Abstrak:
Sike Rabano adalah dzikir yang menggunakan alat musik rebana. Sike rabano pada awalnya berfungsi untuk mengajak masyarakat untuk berdzikir melalui hiburan untuk penyebaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari (1), Sejarah kemunculan kesenian ini. (2), perkembangan dan perubahan nilai yang terjadi di masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir. (3), dan Strategi dalam pelestarian kesenian tradisonal Sike Rabano di tengah perubahan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1), Sike rabano muncul diperkirakan pada awal abad ke-13 M. Kemunculan sike rabano dikaitkan dengan munculnya penyebaran agama islam di Kabupaten Kerinci. (2). Perkembangan dan perubahan dari kesenian sike rabano ini meliputi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan, perubahan pada syair dan perubahan pada segi nilai yang terjadi pada masyarakat. (3). Strategi untuk pelestarian sike rabano dengan solidaritas antar warga, kesadaran dan regenerasi pengajaran sike rabano secara turun temurun pada masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving the Quality of Work of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Main Branch Office (Case Study of Human Resources). The method of analysis used in this research is qualitative research methods. The subject of research is the application of Islamic work ethics in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners based on indicators of improving the quality of employee work with Muamalat IDEAL (Modern Professional Islamic). The results showed that Islamic work ethics plays a role as a basis in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners.

Abstrak:
Lemongrass is the raw material for lemongrass oil production. Indonesia is one of the ten largest lemongrass oil producing countries in the world. Lemongrass oil industry will be generated large amount of lemongrass waste. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) substitution with lemongrass waste on high forage feed on in vitro rumen fermentation. This study was arranged with randomized block design with 5 treatments (100R: 0% lemongrass waste, 75R: 25% lemongrass waste, 50R: 50% lemongrass waste, 25R: 75% lemongrass waste, and 0R: 100% lemongrass waste) and 4 different rumen collecting time as block. The results showed that the substitution of grass with lemongrass waste did not give a significant difference to dry matter content, but it could reduce protein content and increase crude fiber and crude fat significantly (P <0.05). The results of the in vitro analysis showed that lemongrass substitution did not affect pH, gas production rate, butyric acid, valeric acid, iso-butyric acid, and iso-valeric acid both in terms of quantity and proportion. The used of lemongrass by 25% (75R) was not affected on organic matter, potential gas production and methane production (24 hours) but decreased protein content and increased lag time significantly (p <0.05). The used of lemongrass by 50% was significantly reduce methane gas production (P <0.05). The increased of lemongrass waste concentration was affected partial VFA profile by decreasing in the amount of acetic acid. A significant decreased in the A/P ratio occurred in the used of lemongrass by 100%. Lemongrass waste could be used as elephant grass substituted up to 25% in high-forage feed without decreasing potential gas production, digestibility, and partial total VFA.

Kualitas audit menjadi hal yang sangat diperhatikan oleh seorang auditor mengingat adanya krisis kepercayaan publik terkait beberapa kasus skandal keuangan yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP). Terkait dengan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman auditor, independensi auditor dan audit fee terhadap kualitas audit. Responden penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja pada KAP di Semarang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 auditor yang diambil berdasarkan teknik Quota Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara (Mixed Method). Adapun analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan multiple regression yang diselesaikan dengan program SPSS.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: Pengalaman auditor, independensi auditor dan Audit fee berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit secara simultan (bersama – sama). Selain itu penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Pengalaman auditor, independensi auditor dan Audit fee berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit secara parsial.

The infrared detector (or IR detector) is an optoelectronic component and represents the core element of gas analyzers, flame sensors, devices of spectral analysis, as well as non-contact temperature measurement. pyroelectric infrared detectors work with stabilization time in a wide operating temperature range (-55 ... 85) °C, capable of measuring the slightest amounts of infrared radiation (as little as a fraction of a nW) with wavelengths between 1 µm and > 25 µm. The difference of the good pyroelectric or No good (NG) devices shown by graph of voltage offset operating that can check by manual using Digital Multi Meter or semi auto by using microcontroller
One of importance measuring of IRD sensors is Offset Voltage, stabilization of offset voltage indicate the sensor is stable with certain level value. Stabilization value measurement during measuring time means the average value not so much different with fluctuation value. 10 bit ADC on Atmega 328 that main microcontroller on Arduino Uno is capable to measure the Offset Voltage of IRD sensor and check the measurement values is within specification of IRD sensor.

Currently, there are many security problems that arise in various companies, campuses, and even private homes. These problems can be in the form of theft or robbery, and one way that can be done to anticipate this problem is by using a monitoring camera. Internet Protocol Camera (IP Camera) is an option that is in great demand by the public and even the government because it has major advantages such as reliability, flexibility, and long-term investment. IP Camera is a monitoring camera based on internet protocol. High flexibility allows IP Camera to be applied to wired or wireless networks. This Community Service activity is the installation of an IP Camera at Green Mutiara Java Regency. From the installation results apply Basic Competence to students from team members: 1) Understand the basic concepts of computer and wireless networks; 2) Understand the basic concepts of IP Camera; 3) Understand IP Camera Network configuration; 4) Practicing IP Camera Monitoring Applications and IP Surveillance Features; and 5) Learn about IP Camera security. So that it is obtained that the IP Camera installation has been successful and in accordance with expectations.

<p><em>A power transformer is electrical power equipment that works to transmit power or electrical power from high voltage to low voltage or on the contrary. In the operation of distributing electricity, the transformer can be said to be the heart of transmission and distribution. In this condition, a transformer is expected to operate optimally according to its function.. If the isolation state of the transformer deteriorates, it can have an impact on operating failure and the most fatal of which is that the transformer is damaged which can cause disturbances in the electrical system. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze the isolation resistance.</em></p><p><em>This study analyzes the isolation resistance on a transformer using the polarization index, tangent delta and oil breakdown voltage methods to determine the quality of the isolation on the transformer. This study took data at the 150 Kv substation Tegal. The data used include polarization index test data, tangent delta data, bottom oil breakdown voltage test data, and OLTC oil. After the data is obtained, then calculations and analyzes are carried out to obtain accurate results.</em></p><p><em>The test results at the 150 Kv substation Tegal showed the polarization index value with the lowest IP of 1.26 in the primary-ground section and the highest IP of 1.97 in the primary-secondary section is still in good condition. The results of the tangent delta test are still in good condition, only in the CHT mode experienced a negative delta tan deterioration of 0.07%. The result of the average oil test is still suitable for use with 69.9 Kv of bottom oil and 53.3 Kv of OLTC oil.</em></p>
