Abstrak:
Digital innovation offers myriad advantages to companies but also entails risks necessitating mitigation. To safeguard against adverse impacts on both the company and its consumers, adherence to legal obligations is imperative. Privacy and security risks pose potential economic, ethical, or legal ramifications for consumers and companies alike. The duty to safeguard personal data is shared between governmental bodies and companies, with the latter assuming primary responsibility as service providers. Ethical business conduct entails the protection of user data and transparent disclosure of data usage to users. Companies also need to consider human, technological, and environmental aspects before developing new technologies. Therefore, awareness from companies is needed to fulfill their digital social responsibility. The latest regulation is Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. Personal data protection is one of the main focuses of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) or Corporate Digital Responsibility. The CDR concept is an evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility adapted to the digital era. In CDR, companies are expected to adopt practices that consider digital culture. It can be an effective strategy to integrate business and government interests in efforts to protect digital users.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of socialization of tax awareness, strictness of tax sanctions, and understanding of e-commerce tax rates on tax revenue performance through taxpayer compliance as an intervening variable. The population that is the object of this research is MSMEs who run their business through e-commerce in the Surakarta Residency, with a sample of 97 respondents. The data collection method in this research use a questionnaire with certain criteria (purposive sampling). The data analysis technique used to test direct and indirect effects uses path analysis with SPSS 26 software. The research results show that the socialization of tax awareness and the strictness of tax sanctions directly have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while understanding tax rates directly does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Then, socializing tax awareness and strictness of tax sanctions directly has a significant effect on tax revenue performance, but understanding tax rates directly does not have a significant effect on tax revenue performance. Taxpayer compliance is unable to mediate the influence of the relationship between socialization of tax awareness, strictness of tax sanctions, and understanding of tax rates on tax revenue performance in the Surakarta Residency

Abstrak:
SIDJIE is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in food and beverage, especially coffee drinks. This place provides various types of food and drinks. On this occasion, through community service activities carried out to help MSMEs through several programs offered and have been compiled and discussed with interested parties. Starting from debriefing and assistance in preparing financial reports and digitizing promotions was chosen as an effort to help develop these MSMEs. After this activity, it is hoped that SIDJIE will find it easier to see the financial condition of its business so that in the future it can be even better at managing its business finances. Furthermore, with the marketing digitalization program, it is hoped that it will be able to increase public knowledge of this coffee shop business and indirectly increase SIDJIE's sales.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of business capital, business location, and business location on the income of Boyolali market traders. The population at this start is a merchant in the Sunggingan Market of Boyolali district. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents, taken with the Slovin formula. The variables used include enterprise capital (X1), enterprise duration (X2), enterprise location (X3), and income (Y). The data analysis used in this study uses descriptive analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, with hypothesis testing using double linear regression analysis, the F test, the t test, and the determination coefficient. The results show that partially the variable that affects the trader's income is the location of the business (X3), with a t test result of 2,779 > t table of 1,98498. Whereas the business capital (X1) and the duration of the enterprise (X2) have no significant influence on the traders' income, with the result of the capital test count of the company (X1) |-1,176 | < t table 1.98498, as well as the results of the long-term enterprise test of 1,160 < t table 1.98498.

Abstrak:
This research aims to examine the influence of creativity, motivation and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of Karang Taruna members in Dukuh Bancakan, Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. Using a saturated sampling technique, this research involved 79 members as respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire which included the variables creativity, motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial interest, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that motivation has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, while creativity and family environment do not show a significant influence. These results indicate that motivation is a key factor in encouraging entrepreneurial interest among Karang Taruna members. Therefore, entrepreneurship programs should focus more on developing motivation to increase youth participation in entrepreneurship.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the mediation of purchase interest on the influence of price and on purchasing decisions at Sate Kambing Muda Mas HJT Surakarta. This study uses a primary data collection method, namely by distributing questionnaires where the population in this study were customers of Sate Kambing Muda Mas HJT. Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling technique or happened to meet respondents with a sample of 100. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and used the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, purchasing interest is able to mediate the effect of price on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on the quality of profits in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this research is the annual financial reports of construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2018-2022, totaling 22 companies. The sample in this research used purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of this research show that in the partial test, profitability has a negative and significance effect on earnings quality. Leverage has a negative and significance effect on earnings quality and liquidity has a negative and significance effect on earnings quality.

The article is the result of research aimed at describing and analyzing the relationship between Henna Dance and the Social Status of the User Community and the Role of Inai Dance in Current Berinai Night Activities. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing equipment and a camera. The data in this research uses primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Henna Dance functions to protect the bride and groom from disturbances originating from humans and other creatures and as a blessing for the bride and groom who will live a new life. Apart from that, the Henna Dance or Berinai Night is called a night to introduce the groom to the entire extended family of the bride. However, currently the Inai Dance or Malam Berinai is rarely performed by the people of Nipah Panjang District, especially the Malay ethnic community in Nipah Panjang District. This is because the Henai Dance or Berinai Night event can only be performed by people whose economic class is relatively good. So currently it is very rare for researchers to see the Inai Dance or Malam Berinai culture in Nipah Panjang District.

Advances in information technology have become a major influence on society in meeting needs, quality and convenience. One example of technological progress is online sales. E-commerce or online shops can make it easier for people to shop with time efficiency, accuracy and quality and can make it easier for the shop to sell because it can promote the products it sells more widely and get maximum profits. This research focuses on designing the UI/UX for cosmetic sales at beauty cosmetic stores. Researchers found problems in beauty cosmetic stores in that store management was still manual, only using social media as promotion without an online sales platform so that the income obtained from sales was not optimal. The method used in designing the UI/UX for selling cosmetics at this beauty cosmetic shop is using the prototype method. The results of this research are the UI/UX design for selling cosmetics at beauty cosmetic shops which can make it easier for beauty cosmetic shops to market their products. It is hoped that this learning media can increase people's interest in shopping at beauty cosmetic stores.

Background : The problem found at the Sayang Bunda Makassar General Hospital was a decrease in patients after the end of COVID-19 in 2023, there were visit data of 147 patients in January – July. Objective : The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Public Relations in increasing the existence of the hospital. Method : This type of research used qualitative research methods. Methods collected documentation data and in-depth interviews to Result : The research results obtained at the general hospital unfortunately have not been fulfilled in terms of social activities which were only held in 2020, as for the results of observations of social activities and published on social media, this provides satisfaction that the service at the general hospital unfortunately has not collaborated with BPJS insurance, as for communication through media, it has not been fulfilled so that the internet is widely used, social media such as Instagram, as well as the educational dimension when carrying out activities. such as handling mass circumcisions or providing direct health services. Suggestion : The hospital needs to improve marketing management by digitalizing marketing, promoting health through electronic media as well as re-organizing social activities, improving facilities and infrastructure as well as access to payment via card (JKN-KIS) at Sayang Bunda General Hospital.
