Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ialah semua karyawan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk, yaitu sebanyak 59 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan Teknik Sampel Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumen. Hasil data menunjukkan distribusi normal setelah dilakukan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov. Uji linieritas dengan hasil data berdistribusi linier. Selanjutnya, peneliti melakukan Uji Regresi Sederhana dengan hasil 0,000 < 0,05, artinya uji hipotesis diterima atau adanya pengaruh stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja pada karyawan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk mampu dikelola dengan baik sehingga kinerja karyawan tidak mengalami penurunan. Pimpinan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk sigap dalam mengatasi stres kerja yang dialami oleh karyawannya.

BPR Bank are one of the heroes in lending, especially to small people and also micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs. During this pandemic, the performance of BPR is one that needs to be highlighted and important. So in this study a comparison was made on activities before the pandemic and at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic for the financial or health performance of BPR. Meanwhile, in this study, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out. Several secondary documents were given which were analyzed in terms of LBR, BOPO and others. In this case, what is in the spotlight is the ability to pay credit which is indeed affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In an effort to survive during this pandemic, BPR is expected to be able to transform from conventional to digitalization.

This study aims to examine the relationship between R&D intensity and firm performance of the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. The sample observation used were manufacturing companies listed on Kompas 100 Index 2015 to 2017 observations.  This data used was obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik and Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples used is 65 manufacturing companies listed on Kompas 100 index. The technical analysis is linear regression, descriptive analysis and significant test. The result of this study is R&D intensity affects on the firm performance, while leverage, growth sales, and firm size as control variables. Based n t test only R&D intensity variable who have a significant effect on firm performance. The implication of this analysis we predict that R&D activities support stabilization in financial condition of the company. We welcome future studies the continue our reseacrh aboout the effect R&D activities on financial sustainability.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of making this research journal is to conduct a business assessment of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, namely evaluating and measuring the level of financial health of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with indicators of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity and profitability. The research method used is library research, namely by studying relevant data from various sources. The author uses secondary data in the form of financial statements for 2017 to 2020. The analytical model used in this research is Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, TATO, Collections Periods, ROE, ROI and Total Own Capital to Total Assets. Financial data is taken from the financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the form of Income Statement and Balance Sheet. The level of health is measured based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE No.Kep 100/MBU/2002 where PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is included in the Non-Infrastructure SOE. The results of this study indicate the indicator has decreased every year. So it can be concluded that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has Unhealthy business and financial performance with CCC predicate in 2017 to 2019 and CC predicate in 2020.

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama masyarakat Indonesia. Kondisi lingkungan di Indonesia yang hangat dengan kelembabab yang tinggi mengakibatkan penyakit DBD dapat muncul sepanjang tahun dan menyerang semua kelompok usia. Diagnosa penyakit DBD menjadi salah satu penyebab terbanyak pasien dirawat dirumah sakit yang dapat berakhir dengan kematian. Diperlukan peran serta aktif masyarakat tentang gerakan 4M sehingga pengontrolan vektor nyamuk menjadi lebih efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kesehatan tentang cuci tangan, materi terkait DBD, cara pencegahan dan pemberantasan nyamuk. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 23 pengunjung dan keluarga pasien yang dirawat di salah satu RS swasta di daerah Bekasi Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara blended yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi daring dan melakukan pertemuan diunit poliklinik dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan terlihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait penanganan dan pencegahan penularan DBD serta kemampuan peserta dalam melakukan cuci tangan dengan tepat. Selain itu, dari hasil kuesioner didapatkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pengetahuan dan pencegahan DBD sebesar 96%. Diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan perilaku dalam melakukan pencegahan penularan DBD dengan aktif melakukan 4M serta  menyebarkan informasi kepada keluarga dan komunitas.

Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi depresi yaitu dengan terapi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengurangi tingkat depresi lansia melalui terapi sosial permainan dan kerajinan tangan di Desa Kenteng dan Randoares. Metode kualitatif dilakukan pada 60 responden dengan kriteria berusia ? 60 tahun yang berada di Desa Kenteng (RT 1,2) dan Randoares (RT 1, 2, 3) Salatiga, jarak rumah lansia ke toko bahan pangan dan sembako <1 km. Kuesioner Geriatric Depression Scale menggunakan aplikasi kobotoolbox dan Device Magic pada handphone, alat pengukur kadar gula darah, tensimeter, midline, mikrotoa dan timbangan badan digital digunakan sebagai alat analisa.  Lansia di Desa Kenteng dan Randoares Salatiga berkemungkinan mengalami resiko depresi 93% dan depresi 5%. Program terapi sosial 20 kegiatan berupa permainan dan pembuatan kerajinan tangan adalah salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi resiko depresi pada lansia.

Diabetes mellitus is pancreas disorder which can't produce any insulin as needed body. Diabetes diet education and legs exercise are one of combination non pharmacology theraphy which safe for increase knowledge level and decrease blood sugar level in diabetes mellitus sufferer. This study’s aim is to determine the description of the applicaton of diabetes diet education and legs exercise toward knowledge level and blood sugar level in diabetes mellitus sufferer trough a family nursing care approach. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. Subject used a number of 2 people with criteria age 40-75 years old, can verbal communication, don't have any physical disorder, and GDS is between 160-240 mg/dL. Knowledge level and GDS measurement using questionnaire sheet and glukometer. Diabetes diet education for 1 day and legs exercise intervention for 3 consecutived days. The results of data analysis showed that subject I experienced a increase in knowledge level score from 12 (enough) to 18 (good) and decrease in blood sugar level from 208 mg/dL (high) to 191 mg/dL (high), subject II experienced a increase in knowledge level score from 9 (less) to 16 (good) and decrease in blood sugar level from 182 mg/dL (high) to 169 mg/dL (high). The result of this case study concluded that there were increase of knowledge level and decrease of blood sugar level in diabetes sufferer. Diabetes diet education and legs exercise are reccomended as nursing intervention in diabetes management because they are able to increase knowledge level and decrease blood sugar level significantly and easily applied.
