This research aims to identify and analyze the role of the community in encouraging a clean and perception-free bureaucracy through collective awareness in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency. This service is carried out through participatory methods, including counseling and outreach involving village officials and the community. The research results show that increasing collective community awareness can support the realization of a more transparent and accountable bureaucracy, as well as strengthening collaboration between the community and village officials.

The application of visual brand concepts in showroom interior planning is considered crucial to ensuring that the products offered are relevant to the target market. This study aims to design a concept for the cash register and backdrop facilities in the case study of the Vespa Piaggio brand, with the goal of effectively reflecting the brand's visual identity. This research employs a qualitative method through in-depth observation, including direct visits to Piaggio stores and documentation via photographs and videos. The findings indicate that the use of shape metaphors aligned with the brand's identity can strengthen the visual brand image and enhance the showroom's appeal. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of applying visual identity holistically in furniture design to build a positiveerception among the target market and potential customers.

The storage space for CO2 gas cylinders is inside the ship's accommodation, so there is a risk of danger if a leak occurs because the ship's accommodation has poor air circulation. This research is devoted to removing dangerous gases from the room. This research designs and modifies a tool that can detect CO2 levels and can provide a danger signal to the surroundings. This modification uses a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller. This research method uses system design, a series of tools with wiring design and uses 2 test plans, namely: testing static and dynamic testing.  Testing the precision of the sensor by reading the CO2 leak detector using a CO2 measuring instrument obtained an average error value of 3.5%. The error value is still categorized as a safe difference value and the prototype works according to the expected function. Testing the function of the tool results in values ??for the MQ-135 buzzer and exhaust fan sensors which will turn on if the CO2 level is above 600 ppm in accordance with the safe threshold for CO2 levels in the air which has been set in the program. Telegram request bot testing can work well as expected. Testing the Telegram Receive bot can work well as expected. However, for testing Telegram bots, requests and receives are influenced by the internet network.

The primary focus of this research was to create a Smart Count of Vehicle Loading Prototype for ships, with an emphasis on monitoring and tallying vehicles boarding and disembarking from ships based on their weight. Microcontrollers, such as the ESP32, were utilized for the counting process and to determine if the ship's cargo weight exceeded its maximum capacity. The main objective was to prevent overloading on ships, which could lead to accidents during voyages or while vehicles were being loaded onto the ship. To achieve this goal, weight and distance sensors were installed on the ship and controlled by the microcontroller, allowing for accurate monitoring of the quantity and categories of vehicles being loaded. After designing and testing this prototype device, it has become a new technological innovation that makes monitoring the weight and quantity of cargo on ships easier and more efficient. This is supported by the fact that each sensor's readings can work well with an average error rate below 2%. Additionally, the maximum communication range between the Blynk IoT application and the ship system can reach up to 20 meters.

Shares are a very important instrument as a manifestation of company performance. One factor that is considered important in influencing share prices is carrying out financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of macroeconomic factors as moderators in the relationship between financial ratios and share prices of companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research includes 21 infrastructure sector companies over a 4 year period, there are 84 observations and the analysis method in this research is panel data regression with STATA software version 14. The results of this research are that price to earnings and earnings per share have a partial effect. significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth, sales growth on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, price to earnings on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously, sales growth, price to earnings and earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator have a significant effect.

Security systems in the maritime sector are crucial for preventing criminal activities and theft on board ships. The physical key systems commonly used today have vulnerabilities that can be exploited by unauthorized individuals. This research aims to design and test a smart door lock system using facial recognition with the ESP32 Wrover cam and a 4x4 Keypad as an additional security measure. The test results show that the system successfully recognizes faces with a 90% success rate at a distance of 15-100 cm, although there is a decrease in efficiency when more than one face is registered. This journal looks at the legal concerns of managing natural resources by producing compost using a market-based method based on garbage. This study's primary goal is to evaluate the efficacy and compliance of the legal requirements controlling the use of market trash as a raw material for compost fertilizer. The study's findings indicate that there are several pertinent laws that offer a legal framework for market waste management, including the Environmental Law and government waste management rules. However, there are obstacles to the law's implementation and enforcement, such as a lack of knowledge among business actors and oversight flaws. To ensure sustainability and efficiency in managing market waste as a resource for making compost, this study also found that, despite the existence of existing regulations, regulatory updates and harmonization are still required. To maximize the environmental and economic benefits of market waste management, this research recommends improvements in regulations and law enforcement, as well as increased education and training for business actors.The results of the study indicate that the utilization of market waste for making compost has great potential in supporting organic farming and reducing the volume of waste that ends up in landfills. However, the implementation of this program requires a deep understanding of applicable regulations, as well as support from the government and the community. This article concludes that comprehensive legal-based waste management can improve the efficiency and sustainability of natural resource management, as well as have a positive impact on community welfare.

This service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME entrepreneurs in calculating production costs using the full costing method at the geprek chicken business located on Jl. Dr. Sudarsono No.34, Cirebon. Full costing was chosen because it provides a complete picture of production costs, including overhead costs that are often ignored by MSME entrepreneurs. This service was carried out using a qualitative method through direct interviews with MSME entrepreneurs to identify costs and to determine production costs. The results of this service with the application of full costing show that the total production cost in a period of 1 month is Rp. 11,700,000 with a Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS) per portion of Rp. 7,446.67 and produces a profit percentage of 243.03%. In conclusion, this service can make a real contribution in improving the management skills of small and medium enterprises in the culinary field, especially by optimizing the calculation of production costs with the full costing method for geprek chicken

Electronic credit facilities represent a significant banking innovation, employing technology in a manner that diverges from the established procedures associated with conventional credit. A credit deed that is not in accordance with the formal legal requirements is nevertheless considered to have legal force if the signature is recognized by the relevant parties. This thesis addresses the legal force and position of underhand credit agreements in commercial banks, as well as their suitability with the legal requirements of agreements according to the Civil Code and ITE Law, particularly in instances where the debtor subsequently rejects the signature. This thesis employs normative legal research methods to procure secondary data pertinent to the subject matter. The secondary data comprises primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which are then subjected to qualitative analysis. The research demonstrates that the legal certainty of electronic credit agreements in commercial banks is regulated by the Civil Code Law Number 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and OJK Regulation Number 38/POJK.03/2016 on the Application of Risk Management in the Use of Information Technology by Commercial Banks. In the event of a dispute over the rejection of an electronic signature in an agreement, the matter may be resolved through litigation after all other avenues of non-litigation have been exhausted. In electronic credit agreements, electronic signatures are recognized as valid evidence, thereby affording legal protection to creditors.

Hirarki peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia secara normatif telah diatur dalam berbagai regulasi yang berlaku sejak tahun 1966 hingga 2011. Dalam konteks ini, Pancasila diposisikan sebagai Grundnorm, yaitu norma dasar yang dianggap memiliki realitas ideal yang sejalan dengan konsep keadilan. Hal ini berbeda dengan konsep Staatsfundamentalnorm, di mana Pancasila berfungsi sebagai ideologi yang digunakan untuk melegitimasi atau membatalkan produk hukum tertentu. Maka, dalam proses pembentukan undang-undang, terutama ketika dihadapkan pada persoalan politik, Pancasila harus ditempatkan sebagai ideologi yang menjadi dasar dalam menciptakan hukum yang dianggap adil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Pancasila sebagai Grundnorm atau Staatsfundamentalnorm menimbulkan persaingan antara politik dan hukum yang dapat mengaburkan konsep keadilan; bagaimana pola persaingan antara hukum dan politik dalam proses pembentukan undang-undang; serta apakah pola persaingan tersebut menempatkan Pancasila sebagai realitas ideal sekaligus ideologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum doktrinal, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada norma, tetapi juga pada prinsip dan doktrin untuk menganalisis pola persaingan antara politik dan hukum dalam proses legislasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi Pancasila sebagai Grundnorm atau Staatsfundamentalnorm memunculkan pola persaingan antara politik dan hukum, di mana pola ini mengakibatkan Pancasila sulit difungsikan secara bersamaan sebagai realitas ideal dan ideologi.
