The purpose of this article is to explore the reasons behind the TNI's change of name from KST or KKB to OPM, as well as the relevant principles of the rule of law. The TNI Commander issued a decree on this matter based on acts of terror and violations of human rights committed by the group in the Papua region, which have threatened national security. One of the principles of the rule of law owned by the State of Indonesia is the guarantee of human rights by law. The Indonesian government wants to resolve this conflict not only through a military approach, but also with economic, educational, health, and political approaches. The name change has raised public concerns about an increase in military operations that could harm civilians because there is no guarantee of protection from weapons activities that might occur. In addition, this name change is only carried out by the TNI alone and needs support from many parties.

The high divorce rate in Jember is a major problem in the biological and psychological development of a child. In this case the author wants to explore the parenting patterns of divorced families, both those who still maintain good communication between the three (husband-child-wife) and vice versa. There are several parenting patterns that parents can use. The author wants to try to know and describe the parenting patterns of single parents in an effort to shape children's behavior. The results of this study are presented descriptively through a qualitative approach in order to obtain clear information about the focus of the problem. The results of this study can be concluded, namely first, democratic parenting is the parenting of parents who interact with their children using how to provide freedom with supervision and second, permissive parenting is a parenting pattern where parental attention is valued less towards children or children always get whatever they want without control and limits
 

This research explain how to implement civil cases settlement before and after the implementation from of E-Court system in electronic and conventional court. on this case it explains that civil cases settlement in a modern manner is described according to Supreme Court Regulation Number 7 of 2022 while conventionally described according to HIR / RBG. Before the advent of  system E-Court, the testing method was conducted conventionally. The optimization of these two forms of civil case settlement is then examined according to Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power where the judiciary is administered out with the principles of simple, fast and low cost. This research is a normative legal research with Statute Approach and Conceptual Approach methods. The research concluded: first, the existence of court dualism is still needed for justice seekers who still need conventional lawyers. Second. The implementation of Civil Case Settlement with the presence of E-Court as an effort to realize the principles of simple, fast and low cost in reality has not been optimal, however, E-Court has not fully resolved the cases received by the Supreme Court and the lower courts. That is, most cases are still conducted conventionally.

Automatic sentiment analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP) has emerged as an essential tool to process this data, helping industries, researchers, and policymakers understand social sentiment more effectively. This study explores various NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, including machine learning-based, lexicon-based, and deep learning models. By examining advancements in NLP algorithms and challenges related to language diversity, slang, and context in social media data, this paper highlights the strengths and limitations of current methodologies and discusses potential future directions.

<p><em>Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are prepared to be able to compete in the world of work. To be able to compete, vocational school graduates are expected to have hard skills and soft skills. Likewise, Sakti Gemolong Vocational School tries to provide skills to its students through training. The problem is that to fulfill this, SMK Sakti Gemolong must collaborate with other agencies. Seeing this, the Community Service Team tried to help by providing MS Project training. The aim is to increase knowledge and skills in using project scheduling software. The target is students of Class XI Sakti Gemolong Vocational School, Department of Construction and Property Business (BKP) in Sragen. Activities are carried out in two stages, namely problem identification (preliminary survey to find out the curriculum and competencies), problem-solving approach (using presentation techniques as a lecture method, demonstration and direct practice on the computer as well as evaluation to find out the level of absorption of the material). In carrying out Community Service activities, before training a pre-test is carried out. The results obtained were that 95% of students did not understand how to use MS Project software. Meanwhile, after training, a post-test is carried out. The result was that 91% of students understood how to use MS Project software. From the evaluation results, it shows that there has been an increase in understanding and skills by 86%.</em></p>

<p align="justify"><em>The climate, weather, and rainfall conditions that occur in the Meteseh Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, especially in the Bukit Kencana Jaya area, are quite high during the rainy season. As a result of housing developments that may not consider the problem of drainage properly, some places experience soil erosion. Based on the results of observations at the location, it was shown that there were several points of the water channel that were damaged. This condition can cause blockage or overflow of water when the intensity of rain increases due to disruption of the water channel. If a puddle occurs, it can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes that have the potential to cause disease. It is necessary to repair the water channel to restore its function of the water channel. The implementation method starts with a field survey, then socializes the repair and maintenance of waterways, and direct practice of repairing damaged waterways. The repair was carried out by replacing the base of the canal using a U-40 cm concrete pipe and plastering on the sides so that the water channel would not experience erosion and could function properly again.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to employ the Pearson correlation approach in order to assess the association between different types of cryptocurrencies. The dataset included in this research comprises daily peak price information for 10 distinct categories of cryptocurrencies with the biggest market capitalizations from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022. Assessing and computing the correlation between cryptocurrency pairs with the Pearson correlation coefficient is the objective. The information utilized in this study was acquired from the website www.coinmarketcap.com. Pairs of stablecoins and crypto coin assets have the largest negative correlation, according to the findings of this study, in contrast to pairs of crypto currency assets. The pair ETH-BNB has the strongest positive correlation with a value of 0.948, while the pair LTC-USDT has the most negative correlation at -0.347. In order to replicate the impact of the negative correlation on trading activities, an exchange simulation was performed between the LTC and USDT pairings. Based on the outcomes of the simulation, the asset rise resulting from the exchange of the LTC and USDT pair from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 was 12.09 percent. During the same time period, the asset's value would have declined by -48.69 percent if LTC was held. Conversely, an expansion of the time period from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022 yields an asset gain of 251,047.85 percent as a consequence of the exchange between LTC and USDT. Financial literacy, financial behavior and income are driving factors for an individual to make an investment decision. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior and income on investment decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses the random sampling technique. analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant direction with a large influence of 48.6% on investment decisions, financial behavior has a positive and significant direction with a large influence 12.5% on investment decisions, income has a positive and significant direction with a 9.4% influence on investment decisions, financial literacy, financial behavior and income have a simultaneous influence on investment decisions of 65.1% and 34.9% in influenced by other factors or variables that are not examined.

This research was created to discuss further how educators provide appropriate stimuli so that the learning process of elementary school students can run more effectively according to behavioristic learning theory. This article aims to find out and explain behavioristic learning theory, its characteristics and application in learning, especially for elementary school students. This article uses literature studies to search for and find answers to problems through data from library reviews from various sources and media, both books and e-journals. The results show that behavioristic theory plays a very important role in the learning process in which it is applied, educators are required to design learning and provide appropriate stimuli which will then be responded to actively by students in the learning process in order to realize effective, structured learning and establish interaction and discussion of information.

Central warehouse PT. X is a place to store materials needed for production. PT. X is a large company operating in the maritime and energy sectors. 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikatsu, Shitsuke) is a work culture adopted from Japan which aims to create an orderly work environment and increase safety, efficiency and reduce non-value added activities. The implementation of the 5S+Safety culture is implemented according to the SOPs in the central warehouse, but the implementation is not optimal. Implementation of the 5S+Safety method in the PT warehouse. X is considered not optimal because only 2S (Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is running well while 4S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Safety) is not running well. Warehouse employees are advised to apply the 5R checklist and carry out routine independent audits which will be supervised by the department head. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the implementation of 5S+Safety in PT. X’s  central warehouse. Evaluation results using the 5S+Safety method support increasing company productivity and performance.
