Abstrak:
Sistem kerja dalam perusahaan mengalami perubahan ketika munculnya pandemic Covid-19. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan beberapa perusahaan mengambil sikap untuk menerapkan work from home atau bekerja dari rumah. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan beberapa sistem juga mengalami perubahan. Suatu perusahaan teknologi informasi di kota Yogyakarta menerapkan sistem WFH dalam perusahaannya dan memiliki 3 fokus untuk meningkatkan kinerja diantaranya adalah e-learning,e-leadership dan work life balance. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif berupa wawacara serta penyebaran kuesioner atau survey. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga aspek e-learning, e-leadership dan juga work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Dengan hasil tersebut maka perusahaan IT tersebut harus meningkatkan kualitas program-program yang berkaitan dengan ketiga aspek tersebut.

Abstrak:
<pre><em>This research aims to offer new insights on the influence of safety leadership and safety climate on safety performance with safety behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all top and middle management workers of tanker crew management companies in the Central Java and Yogyakarta areas, totaling 44 respondents using the census method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis (part analysis). The results showed that safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety performance, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety performance and safety behavior could mediate the behavioral relationship safety to safety performance.</em><em></em></pre><p>Penelilitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan keselamatan dan iklim keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi riset ini ialah seluruh pekerja <em>top</em> dan <em>middle management</em> perusahaan pengelola awak mobil tangki area Jawa Tengah dan daerah Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 44 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (<em>part analysis</em>). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan<em>, </em>iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan<em>, </em>kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan, iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan dapat memediasi hubungan perilaku keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan.</p><pre><em><br /></em></pre>

Abstrak:
The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ialah semua karyawan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk, yaitu sebanyak 59 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan Teknik Sampel Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumen. Hasil data menunjukkan distribusi normal setelah dilakukan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov. Uji linieritas dengan hasil data berdistribusi linier. Selanjutnya, peneliti melakukan Uji Regresi Sederhana dengan hasil 0,000 < 0,05, artinya uji hipotesis diterima atau adanya pengaruh stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja pada karyawan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk mampu dikelola dengan baik sehingga kinerja karyawan tidak mengalami penurunan. Pimpinan di PT Bank BTPN Tbk Divisi Direktorat Credit Risk sigap dalam mengatasi stres kerja yang dialami oleh karyawannya.

Abstrak:
Community empowerment is a very important service activity and must be carried out in an effort to free the community from various adversity, backwardness and backwardness. One of the villages that is considered necessary for community empowerment activities to be carried out is the village of Tamberu Alet Batustar, Batumarmar, Pamekasan. BPR Bank are one of the heroes in lending, especially to small people and also micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs. During this pandemic, the performance of BPR is one that needs to be highlighted and important. So in this study a comparison was made on activities before the pandemic and at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic for the financial or health performance of BPR. Meanwhile, in this study, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out. Several secondary documents were given which were analyzed in terms of LBR, BOPO and others. In this case, what is in the spotlight is the ability to pay credit which is indeed affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In an effort to survive during this pandemic, BPR is expected to be able to transform from conventional to digitalization.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the relationship between R&D intensity and firm performance of the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. The sample observation used were manufacturing companies listed on Kompas 100 Index 2015 to 2017 observations. This data used was obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik and Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples used is 65 manufacturing companies listed on Kompas 100 index. The technical analysis is linear regression, descriptive analysis and significant test. The result of this study is R&D intensity affects on the firm performance, while leverage, growth sales, and firm size as control variables. Based n t test only R&D intensity variable who have a significant effect on firm performance. The implication of this analysis we predict that R&D activities support stabilization in financial condition of the company. We welcome future studies the continue our reseacrh aboout the effect R&D activities on financial sustainability.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of making this research journal is to conduct a business assessment of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, namely evaluating and measuring the level of financial health of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with indicators of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity and profitability. The research method used is library research, namely by studying relevant data from various sources. The author uses secondary data in the form of financial statements for 2017 to 2020. The analytical model used in this research is Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, TATO, Collections Periods, ROE, ROI and Total Own Capital to Total Assets. Financial data is taken from the financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the form of Income Statement and Balance Sheet. The level of health is measured based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE No.Kep 100/MBU/2002 where PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is included in the Non-Infrastructure SOE. The results of this study indicate the indicator has decreased every year. So it can be concluded that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has Unhealthy business and financial performance with CCC predicate in 2017 to 2019 and CC predicate in 2020.
