lebih dinamis dan penuh semangat, serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja individu. Futsal adalah olahraga tim yang mengandalkan aktivitas dan intensitas tinggi, sehingga memerlukan atlet dengan kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Pemain futsal yang ideal memiliki kondisi fisik dan kemampuan yang baik, seperti memiliki daya tahan, daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, dan kelincahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode survei memakai desain deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun dan instrument non-tes berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 siswa yang di survei, 1 siswa memiliki persentase 3,3% termasuk dalam klasifikasi “baik sekali”, 9 siswa dengan persentase 30% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “baik”, 7 siswa mempunyai persentase 23,3% tergolong klasifikasi “sedang”, 11 siswa presentase 36,7% masuk dalam klasifikasi “kurang”, 2 siswa memiliki persentase 6,7% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “kurang sekali”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani tergolong dalam kriteria “kurang”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peningkatan kebugaran jasmani sangat penting untuk mendukung prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan memotivasi mereka untuk meningkatkannya.

This research aims to implement the marketing strategy of Pempek Palembang FC (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) MSMEs through Instagram social media. Established in May 2022 in Bangka Belitung, Pempek Palembang FC offers Palembang specialty food products, namely pempek and tekwan. Despite its high market potential, this MSME faces serious challenges due to its lack of social media presence, resulting in limited marketing reach. This research used qualitative methods with interviews and observations to explore the problems and solutions faced. The results show that the creation of social media accounts, creative content development, and consistency in uploading can increase visibility and sales. Through digital marketing strategies, Pempek Palembang FC can reach a wider market, build a customer community, and increase competitiveness in the digital era.

This study aims to explore the strategies employed by teachers in addressing the needs of students with dyslexia in elementary schools. Specifically, the research seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of the approaches utilized by teachers at SD Negeri 03 Karangbangun when supporting dyslexic students. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, documentation, and data processing aligned with the research focus. To ensure data validity, triangulation techniques were employed by comparing findings from observations and interviews. Data analysis was conducted interactively. The participants involved were fourth- and fifth-grade teachers, as well as a fifth-grade student with dyslexia. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies used by teachers to support dyslexic students in elementary schools include: (1) providing individualized assistance through extended learning time focused on activities such as spelling, reading, and writing; and (2) utilizing information technology-based tools, such as Word Wall or engaging instructional videos, to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment for dyslexic students.

Competition for new student admissions in schools across Indonesia has recently become a topic of considerable interest. A school's strategy in implementing the New Student Admission Program (PPDB) is one of the key factors determining the success of its marketing efforts. In reality, inadequate PPDB strategies often prove detrimental to some schools. SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngaglik is one example of an elementary school that has successfully executed its PPDB with the right strategy. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the PPDB strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngaglik. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The study was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngaglik during the 2024 PPDB period. The research data sources include the school principal, the PPDB coordinator, three PPDB committee members, and three parents of new students. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation using interview guidelines, observation guides, and documentation checklists. The triangulation method applied includes data source triangulation reinforced by technique triangulation. The findings of this study reveal that: 1) The PPDB strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngaglik begins with the planning stage, which includes environmental analysis, collaboration planning, determining the PPDB committee, and planning for printed and digital promotions as well as funding, 2) The implementation stage involves signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with kindergartens, organizing supporting activities, and promoting the program through print and digital media, 3) Monitoring the implementation of PPDB is carried out through regular meetings to discuss achievements, challenges, and solutions, 4) Evaluation is conducted to assess the success of the PPDB, including evaluation meetings, planning for the next year's PPDB, and follow-up actions.
