This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi as many as 50 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that Leadership Style and Work Discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi.

The aim of the research is to find out and describe Koran tutoring and its impact on quality at Raudhatul Athfal Al-Aliy Pamekasan. Qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques: condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques: credibility and confirmability tests. Research results: (1) guidance on reciting the Koran: (a) pre-guidance: provision of recitation equipment, preparation of teaching methods, motivating students. (b) guidance process: guessing, transportation, and reciting the Koran. (c) post-guidance: assessment of student achievement, journals, and awarding. (2) impact of Koran tutoring: (a) schools: increase learning facilities. (b) teacher: creative, good teaching. (c) students: enthusiasm for learning. (d) Parents: Know the student's progress.

The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.

This research is motivated by the existence of a new policy in the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in character education, in practice, namely to form Indonesian students who have basic competencies and behaviors that are in accordance with Pancasila values. In order for students to have national character in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the government issued a project program to strengthen Pancasila student profiles to support the implementation of character education for elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification, and conducting data validity. The results of this study are 1) school program policies to develop character education are the realization of the school's vision and mission as well as project programs to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. 2) the process of implementing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile based on the Kepmendikbudristek guidelines No. 56 of 2022 Guidelines for Implementing the Curriculum. 3) the obstacles faced are in terms of the family economy and the lack of facilities from schools. 4) efforts made in dealing with obstacles, namely by evaluating consistently, making modules, annual programs, semester programs adapted to programs that will be implemented in schools.

The advancement of digital marketing has an impact on the advancement of product advertising. The strategy employed to attain this goal is discussion combined with direct training at the Luwuk Farmers Association. By always following health rules, keeping your distance, and wearing a mask, this method is deemed in conformity with the goal of this service. It is intended that by participating in this activity, people would gain a better understanding of what it means to use digital marketing to boost corporate competitiveness. The majority of members feel optimistic about carrying out this activity.

Factors affecting recurrent hospitalization in patients with heart failure are non-compliance with medication, fluids, and diet. Compliance with medication, dietary and fluid restriction, and weight of the body are part of self-care management. The study aims to improve self-care management in heart failure patients. Literature reviews are used to identify articles through Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, and CINAHL databases. The inclusion criteria are open access, in English, with full-text articles published between 2016 and 2022 with the keywords "self-regulation", "protection motivation theory" and "heart failure". A total of fifteen articles were reviewed to answer research questions. The data is analyzed by the PRISMA chart. The results of the literary study showed that there were 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. There are eight studies that use randomized controlled trial designs; seven titles use cross-sectional designs; and one study uses qualitative designs. Results show that better self-care can improve outcomes, reduce the incidence of recurring hospitalizations, and reduce the burden of treatment for heart failure patients. Self-efficacy can also be predicted from self-care behavior. It can be concluded that self-regulation is significantly linked to self-management behavior, and self-adjustment programs are known to be effective in improving self-care behaviors in heart failure patients.

This study aims to analyze the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. Among them are the factors that affect fishermen's income, the role of PPN Brondong in the maritime sector, as well as the potential and realization of the maritime economy of PPN Brondong in Lamongan Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive method through a qualitative approach, in its application using primary and secondary data from the research results that have been analyzed. The author uses a triangulation technique to be able to validate data and draw conclusions about the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. The results of the study prove that the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port have an important influence on the potential for adding added value to the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency.

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penanaman pohon kopi Liberika di kelompok tani Kopi Citaman, yang terletak di desa Lawang Taji, Pandeglang. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petani mengenai pentingnya penanaman pohon kopi Liberika serta memberikan manfaat ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial kepada kelompok tani dan masyarakat setempat..Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan kegiatan lapangan. Melalui penyuluhan, petani diberikan informasi mengenai manfaat penanaman pohon kopi Liberika, teknik penanaman yang baik, serta praktik pengelolaan kebun yang berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya, pelatihan diberikan kepada petani untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pemilihan varietas unggul, pemupukan, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, serta pengelolaan pasca-panen. Selain itu, kegiatan lapangan dilakukan untuk melakukan penanaman pohon kopi arabika secara langsung di kebun petani.Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani dalam penanaman pohon kopi Liberika. Petani menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya konservasi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan budidaya kopi. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan manfaat ekonomi kepada petani, dengan meningkatnya produksi kopi Liberika dan peningkatan nilai jual produk kopi. Dengan demikian, program penanaman pohon kopi Liberika di kelompok tani Kopi Citaman dapat dianggap berhasil dalam memberikan manfaat ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial kepada kelompok tani dan masyarakat setempat. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan budidaya kopi Liberika yang berkelanjutan di daerah lain.

This ship is a ship made in Germany in 1991 with a length of 94,30 meters and a windth of 16 meters which is one of the means of transportation that crosses various islands. In one voyage this ship is capable of transportation 500 pax of vehicles, loads of goods passengers with a capacity of 500 passengers with the destination of KM ship. Egon it self is Sheet Harbor, Waingapu Port, Surabaya Port, Batulicin Port, and Pare-pare Port. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance on Passenger’s Decisions to Use the KM Ship Egon especially at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, the population in this study were passengers on the KM Egon ship owned by PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch and the sampels used in this study were 92 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation (Observation), interviews, and distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling purposive sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:     Y = 1.785 + 0,310X1 + 0,202X2 + 0,220X3 + µ. From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing passenger decisions is the corporate image variable with a regression coefficient of 0.202. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.517 or 51,7% which means that Passenger Decisions are influenced by the variables of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance which are 51,7% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, which is 48,3%.
