An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. The purpose of this study is to determine the manufacturing industry strategy in accelerating economic growth in Indonesia. The Indonesian manufacturing industry has become a significant contributor to the country's economy, contributing more than 20% of GDP from 2005 to 2014. This contribution increased by 27.4% from 2005 to 2014, and 19% in 2018. This industry is the subject of research, especially in the Indonesian region, because the priority of this sector is high. The two main indicators of productivity are Total Factor Productivity (TFP) and Efficiency (EFI), which can be used as a reference for Indonesian manufacturing performance. To address consumer demand and meet unmet needs, companies must understand market potential and focus on market needs in product development. Focusing on the market will improve its performance, and the success of the company depends not only on product quality but also on marketing strategies and new innovations. The two most important components that contribute to economic growth through innovation are innovation and management that is oriented towards innovation and action to solve problems.

Obesity in children and adolescents is a global health problem, with increasing prevalence in low- and middle-income countries and consistently high obesity rates in high-income countries. Obesity, characterized by excessive lipid accumulation, is primarily caused by an energy imbalance resulting from high caloric intake and inadequate expenditure. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology, involving 167 participants for obesity screening. The results of measuring Body Mass Index and waist circumference showed that 14 (8.39%) people were obese level II, 22 (13.18%) people were obese level I, 13 (7.79%) people were overweight, and 53 ( 31.74%) people have a risk of central obesity. Early detection through routine anthropometric assessments allows timely intervention, including lifestyle modifications to prevent obesity and related comorbidities, thereby improving overall health outcomes.

The existence of fostering the Faithful Hati Terate Brotherhood, Bungo Nic.067 Branch as a forum for fostering and organizing athlete training to achieve achievements. . This study aims to evaluate which includes Context, Input, Process, Product from the Faithful Hati Terate Brotherhood Pencak Silat Development program, Bungo Nic.067 Branch. This program evaluation research uses the CIIP model (context, input, process, product). The subjects of this study include administrators, coaches, athletes. Data collection techniques through 3 ways, namely by 1) interviews, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. The data source studied was the development of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood, Bungo Nic.067 Branch. The analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Context, the context coaching program is very clear, has a good background and vision and mission of coaching as a forum for fostering pencak silat and creating athletes who can excel at the national level. 2) Input coaching program, recruiting coaches and athletes in good category based on criteria. The infrastructure is quite good, funding for development comes from the ratification fund for new PSHT residents, Bungo Nic.067 branch. 3) The coaching process, the training process is still not good, the training is not in accordance with the program that the management wants because there is no written training program. 4) Product, the results of PSHT athletes from the Bungo Nic.067 Branch are in the good category because there is an increase in achievement even though they have not reached the set targets.

This research aims to determine the effect of the number of workers working in large and medium industries and the number of large and medium industries on the rate of economic growth (GRDP) in Sidoarjo Regency. The type and source of data used is a quantitative approach with secondary time series data for the 2011-2021 period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the following results were obtained: the adjusted R2 value was 0.947 or 94.7%, and also the F-count had a value of 89.776 > F-table 4.103 and a significance value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the t-count (X1) of 1.608 is smaller than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.147 is obtained which is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (0.147 > 0.05). Meanwhile, the t-count of 12.946 is greater than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.000 is obtained, which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05.

Sport is a medium for people to gather and has become a new necessity in life. One of the most popular sports that many compete in is athletics. VO2Max is one of the supporting achievements of athletes, especially branch athletes who require good physical condition. Based on information from the management of the Indonesian Athletics Association in the city of Lubuklinggau, athlete performance tends to decline from the 2019 Provincial Sports Week in Prabumulih City where athletes running the 1,500m middle distance did not achieve good results. , athletes were only able to finish in 10th and 13th place. In the research used, this was experimental research using a one group pretest posttest design, where this research method was used to look for cause and effect or the influence of one variable on another variable. The population of this study were all 10 athletic athletes from the city of Lubuklinggau. The sampling technique was random sampling. This research involved 10 athletic athletes from the city of Lubuklinggau with 16 treatments in the form of interval training exercises, giving results where the average VO2Max before was 42.15 which changed to 44.12 after being given interval training treatment. Meanwhile, the results of scientific tests through the paired sample t test show that there is an influence of interval training on the VO2Max results of Lubuk Linggau City athletic athletes because the tcount is (5.625 - 1.833). Based on the findings of the research results above, this research can be concluded that the average VO2Max before was 42.15 which changed to 44.12 after being given interval training treatment. The results of statistical tests using the paired sample t test show that there is an influence of interval training on the VO2Max results of Lubuk Linggau City athletic athletes.

This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment on Poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023, either partially or simultaneously. The research approach is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data on Economic Growth, Inflation, Unemployment and Poverty in Indonesia for 2014-2023. Data collection techniques with documentation, data collection tools are in the form of documentation obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). To process the data, use EVIEWS 10. The results of this research show that Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment partially have a positive influence on Poverty in Indonesia. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia. Inflation has an insignificant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ? = 0.05. Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ? = 0.05. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment together have a positive effect on Poverty in Indonesia using a confidence level of 95% or with alpha (?) = 0.05.
 

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Transjakarta users towards the Instagram account @infotije in terms of meeting their information needs. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Instagram account @infotije is effective in enhancing users' knowledge about Transjakarta services, which include routes, schedules, service changes, and special facilities. This study also evaluates the approach to users' information needs, which are current, daily, in-depth, and concise. It was found that the @infotije account successfully meets the need for up-to-date and relevant information, although there is room for improvement in interaction and response to user questions. Overall, the Instagram account @infotije plays an important role in the information ecosystem of Transjakarta users, helping them plan their journeys more efficiently and increasing their trust in Transjakarta services.

The current global era is pushing countries in the world, including Indonesia, towards international trade. Financing for international trade activities carried out by Indonesia comes from foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves are assets owned or saved in the form of foreign currency for foreign financing sources. This research aims to determine the influence of oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data that researchers used in this research was secondary data for 10 years, starting from 2014 to 2023, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses quantitative methods and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 program. The results of the analysis show that oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports together or simultaneously have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Individually or partially, oil and gas exports have a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports partially have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan Islam terhadap Gacha dalam permainan mobile legends, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek hukum, etika, dan sosial.metode analisis kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis pandangan ulama serta literatur Islam terkait dengan perjudian dan praktik serupa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ulama menganggap Gacha sebagai bentuk perjudian yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Kesimpulannya,yaitu bahwa dalam  pandangan Islam terhadap Gacha mungkin bervariasi, penting bagi pemain Muslim untuk mempertimbangkan dampak moral dan etis dari partisipasi dalam praktik semacam itu, sambil mengacu pada pedoman agama dan nilai-nilai yang dianutnya.
