This article aims to describe the implementation of flipbook media in teaching short story writing in class XI SMA Negeri 16 Semarang. The problem in this study is that there is no use of instructional media to construct short story texts in class XI students. Therefore, researchers try to apply flipbook media, especially in learning to compose short story texts. The article that the researcher wrote is a conceptual article. Conceptual article contains ideas In this article data is obtained by direct observation in class. While writing this article is done by identifying and seeking information from relevant data, analyzing the results, then developing and conveying ideas based on the researcher's understanding. Learning outcomes are expected to be more optimal with the use of learning media that is not boring for students. The solution that can be used with these problems is the use of flipbook media. The use of flipbook learning media is expected to be able to overcome the difficulties experienced by students in learning to write short story texts and students are not easily bored in participating in learning.
 

Considering the abundance of underutilized local feed materials, particularly large amounts of agricultural waste that have yet to be optimized as a feed source, the production of feed snacks is expected to provide a solution for utilizing this waste. By adding local ingredients such as moringa leaves, which have highly potential nutritional content, the development of these feed snacks is further enhanced. Moringa leaves are a valuable commodity in terms of both their nutritional content and benefits when added to feed formulations, serving to complement the standardized nutrient requirements. Through a technological processing involving silage/fermentation and to facilitate application and increase storage life, the product is formed into snacks. Addressing the ongoing complaints of farmers regarding the need for feed with high protein content at an economical price, the BERAKAL livestock snack emerges as a solution to meet this demand. With an affordable price, it is expected to fulfill the needs of farmers who face a shortage of quality feed compared to commercial concentrates which are relatively more expensive. The methods of socialization and technical guidance typically involve several stages and strategies to enhance the competence and awareness of the community, such as initial socialization, training and technical guidance, and general technical guidance. BERAKAL livestock snacks can increase livestock productivity, leading to increased production of meat, milk, and eggs, and improving the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products. BERAKAL livestock snacks can enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products in the global market. The BERAKAL livestock snack program has the potential to provide significant benefits to universities in terms of implementing MBKM and achieving IKU. Some of these benefits include increasing collaboration with industry partners and the community. This program will involve industry partners and the community in the development and marketing of BERAKAL livestock snacks. This collaboration can enhance the university's reputation as a reliable partner in developing products and services that benefit the community.

This research aims to find out the relationship of perception and self-motivation to the interest of students of Physical Education Health and Recreation to become teachers of Physics Education Sports and Health. This research uses a method of quantitative approach through causality relationships. The subjects used in this study are students from the Department of Jasmanian Education Health and Recreation State University of the 2020 Army. The sample determination was selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sample approach, and the number was calculated using the Slovenian formula to total 131 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the relationship between the perception variable and the interest variable was 0.046 while the relationship of the self-motivation variable with the interest Variable was 0.860. From these values, claim that perception variables and self-motivation variables have a relationship with interest variables positively. The results of the Test of the determination coefficient of perception variables and self-motivation variables to student interest variables have a relationship of 85.1%. This it can be concluded that the self-motivation variable has a major role in the level of interest of students in Physical Education Health and Recreation to become teachers of Physical education Sports and Health.

Akreditasi adalah pengakuan atas mutu pelayanarumah sakit setelah rumah sakit dinilai sesuai dengan standar akreditasi. Standar akreditasi merupakan pedoman yang memuat tingkat pencapaian yang harus dipenuhi rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan riview berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedas Hasta Husada sudah sesuai standar manajemen (MRMIK 8.4). Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  penelitian deskriptif  dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Hasta Husada Kepanjen. . Populasi pada penelitian ini diambil dari berkas rekam medis rawat inap pada bulan Maret 2024 dan didapatkan sebanyak 83 sampel yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 490. Hasil penelitian ketidaktepatan waktu pengembalian terdapat 37,3%, pada riview ketidaklengkapan penulisan identitas yaitu: 14,5% terdapat 12 BRM pada formulir Assesment Awal Medis, Assesment Awal Keperawatan 10,8% terdapat 9 BRM, CPPT 15,6% terdapat 13 BRM, Ringkasan Pulang Pasien 1,2% terdapat 1 BRM, yang mencapai lengkap terdapat 1 formulir yaitu General Consent mencapai 100%. Pada riview pengisian tanggal dan waktu yaitu : Assesment Awal Medis 24% terdapat 20 BRM, Assesment Awal Keperawatan 12% terdapat 10 BRM, Ringkasan Pulang Pasien 17% terdapat 14 BRM, yang mencapai lengkap terdapat 1 formulir yaitu  CPPT mencapai 100% dan Pada riview ketepatan penulisan rekam medis yaitu : Assesmen Awal Medis 6,02% terdapat 5 BRM, Assesmen Awal Keperawatan 10,8% terdapat 9 BRM, CPPT 7,2% terdapat 6 BRM, Ringkasan Pulang Pasien 2,4% terdapat 2 BRM, yang mencapai lengkap terdapat 1 formulir yaitu General Consent mencapai 100%.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan masih terjadi presentasi tertinggi yaitu ketidaktepatan waktu pengembalian sebesar 37,3%, ketidaklengkapan penulisan identitas pada formulir sebesar 15,5%, ketidaklengkapan pengisian tanggal dan waktu penulisan pada formulir sebesar 15,6%, ketidaktepaatan koreksi penulisan rekam medis pada formulir sebesar 10,8%

The purpose of this study is to see how the understanding of financial planning, financial management, and the implementation of PSAK 109 impact the way zakat organizations in Madiun Karesidenan report their finances. This research is quantitative and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the implementation of PSAK 109 does not affect the financial reporting of zakat organizations; instead, the understanding of financial planners and financial managers improves financial reporting. This shows that financial planners and financial managers still do a poor job in understanding and implementing Islamic financial accounting standards (PSAK 109). This study suggests that financial planners and financial managers should be trained and educated about PSAK 109. In addition, zakat organizations should be trained and assisted in the implementation of PSAK 109 to obtain accountable financial statements

The phenomenon of drug abuse is increasingly rampant in Indonesia, which sadly is classified as the younger generation. In fact, the demographic bonus in the young age group should have a positive impact on the progress of the nation. However, the reality is the opposite, where the younger generation is increasingly abusing drugs. This study aims to explore more deeply related to drug abuse in the review of positive law and Islamic law. Related to the method used is normative juridical with qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are similarities and also differences between positive law and Islamic law, but in general there are many similarities between the two. This study has legal implications that the increasingly rampant drug abuse in Indonesia must be overcome by providing awareness from an early age, providing commendable character education, and also limiting everything that can trigger drug abuse.

One of the main problems faced in the management of cooperatives in Indonesia today is the level of competence of human resources within the cooperative, and the level of financial competence in the sustainability of cooperatives is one of the few parts of human resource competence in cooperative development that needs to be considered. Theoretical and practical understanding of cooperative managers regarding the recording and reporting of cooperative finances in accordance with accounting standards is carried out in this community service. The method used is called Participatory Action Research, and involves eight steps. Feedback from the community shows that after a period of intensive outreach by the community outreach team, KPRI Rukun Kendal can conduct consultations and business exchanges in accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Exchange Standards. The assistance provided by the community service team to the KPRI Rukun Kendal cooperative managers is ongoing. Although community service activities have been completed, the evaluation and follow-up of the evaluation results

Good discipline is a form of action to obey and do something in accordance with values ??and rules that are believed to be a responsibility, not only companies/government agencies must show good work discipline. Civil servants and non-permanent employees in government agencies are management tools used to improve the quality of decision making and accountability in order to assess the success or failure of implementing activities in accordance with predetermined goals in order to realize the vision and mission of a government agency. In conducting research, the author used a comparative method (comparison). Meanwhile, this method is to help analyze data and facts obtained from respondents, using quantitative analysis methods with statistical formulas. The results of this research show that there is a significant comparison between the work discipline of civil servants and non-permanent employees with a score difference of 1.2. So it can be interpreted that civil servants have greater work discipline than non-permanent employees, even though the results of the questionnaire distribution are both very good.

The role of the younger generation in improving quality in the agricultural sector has a very crucial role. However, nowadays soil fertility in Indonesia is decreasing day by day as agricultural land use becomes more intensive. So that young people's insight regarding environmentally friendly cultivation techniques through organic farming needs to be added and strengthened to create progress in the fields of agriculture and food security. The aim of this service activity is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding of organic farming through counseling and creating demonstration plots for organic vegetable cultivation using vegetable pesticides and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to increase agricultural products and stabilize the economy of the surrounding community. The activity method is carried out through counseling, socialization and direct practice through making demonstration plots. Counseling about organic farming and its impact on the environment. The demonstration plot focused on the correct working methods and techniques in organic farming through the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and vegetable pesticides. Following this community service activity program, it shows that the knowledge and skills of the younger generation of farmers have increased regarding organic vegetable cultivation and the impact of organic farming on the environment.

This research aims to determine the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village, Tebo Regency from the perspective of sharia financial management. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is data obtained and expressed in the form of words and images, so that it can be described to provide clarity. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability stages. In the review of sharia management regarding the management of village funds, it is clear that the management still does not implement the sharia system, the system used still tends to be conventional, but judging from the nature and values ??of honesty, trust and fair sharia in its management, village officials have implemented it in managing village finances.
