This study aims to determine the effect of Green Product on Repurchase Intention mediated by Brand Image at Fore Coffee in Makassar. The type of research used is explanatory research, which tests causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The sample consists of 106 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Green Product has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (2) Green Product has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and (4) Green Product has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention through Brand Image.

Sambal cikur merupakan sambal yang berasal dari tasikmalaya dengan aroma kencur yang khas. Penerapan Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure (SSOP) di industri pangan dinilai sebagai program sanitasi wajib guna meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan serta menjamin sistem keamanan pangan. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan SSOP di industri pangan, khususnya pada produk sambal cikur di UMKM “X”, kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis persentase ketidaksesuaian penerapan SSOP pada sarana produksi. Berdasarkan observasi, ditemukan beberapa ketidaksesuaian penerapan SSOP di UMKM “X” yang tidak sesuai dengan standar, antara lain belum dilakukan pemeriksaan air secara berkala, beberapa kondisi bangunan dan fasilitas produksi yang tidak sesuai standar, belum terdapat tempat sampah tertutup di ruang produksi, sebanyak 66,7% karyawan tidak disiplin dalam menggunakan APD dan seragam khusus produksi, tidak tersedia wastafel khusus untuk cuci tangan di ruang produksi, belum adanya pengendalian dan program pengawasan kesehatan karyawan dan pemberantasan hama. Adapun ketidaksesuaian penerapan SSOP pada berkisar 12,5 – 100%, dengan rata – rata ketidaksesuaian sebesar 60,31%. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan SSOP pada produksi sambal cikur di UMKM “X” sangat kurang memenuhi standar.

This study aims to determine the effect of peppermint aromatherapy on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester in facing childbirth. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling, and data analysis is carried out using the Wilcoxon test, a non-parametric test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of peppermint aromatherapy in reducing the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester before giving birth, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Peppermint aromatherapy has been shown to be effective as a non-pharmacological intervention.

Student-Centered Learning (SCL) is a learning approach that is centered on students, in this approach educators act as facilitators in the learning process. This approach focuses on the active involvement of students in the teaching and learning process, encouraging them to build their own knowledge through exploration, discussion, and collaboration. Therefore, the author conducted a study on how the Student-Centered Learning approach can increase student self-confidence. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a questionnaire as the main instrument for collecting data. The questionnaire was compiled using a Likert scale, which allows respondents to provide an assessment of various statements related to the effectiveness of the student-centered approach in learning. The majority of students support the implementation of Student-Centered Learning because it increases their confidence in speaking, asking questions, expressing opinions, completing academic assignments, and helps overcome feelings of insecurity through discussion methods and group work.

This journal discusses the efficiency impact of the renovation of Merdeka Field on the development of local MSMEs. The aim is to understand and analyse the multifaceted impacts that the renovation of Merdeka Square has had on the development of local MSMEs, as well as to identify and assess the various challenges faced by local MSMEs following its revitalization, including issues relating to accessibility and the potential commercialization of public spaces. The methodology used in this study involved direct observation of MSME activities both before and after the renovation. In addition to comprehensive interviews with MSMEs and relevant stakeholders, in addition to documentation related to the revitalization process of Merdeka Square and its impact on MSMEs. With well-defined regulations and an enhanced suite of facilities, MSMEs near Merdeka Square are poised to achieve superior development and maintain competitiveness amidst the evolving urban landscape.
 

Speaking skills are one of the important factors in building students' confidence. Good speaking skills allow students to express ideas, opinions and feelings clearly and effectively. High confidence in speaking can also support students' academic and social success. This study aims to analyze the role of speaking skills as a supporting factor for high school students' self-confidence. The method used is aqualitative method of interview data collection. The results showed that speaking skills are needed in low grade students as well as high grade students. Speaking skills also support students' confidence in their social interactions. This proves that speaking skills are very important in supporting the confidence of elementary school students.

This study aims to analyze language errors found in public media such as banners, posters, and billboards in Medan City. The errors analyzed include morphological, phonological, syntactic, lexical, and spelling mistakes that do not align with the Indonesian Language Spelling System (PUEBI) and the Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI). The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through direct observation of public media in various locations in Medan City. The results show that language errors are generally caused by a lack of understanding of correct language rules, limited knowledge, and the use of everyday language mixed with colloquial or regional languages. The proposed solutions to address these issues are providing training for media creators, creating clearer language guidelines, and utilizing language technology for automatic spelling checks. The implications of this study are to raise public awareness about the importance of using proper and accurate Indonesian in public media, to support effective communication, and to avoid miscommunication.

The advancement of digital technology media has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the economic cycle of the community and the preservation of local culture. One of them is in the utilization of digital technology in the economic sector which is growing rapidly and becoming an effective strategy in increasing village productivity. This study aims to analyze the results of the implementation of the Jangrana Village Festival work program related to how the integration of digital technology can contribute to the empowerment of local communities in the context of developing MSMEs and preserving traditional culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the application of digital technology, such as the use of Canva in creating MSME promotional instruments, village social media, and the digitalization of traditional cultural content, can strengthen the economic cycle and local cultural identity. In addition, the participation of local communities to be active as MSME activists also encourages economic and social sustainability. Therefore, a collaborative strategy between the government, levels of society, and digital industry players is needed to ensure the success of this program. Through these programs, it is hoped that it can be a learning experience for the present and also the future regularly and sustainably so that it can be useful for the people of Jangrana Village, Kesugihan.

Technological advancements have significantly influenced learning methods, including the implementation of digital-based learning. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital-based learning implementation on students' learning motivation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation with teachers as research subjects. The findings indicate that digital-based learning positively affects students' learning motivation by increasing their engagement through interactive media such as educational videos and gamification platforms. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations and potential digital distractions were also identified. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to optimize the use of digital technology to enhance learning effectiveness and student motivation optimally.
