Abstrak:
The role of school principals holds crucial significance in enhancing educational quality of education, especially through strengthening and empowering the professionalism of educators. This article discusses the diverse aspects of principal leadership and its effect on teacher performance within the school setting. The principal not only functions as an administrative manager, but also acts as an educator, innovator, as well as a motivator who can guide teachers in realizing educational goals. In their capacity as leaders, school principals have the responsibility to create a positive work culture, provide professional support, and formulate policies and strategies to improve teacher competence. Various efforts to develop teacher professionalism, such as training, certification programs, and advanced studies, are key for improving the quality of teaching in schools. The article also identifies the role of school principals in managing changes and challenges in the world of education, as well as the importance of support from various parties to create an environment that supports teacher development. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership of school principals is able to improve teacher performance, which is further a determinant factor in the success of the education system as a whole.

Abstrak:
This research explores the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in managing personal finances, and the use of fintech payments on the personal financial management of Sharia Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding regarding personal financial management, which has the potential to affect their readiness to face financial challenges in the future. Through good financial literacy and self-confidence in managing finances, students are expected to be able to manage their finances more wisely. On the other hand, the use of fintech payments is also thought to have an influence on students' financial management behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and purposive sampling techniques, involving 86 students from the class of 2020-2022. Data was collected via questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS-26. The research results show that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and payment fintech together have a positive and significant influence on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant influence, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, and payment fintech also has an influence positive and significant on students' personal financial management.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) bagi siswa SMP, SMA, dan SMK dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran Academy Figma dalam meningkatkan kompetensi desain siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi riset pasar dan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip dasar desain UI/UX serta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Figma. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Academy Figma berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan formal dan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif pendidikan lainnya dalam bidang desain digital.

Abstrak:
Reader response theory offers a dynamic approach to understanding literary interpretation, shifting focus from text-centered analysis to reader engagement. This study investigates reader responses to Diana Wynne Jones's "Howl's Moving Castle" through an analysis of reviews on Goodreads, utilizing Beach's framework of reader-response theory. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the research collected 60 reader comments, systematically sampling one review per month over the past year. The analysis categorized responses across five dimensions: textual, experiential, psychological, social, and cultural, revealing that experiential responses (33.33%) and textual responses (27.08%) predominated. Additionally, the study examined reader engagement across cognitive (50%), emotional (36.4%), and behavioral (13.6%) dimensions. Findings demonstrate how online reading communities like Goodreads transform literary interpretation from a solitary to a collaborative experience, highlighting the complex ways readers interact with literary texts. By exploring the nuanced responses to "Howl's Moving Castle," this research contributes to our understanding of contemporary reading practices, critical thinking literacy, and the evolving landscape of digital literary engagement.

Abstrak:
Instructional media plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. This article examines the importance of using appropriate instructional media for elementary school students to support a more effective, interactive, and enjoyable learning process. The use of media such as visuals, audio, and multimedia can help students understand abstract and complex concepts, while also boosting their motivation and participation in learning. Instructional media can also accommodate various learning styles, which accelerates understanding and enhances retention of the material. Additionally, this article explores the most effective types of media for use in elementary schools, as well as the challenges that may arise during its implementation in educational settings. Research indicates that integrating the right instructional media can create a more dynamic learning environment and support students' cognitive development. This study was implemented at SDN 1 Kamal Bangkalan. The goal of the research is to make the teaching and learning process more engaging, enhance learning effectiveness, and support diverse learning styles.

Abstrak:
This study highlights the importance of implementing human relations principles in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

The development of the internet and technology has changed the marketing system, providing opportunities for business people to market their products through online media in promoting their products. Technological advances have created new forms of interaction and socialization, one of which is the innovation of communication technology in the form of social media. One of the most popular and trending social media today is Instagram. The use of Instagram is currently a form of online business communication strategy and Heelsaddict with the @Heelsaddict account, uses Instagram to run a business bag through the process of sending photos and sharing them widely. Heelsaddict is an online shop that sells and provides various collections of local bag products. This study aims to determine how much influence the social media account Instagram @heelsaddict has as an online business media on consumer buying interest. The concept used in this study is Instagram social media and consumer purchasing interest using the AIDA model. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method approach, using Taro Yamane to obtain a sample of 100 respondents, Non Probability Sampling sampling technique, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires via googleform. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of social media on buying interest with a strong level of influence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pembelajaran olahraga terhadap kesehatan mental dan fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Sumber-sumber pada artikel ini mencakup basis data akademik seperti Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, jurnal online, buku, dan publikasi lainnya yang mendukung kajian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran olahraga juga memengaruhi kesehatan fisik siswa. Anak-anak dapat memperbaiki koordinasi motorik dan kekuatan otot mereka dengan berolahraga, seperti lari, bermain bola, atau senam. Olahraga meningkatkan metabolisme dan menjaga berat badan yang sehat, yang mencegah obesitas dan penyakit jantung. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran olahraga memiliki efek positif pada kesehatan mental dan fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan meningkatkan kebugaran fisik mereka melalui aktivitas olahraga, siswa tidak hanya memperoleh manfaat kesehatan jangka pendek tetapi juga membangun dasar untuk kesejahteraan jangka panjang.

Abstrak:
Digital management training has become the main need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digitalization. In Bengkulu, many MSMEs face challenges in adopting technology to improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and increase competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital management training on increasing the management capacity of MSMEs in Bengkulu. This training includes an introduction to digital technology, online marketing strategies, application-based financial management, and customer data management. The results of the training show that the implementation of digital management has a significant positive impact on productivity, business management, and MSME revenue growth. The study also highlights the importance of ongoing support from the government and the private sector in facilitating the adoption of digital technology among MSMEs.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the influence of scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials on students' motivation and higher order thinking abilities. This research is a quantitative research using a quasi-experiment method with a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were motivational questionnaire sheets and higher order thinking ability tests. The paired sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate a significant difference in the average posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group, with a significance value of 0.000<0.005 and a mean difference of 18.06 (66.00 - 47.94) between the two groups. Additionally, the confidence interval for the difference ranged from -36.959 to -30.354. That there is a significant (real) difference between the average motivation score and higher order thinking abilities of students in the experimental class and the control class using of scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials. So with these results it can be concluded that the scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials has an effect on students' motivation and higher order thinking abilities.
