This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk uses the CAMEL method. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The data collection technique used in this study is a documentation technique. The source of the data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that the final value of CAMEL, which consists of capital, assets, management, earning, and liquidity in each period by multiplying the credit value of each ratio with the CAMEL weight that has been set by Bank Indonesia, is in the range of 81-100. Thus, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the CAMEL method during the 2019-2023 period is in a healthy predicate.

The establishment of a waste bank program in Sabatan Hamlet, Ringinanom Village, Magelang Regency, is one of the solutions to address the increasing household waste problem. This program was carried out through the Community Service Program (KKN) of Tidar University from January to February 2025, with the aim of raising public awareness about the importance of environmentally friendly waste management. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including open interviews, field surveys, and focus group discussions (FGD). The program implementation was conducted in four main stages: preparation, socialization, execution, and assistance. During the execution phase, the "UD Sregep" waste bank was successfully established, focusing on the management of paper, plastic bottles, and cans. Additionally, the program successfully integrated inorganic waste management with Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot cultivation for organic waste, creating a sustainable waste management system that holds economic value for the community. The program received positive support from various stakeholders, including the community, village government, and other parties, demonstrating its success in improving the welfare of the community through waste utilization.

This research aims to identify students with special needs (PDBK) with emotional barriers (tunalaras) in elementary schools. Tunalas is a disorder in managing emotions and behavior that has an impact on students' social interactions and learning processes. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that of the 846 students, 11 students (1.30%) were identified as experiencing emotional obstacles. The main characteristics of students with hearing impairments include difficulties in controlling emotions, a tendency to act aggressively, and difficulties in building social relationships. Therefore, a more adaptive and emotional support-based learning approach is needed to help them participate more effectively in inclusive education. By understanding the characteristics of students with disabilities, schools can develop more appropriate learning strategies to improve their academic and social development.
 

Students are a group of groups in society who have the opportunity to get higher education with the main task of carrying out educational activities, but students often feel difficulties in academic matters, such as piling up coursework, group work that does not go well, exams that are considered difficult, and final assignments that are not completed, thus affecting students' psychological well-being. Therefore, students can regulate emotions to improve psychological well-being. This study was conducted with the aim of measuring the effect of emotion regulation on psychological well-being in students. The subjects used were 165 UNP students majoring in psychology class of 2021. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using simple regression analysis. The results showed a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is an effect of emotion regulation on psychological well-being in UNP psychology students class of 2021.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. However, many MSME players in Sabatan Hamlet, Ringinanom Village, Magelang Regency, do not have business legality, strong branding, and effective digital marketing strategies. This mentoring program aims to assist MSME players in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB), improving branding identity, and utilizing Google Maps as a means of business digitization. The methods used include observation, interviews, mentoring, and evaluation of six MSMEs in Sabatan Hamlet. The results of this program show that the assisted MSMEs have successfully obtained business legality in the form of NIB, have a more professional business logo and banner, and are registered on Google Maps, which increases the visibility of their business. The evaluation of this program also showed a positive response from MSME players, who felt the real impact of the assistance in the aspects of legality, branding, and digital marketing. With this program, it is expected that MSMEs in Sabatan Hamlet can develop more rapidly, increase competitiveness, and contribute more to the local economy. Similar programs in the future need to be expanded so that more MSMEs can benefit, with additional training related to digital marketing strategies and business management.

This study aims to increase students' interest in reading using local wisdom-based comic media, in class III Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhajirin Jambi City. Students' reading interest is still relatively low in Natural and Social Sciences subjects, totaling 26 people. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model consisting of 2 cycles. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' interest in reading by using comic media based on local wisdom with the percentage of the average value of students' interest in reading in the pre-cycle 33.13%, cycle I 67.45%, and cycle II 92.01% with a very high student interest category, and the percentage of student success in the pre-cycle 11%, cycle 1 61.53%, and cycle II 100% with a very high student interest category. As well as an increase in teacher and student activities in cycle 1 60% and cycle II 87.2%.

Gorciuk is an MSME that produces Cireng Chips with tapioca as the raw material. One of the local ingredients that is gluten-free and the seasoning is without MSG. This product was initially only intended and served for children with disabilities who had to reduce Gluten and without MSG which is one of the addictive ingredients and is not recommended for excessive consumption. Now foods with low Gluten content and without MSG are also quite sought after because many consumers are starting to pay attention to healthy food. With the high interest of consumers in the market, Gorciuk has begun to expand the types of products produced. Currently, Gorciuk markets its products with 2 flavor choices, namely pecel seasoning and salted cheese. However, the high interest of consumers is still not balanced with a representative packaging design, therefore Gorciuk currently needs to redesign the Product Packaging that they sell in order to increase Brand Awareness. The current condition is that Gorciuk markets its products only with simple packaging in the form of ordinary plastic that is not attractive and does not characterize their own typical cireng chips. This obstacle is the reason for the PKM team in implementing the Packaging Design grant using the DKV principle at Gorciuk. The Community Service Team consisting of three lecturers and students will design and apply the principles of DKV to Gorciuk.

Kegiatan workshop pengabdian masyarakat yang bertajuk “Workshop Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Prediksi Penjualan Bahan Bangunan pada UD Berkat Jaya Kecamatan Talawi” dilatarbelakangi karna belum adanya sistem komputerisasi dalam penentuan stok barang yang kemudian berhasil dikerjakan dan tentu belum mengerti cara penggunaan aplikasinya maka kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan fitur-fitur aplikasi Prediksi Penjualan Bahan Bangunan. Dengan workshop ini, pemilik dan admin UD Berkat Jaya Kecamatan Talawi dapat memahami cara memprediksi stok barang secara objektif, sehingga memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penjelasan deskriptif dan praktik langsung. Pemateri memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur dalam Sistem Informasi Prediksi Penjualan Bahan Bangunan dengan praktik langsung, sehingga pemilik dan admin dapat lebih memahami materi dan konsep yang disampaikan. Luaran yang menjadi target dalam pengabdian ini adalah publikasi artikel pada jurnal nasional belum terakreditasi.

This training aims to enhance the skills of students at SMA Budi Agung Medan in journalistic writing and becoming skilled news presenters. The method employed includes a participatory approach through intensive training, group discussions, and hands-on practice. The program provides an in-depth understanding of journalistic writing techniques, mastery of news language, as well as confidence and techniques for on-camera presentations. The training results show a significant improvement in participants' abilities, both in writing news articles according to journalistic standards and delivering news professionally. This training has a positive impact on students' communication skills while preparing them to face the challenges of the mass media industry.

This study investigates the role of price and promotion on the purchase intention of the book "Becoming a Characterful Human." The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Fifteen potential buyers were interviewed using semi-structured interviews to gather data on their perceptions of the book's price, the effectiveness of the promotion strategies used, and the factors influencing their purchasing decisions. The results showed that while the promotion strategies were effective in raising awareness and generating interest, the relatively high price of the book posed a significant barrier to purchase. The study concluded that the publisher needs to consider adjusting the price, offering more attractive sales packages, or strengthening promotion strategies to highlight the book's value and reduce price barriers for consumers. By balancing effective promotion strategies with a more competitive price, the publisher can maximize the book's sales potential
